Claudia checked me in and was more than accommodating as I changed from mobile check in to in person check in as I had to add a driver. I rented a 15 foot truck as well as a 5x10x8 storage unit. However, I had more stuff than anticipated in my home. So, I had to get a larger storage unit. Unfortunately, this location did not have any 10x10x10 available. So Jake helped me get a unit at the UHaul down the street (333 N. Nellis) and let me cancel the storage unit that I rented with no penalty. It was so easy working with this team! I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone it's a nightmare paying for the bill. Because not even your employees with the exception to the gentleman I dealt with yesterday understand your billing and it's so complicated that they still don't understand when I called this morning and spoke with Chris I asked him if the total was paid he couldn't give me a straight answer. I ask for a receipt on the receipt I can't figure out if it's paid or not.it's ridiculous this is the second time dealing with their billing and I don't recommend U-Haul to anyone they are a necessary service. There vehicles are awesome. when you move it is one of this most stressful things that you ever have to deal with and if the employees can't understand the billing or explain it to you in a manner that's easy to understand, something's wrong. I spoke with customer service twice and the first perso after repeated attempts to explain my needs replied with something that was different from what i communicated to her and in the ten communications with uhaul reps. It was a nightmare. I will most likely have to use there service several times in the future but next time i do. It wont surprise me at all if the billing is still complicated and confusing to both the reps. And myself.Travis E.

The windshield wiper blades where old and tore up. I have photos. The air conditioning was horrible. Its misfiring and eating fuel. The steering wheel alignments are loose. The truck swerves all over the road. The floor get hot as if the catalytic converter is no good. My mechanic said it shouldnt even be on the road. That truck needs removed. I took the number of it to report it in. And I only went no more then 50 miles in the truck. Ita been parked.Sonia O.

Generally speaking the equipment I rented was clean, but the van had bird droppings on it. Keep in mind I had a 7am pickup so they didn't have time to clean the van. The customer service representative onsite came out and cleaned the van. Overall good job for the location. Merci.Nathaniel G.
The inside of the cargo van is nice but I would have appreciated if they washed the outside. There was a lot of bird poop on the side of the vehicle. I would not recommend due to the appearance.Elaine T.

I rented the moving van at 9am. It was very dirty and covered in bird shit because it was parked under a billboard. We noticed a small crack that wasn't easy to see in the wind shield after we left the lot. When I returned the Van the clerk asked how were the brakes or were there any problems. I said no problems but said there was a crack in the windshield. He said oh yes, I know. Then he walked out to inspect the van pointing out a dent that was barely visible and not caused during my rental. I had to look at several angles to see this dent. Then he pointed out the crack in the windshield. I was confused because I told him about that and he said he knew. Then he tried to charge me 150 $for the crack. I refused since it didn't occur during our rental usage, or the dent. To be clear we moved a matress and big screen tv with labors doing all the work. At no point was the vehicle left unattended. The Uhaul clerk said the van was washed last night and the dent and crack were not there. He showed video of the "previous" night. He was unable or unwilling to show video of us driving the van off the lot. To add even more insult, my bill was not calculated correctly. My estimate was for 20 miles. I only drove 12. He charged my the price of the estimate. Then I complained about this and he said he will refund the difference, he didn't provide a receipt for the refund. I also saw a charge for 150 $for dammages. I told him I am not paying that since I didn't cause any damages. I wanted one correct invoice and he was unable to provide me with one. He told me I need to call 1800 Uhaul. I spent 45minutes at Uhaul after returning the van. More than half of the time the clerk was looking at video footage of the previous night. Why not just show video of the crack when we drove off the lot. He was unable to do so.Adam R.

They charged me 100 $cash. When I returned the vehicle the gentleman told me that I could leave and get my receipt emailed. They took my credit card info at check in. Two weeks later I get an email stating that they could send me to collections if I did not pay fifty-some dollars owed. WARN people about how banks and the government handle refunds. I have a government issued debit card for social security and so far I have lost over 30 dollars, 2 dollars at a time each time the debit card people reject my refund of 32 dollars from U-Haul. I am loosing more money as I write. Just try talking to a human at the debit card place for place social security. I had to empty my balance and most likely will face numerous over draft charges if U-Haul continues to try and refund me my 32 dollars. The phone at 702 431-8001 has been busy for hours today, it must be off the hook. I would use U-Haul again, but I would never ever-ever-ever use a credit or debit card to do business again with them.Dennis W.
