The only issue I had was my unit was auctioned and I reached out to get in touch with the person who purchased the unit because I lost my photos and journals and they were irreplaceable. The staff attempted once to reach them and left it at that. That's been the worse part

They all was very amazing and had great customer service i came two days in a row i would always come to this one.

I moved out on May 5th to be called May 10th to ask when and if I moved after calling with move out date to be noted on the account May 1st and spoke to associates from May 1st to the 5th as they watched me move everything out. They over charged me for fees on my account on 2 occassions and left me owing a balance that I'm not entitles to pay at all.

Be able to reach the branch by phone - they never answered - we had to finally go there to line up a truck cause we nor international could ever get them on the phone to confirm they had the truck we needed

First, the gentleman that helped me was GREAT. However, the deposit for a hand truck is ridiculous. You have the card to charge after the equipment is returned so there is literally no need for a deposit and tying people's money up for 5 freaking days for no reason. I have used y'all for many years and the past few times yalls trucks have been in horrible condition. With broken ramps, AC, steering problems.

The truck we reserved was not there. I had reserved it 2 days in advance. The person that had it wanted it an extra day so it wasn't there when we came to pick it up. At MY insistence, we were given a bigger truck as a replacement but it put delayed us a couple of hours in our tight schedule. Plus the bigger truck was much harder to drive (280 miles) and it cost much more in gas:

Very professional and done in a timely manner. It's a good looking trailer hitch kit with a 5-year warranty, you can't beat it.

Upon returning the truck and attempting to settle the account, the rep was not knowledgeable of how to correctly charge my account. I contacted uhaul and had the account settled. Reps needed better training on settling accounts.

The woman who helped us was fantastic. We also saved thousands by not using full service movers- I would absolutely recommend this Uhaul & Uhaul in general to anyone.

The entire experience with making the reservation was horrendous. The CSR were great but the reservations swapping around locations was horrible. I am writing a letter to the corporate headquarters.

This is the third time I requested an appliance fillet when I rented the UHAUL the previous time I had to drive to fultondale and Trussville to get one. This time I called 5 locations and no one had one. You need to make sure a folksy is available if you let a customer request one and not finding out there is not one until they come to pick up the truck. That's bad service.

The young black guy that I initially met when I arrived at your place was very nice and very helpful and friendly and professional I think he said his name was Tray I would come back to this location and rent again just because of him. When I returned the truck that evening there was another black guy there I don't know his name but he was older and had long dreds braid's he was very rude and unprofessional and if I came back to your location again and if he was there I would turn around and leave and go somewhere else.

I have been a customer of Uhaul for over 20 years I all ways felt comfortable with the pricing until I relocated to Alabama. Out of 20 years I have been a customer I have never paid over a $100 for a storage, maybe $75 or less. But never $150 which is way too much.

Did not like having to do selfie and photo copy driver's license. Think Customer should have option to do electronic check in, counter staff had to assist with process anyway. Also, had to fuel truck before I could use it.

Mrs. Vivian worked very quickly to assist me, however, she was at work alone. I feel that she needs some help as it's unsafe for anyone to be working alone especially when she is having to go outside to check in vehicles.

Went to return uhaul and place my belongings in storage, there were two employees present in which neither could help assist in my return of my uhaul or my storage unit. Waited for the manager who was on a store run for supplies for about 45 minutes to an hour, in which she returned with candy. My family and I were very inconvenienced. Not only that but one of the employees present stated that the manager tends to make runs or errands frequently during store hours. I would not recommend this store to anyone on a time crunch!

My u haul truck was in bad shape brakes we’re bad front tire was shaky front end need an alignment done front tires we’re bald, all that was an hazardous for any driver I feel as tho I need to be reimbursed not a satisfied customer it was to many unsafe hazards.

The website gave erroneous information. I chose a storage unit that was accessible from the street and the location does not offer those units in the size i needed contrary to what the website stated when i reserved it. The elevator system wasted a lot of time because someone had to always run up the stairs to ride the elevator back down to make it available for use

Wow, can't say how happy I was with the service I received at this location. As soon as I walked through the doors Daniel and Nathan were there to greet me at the door. What a truly amazing staff they have here! Nathan immediately had me set up and ready to unload my belongings and was communicated the process clearly along the way. Thanks Daniel and Nathan for making a post mid life crisis newly divorced gold-digger magnet feel like the grass was actually still fkn green on my side. Here's to an inclusive equitable future for all and for all right fkn now!!!! Used the Centerpoint facility to store mom's things after she passed away in 2017. The facility was accessible, secure, convenient with online or auto payment. Never had any issue or concerns over security of contents. If you are in northeast side of Birmingham highly recommend

The only problem I have is when you try to call no one never answer the phone. They need to put more than one employee working during the day and night for safty and customer time the lines get long and customers are waiting way to long. But over all just fine. Thanks for being there for all my moving needs. You guys made it so easy for me state to sate. 

I must give Robert credit for the time he has been at this location. He has certainly made a difference. This young man has been the most efficient and service oriented person I have dealt with in the past several years. This store has a reputation. Robert made it work trying again.

Very Rude Customer service coming from the Manager! Ms. Rachel could not reach over the box so she kept tossing my Daughters driver license and storage key back to her instead of giving it back to her like how my daughter gave it to her. Ms. Rachel was very non understanding when it came to bad situations leaving me in a financial deficit because she did not stick to her word of the one month free. I WILL NEVER GET STORAGE AGAIN THERE AS LONG AS MS. RACHEL IS THERE! Ms. Ashley was very polite and understanding I rate her a 10/10! There should be more workers like her in there.
