I'm dissatisfied with paying extra money for fuel when I felt like 5,00 $ of gas for my 4 miles was more than enough. Trying to add gas back to the 1/4 tanks etc makes it to difficult. They need to be on full tanks so when returned the will be easier to read. I asked for a 19,95 $ truck-was given a 29,95 $ truck. I turned back around when I noticed the cost and was told because I didn't have a reservation and was given what was available???? Less than 1hour rental and 4 miles almost 80,00 $. Do I need bring a fuel receipt????

I reserved a truck a week in advance. When I arrived , no trick . The employee found one available in Cullman . Then he located a smaller truck at this location . The employee at Carson Road was smug and didn't care . I paid a man to help me move my property . He got 2 1/2 hours pay just waiting on a truck . If I ever need a moving truck again , I will go elsewhere

I spoke with TWOn u-haul employees -- the call service employee told me since I could not rent the truck for an additional day that I could return the truck up to 2,5 hours late with no charge -- when my grandson returned with the invoice -- I called the Centerpoint office and spoke with a female employee and told her my receipt showed TWO days rental and that was not correct -- she told me it showed only 1 day charge -- I attempted to go over the receipt with her and she insisted it was only ONE DAY -- I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO DAYS -- I returned the truck n1,5 hours late -- after being told I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED --

The customer service lady at the Centerpoint, Al is always mean with a bad attitude. Plus the truck broke down on us No Oil In The Motor!!!! I was trying to talk to her nice; but she kept with her dry attitude. Never apologize for the truck breaking down. The only thing she said You Got Moved Didn't You!!!!!

The staff at the store was great. They always explain what I need to do on returning the equipment. Thanks! My only problem this time was the truck itself. The steering wheel was so far out of alignment that it blocked my view of all the gauges when driving.

Initially this location refused a refund my money after explaining my unique situation. I advised them that I'd spoken to a representative on the phone initially but they still refused to assist. Only after verifying my unique situation and waiting over an hour, they helped. I appreciate the support but the customer service was negligible.

When I picked up the truck it was dirty in the back and had not been swept out. We were told that we would get a 10 or 15 $credit for having to clean it out ourselves when we get home last night. Return the truck today and had a horrible experience with the girl at the counter, attitude problem! She barely spoke at all and tried to charge me 192 $more than she should have because she wasn't paying attention to the mileage on the U-Haul.

After we waited 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time we were informed we wouldn't get the 2 hours back for free. We originally had it scheduled for 9am-7pm; got the truck at 11am and were told we could have it another day for an additional 20 $. My fiance and I got done moving everything by 6:45pm (15 minutes before closing/our scheduled return time) but we were 35 minutes away from the return site. After I requested the extra day for an additional 20 $like we were told/quoted it was then brought to our attention that another family was expecting the truck the next day and we were told over the phone it would be expected to pay an additional rental fee much greater than the originally quoted 20 $. Due to the inconvenience of having to wait and being told two separate fees for adding rental time... I give our experience a 1 star rating.

When I reserved the 29 foot truck , I was told one price one way everything included, over the phone. When I got to the location to pick up the truck I was again everything is included in this price. Was told yes ma'am. When I return the truck to the drop off location I was charged extra.

Drop off area in different parking lot than where key drop off is located. Couldn't complete mobile drop off process due to mileage discrepancy and which wanted me to pay 450 $which was incorrect. Walked around location until I found key drop. (Drop off scheduled by 7 am but location not open until 9 am) and call in help wasn't available either. Did call in later to confirm drop off and mileage charge was 14 $. Had to stay on hold for 50 mins before talking with someone and gaining assistance in this matter

My experience with Uhaul itself was a nightmare. I reserved a 15ft truck for our move. The day before our move I called the location we were picking it up from and the representative assured me that our truck would be there at the time we scheduled to pick it up . The next day ( moving day) I called an hour before our scheduled pick up time to make sure it was ready and the representative told me that they didnt have any tricks. I called customer service and was told that the scheduling department was suppose to call me to let me know a truck wasn't going to be available, but they didnt . I was transferred to the scheduling department to see if they could find a truck for me . They lady I spoke with said that she had found one 50 miles away from where I was and I agreed since I didn't have a choice. She gave us an extra 120 miles which I was grateful for , but neglected to tell me that she substituted our 15ft rental for a 26 from truck . I didnt find that out until I drove the 50 mlm miles to pick up the "15 ft truck" There seems to be a huge lack of communication within the company and when it comes to customers . The 26ft truck was massively more than what we needed and cost alot more in fuel since it only got 6 miles per gallon . If I would have been told that a truck wasn't going to be available at my original location I would have made other arrangements to avoid all of the headache and hassle we went through to rent something we didnt want.

The floor in the truck could have been cleaned better. If I had time I would have done it myself. The rented furniture pads were not in the truck and apparently this is an ongoing issue. I didn't want to give the store a negative review as the employees are really kind and polite. I also love that you can purchase all sorts of packing supplies at this location. Please improve on rented items.

The truck was given to us without being cleaned out. It had a lot of juice or a sticky substance in the cup holders. The staff was very dry with us as well. We will not take our business there anymore.

Make sure vehicle is clean.. it was very, very nasty and it smelled terrible and staff is not knowledgeable at all about what equipmentis available... this was the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul.

This was my first great experience with Uhaul it's usually a bunch of confusion but this time was great. The young lady who assisted me was so pleasant and the gentleman that I returned the truck to was also pleasant. Way to go Uhaul you've finally got it right.

The truck reeked of cigarettes. We were not told about some mileage stipulation so we were apparently over mileage when Uhaul knew exactly where we were going. That doesn't even make sense. Other than that, the guy who helped us was good as he was being yelled at by some lady.

The facility can get the door repaired to the storage area to where you don't have to prop it open with something and not have to unlock it every time you enter unloading your property.

Used the Centerpoint facility to store mom's things after she passed away in 2017. The facility was accessible, secure, convenient with online or auto payment. Never had any issue or concerns over security of contents. If you are in northeast side of Birmingham highly recommend

The only problem I have is when you try to call no one never answer the phone. They need to put more than one employee working during the day and night for safty and customer time the lines get long and customers are waiting way to long. But over all just fine. Thanks for being there for all my moving needs. You guys made it so easy for me state to sate. 
