I dropped off after hours and utilized 24/7 mobile option for pick up and drop off. That made this move very convenient for me. So I will recommend.
I reserved a 5x9 trailer on line. I showed up at the reserved time but the site did not have a trailer. The location was very friendly and helpful took care of finding where i needed to go to get a trailer. I showed up at the new location. The only had 6x12 trailers and couldnt find my reservation so they made a new reservation. I had to pay more because the trailer i wanted was not there. They too were helpful but the uhaul corporate site caused me to lose an hour of my work day. I am very disappointed in the uhaul website and corporate

You might want to fix that office setup, place looked abandoned and while nothing really stopped me from getting the van and moving, you guys would probably get more business with a more professional looking office.

Training might be in order. However, it's far better to deal with personable, caring people than the expert, who has none of the attributes that the good people at this store have in abundance.
Can you please tell me how to get the 20% discount credited to my card? The guy on the phone i picked up from said Uhaul could fix that!
The young person in the office was rude, dry and basically behaved as if I was doing her a favor. I signed a pin pad and then the signature showed up on a rental agreement that I then had the chance to read. I rented a u-haul van for $19.95 and ended up paying $95.00 plus $13.47 in gas for 2 hrs.
Ashley was, as always friendly and went above the call to make me feel appreciated as a customer. She is a credit to your organization and the reason I continue to use this location.
After picking up the truck on a Saturday at an alternate location the vehicle was really loud and then the check engine light came on I crawled underneath and noticed that the catalytic converter had been cut off. I contacted uhaul and was told roadside assistance probably wouldn't be able to do anything and to keep driving it.

The area looks a little sketchy and the employer slow getting a change from a trailer to a truck. Also when I came back she were flirting with my friend and ask him for his number and take her time getting me lock so she can talk to him.

I will be telling everyone about this wonderful experience I had renting exactly what I needed and being available at such short notice. Thank you so much.The only problem I had was trying to share my location to return the vehicle, I wanted so badly to do everything right..so when it didnt work I was worried. I was glad to wake up to an email saying everything was fine.
She was very nice and quick.
The building was under construction, so it was a bit vacant when pulling up to it. I am sure it will be better when completed. The lady that processed the return drop off was extremely nice and went above to make sure I was happy. I think her name was Ashley
Young man who was working that day was really an excellent representative for the company he was very helpful. His last name was Humphrey.
Inside cargo light was out of order had to load And unload in the dark.Not good!!
I rented from a location near I-85 Interstate and Chantilly Parkway in Montgomery, as I was going to move my son from Auburn. We live near the Mt. Meigs area. My reservation was changed to a remote location in downtown Montgomery, which meant an additional 25 miles at .79 cent a mile! I was not happy at all with my rental experience, and I have used Uhaul many times. I won't be using Uhaul again.
The van reeked of cigarette smoke, and the location wasn't in a safe area of town.
I was charged twice to my card when I wasn't aware. I asked several times while booking was this price all I'd have to pay and was told YES!
Had no issues with rental.
The Representative just left me standing and wasn't concerned bout my concerns I will Not Recommend anybody to rent from this location, It was an issue with the contract and payment in which he couldn't break down the summary of the rental,, I will never use this location again
Customer service need to response quicker and to make the 24hr share process quicker. Customers need to know what is expected before hand when doing the process on the app or website.
This is not the location that I should've had to use. I requested to pick the vehicle up in Prattville Alabama. This trip was about one hour out of the way round-trip.

Initial milage was not enough
This location has so many uhauls all different sizes and so much other uhaul equipment. They have everything and you would think this is the Uhaul Hub because of so many choices. Would definitely use this location again and would recommend to anyone

The racthet on the tow dolly would not work. It run me very late returning the dolly

GM was extremely nice and efficient, too.
Maybe pulling trucks closer to the door so customer doesn't have to pull handtrucks across the parking lot and load. Trucks could really use back up cameras

This location could use a small jack to lift tongue on 6x12.
