You charged by credit card 84,24 and that was fine. Later you charged it 61.85. No explanation and I have been hold with your "customer service" line for about 20 minutes now. Horrible customer service. 1) Send out the details of ANY further charges 2) Answer the phone!

Check in/out process was smooth. The location did not have the dolly that I reserved online and I had to use an appliance dolly which did not work very well for moving larger boxes and containers.

Not locations fault, but the app did not work when I went to take pictures of the odometer. I tried for a long time to continue after uploading the photos and it would not accept it.

Biggest drawback from my perspective was parking limitations for customers, not horrible but a little limited.

Close to my house. Pretty easy to book online. Online or “touchless” is kind of a joke so make sure you are able to drop off during business hours or hook it up with your CSA. I have rented twice in two weeks and both times were straight forward since they can get you settled once you drop off with a handheld and you'll be on your way. It's a good location off the freeway and it was quick to get the truck rented.

Your mobile version of the website sucks! Too many pages to flip thru, too many fonts, and Very confusing. Screwed around with it for 10 minutes then went inside and the guy at the counter had me entered in the system manually and my vehicle pulled up within 5 minutes! Check out Starbucks mobile app, that's a winner!

I returned my truck yesterday afternoon and was told I would be emailed a receipt. I received it the next day. I have found it very difficult to call this location. Have to wait on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.

I sent a friend to pick up a key card for me because I was arriving after store hours and she told me the person who helped her was super rude and condescending and not really helpful at all. This location also charged me a month earlier than both what they were supposed to and what was confirmed online, causing a 36 $overdraft fee and draining my bank account while I was already having money deposit issues. I've also tried contacting the general manager for the Cave Creek location multiple times and no one has gotten back to me on anything even when they deign to answer the phone. They take a message and the call is never returned. I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm just really frustrated with my experience and that I'm basically being ignored.

24/7 pick up process a little confusing. We were running about an hour late for our “appt” but there is no strong language that link will expire if you are not there right at pick up time. It was difficult to reach customer service to figure out what to do.

Wash the vehicles. I did like a manager named Dave, he called me regarding my complaint of uhaul changing the vehicle pickup location at the last minute and he confirmed that the appropriate vehicle would be waiting for me at the prescribed time so I appreciated his call, he was sensitive and apologetic.

I'm from Tucson, but was picking up furniture from Phoenix. So I made reservations with the Phoenix location to pick up U-Haul at 11:00 and drive back to Tucson, I got a confirmation but when I arrived to the location they told me they had nothing available, they called a different location and said I could pick up from there once I got there they had nothing available either and sent me to a different location once I arrive there they did have a 20-ft truck but inform me that it was not a one-way vehicle and sent me on my way needless to say I had to take it upon myself to find something. 3 hours later I found a U-Haul place and rented one this was very stressful as I am not familiar with Phoenix. I will probably never rent a U-Haul again very unprofessional

Austin and his team are always super helpful with all of my storage needs! It's so refreshing to see upbeat, friendly faces during such a stressful time such as moving. Shout out to Char too for helping me out in a pinch when things took an unexpected turn in my move! These guys take "A-Team" to a whole new level!! I will recommend the Cave Creek and the 101 location to all my friends and family for their moving needs.

I didn't catch any names, but the employees were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I legit go out of my way to use this location even though there is another Uhaul closer to my house. Also, all of the Dollys were already rented for later in the day but the staff let me rent one if I promised to have it back before 6pm (which I did) because that's when it was scheduled to be picked up. They probably could have told me no but they really helped me out. 10/10

They had to exchange trucks for us after I noticed that there were chunks of rubber missing from the right front tire. They did not change the truck number on the contract, which caused problems returning the truck in Springfield.

The 24/7 pickup system still required me to go inside the location to pick up my keys. This seems kind of odd since it was supposed to let me pick it up without having to go inside and wait in line.

The lock on the back of the truck was difficult to get the combination just right. I had to bother a gentleman to help me. This is the 2nd time I've rented a U-Haul and the same lock gave me problems.

I had 2 storages one in Anthem and one in the 101 and Cave creek. As I was moving out and the direct line to the storage was busy the online service respond I did ask for the dates it was due and after this they mix them up and I did move from the one I had more time and only few days of the other one . They will not give me extra time to stay and I have paid 20 days extra . It wasn't my fault I have used your storage for 4 years, never late. Not happy as I had to move ASAP and had to pay for moving in such a short time.

Had to upgrade from 5x10 to 10x10 200 $because the 5x10 has a 36 inch door. Nobody seems to know or communicate the storage rules. Last storage I rented was 78 $after tax and had a full 5 ft door so I didn't have extra space.

I would remt here again. It would be nice to see offers from you about discounts on first month move in when you are a new customer with no previous rental history to get the first month free. Its just too hard to come up with the rental agreement number from 3 momths ago right after you have moved. That was the only bummer. and it took time to look it up and caised atress way too much for the first month

Staff moves at a turtle pace, they gave me cards that didn't' work more than once, I got charged a late fee and had to call and get that set up even though the initial person told me it would be auto withdrawn. Will not use U haul again! Not their equipment or their storage facilities.

I received an email notification to remind me to pay my rent on time, so I went online and tried to set up an automatic payment with my credit card, but it said it was through a third party and they would charge a small fee to process my payments. Then I noticed I could set it up with my checking account and it was free, so I did that. I didn't screen shot the final screen (my mistake) because it said I would get an email confirmation, but never received one. Then a few days later I got an email saying I had a late charge on my account and it then allowed me to set up automatic payments on my credit card for free. I went in and talked to a general manager and they didn't do anything. So I closed my account and moved my stuff to another location. I'll never use Uhaul again.
