Needed a vehicle to pick up an 8 ft dining table. The Golf Links|Wilmot location had a cargo van that fit my needs. Reservation online was a snap, the pickup was quick and easy with everything explained in detail and the return took no time at all. The rental price was quite reasonable, especially compared to some local moving outfits recommended by the furniture store, a store that did not offer delivery unfortunately. I probably could have borrowed a pickup truck but my main source was out of town and I didn't want to wait. With U-Haul I paid a quarter of what the local movers wanted. With one unpaid helper (my son) we got it done quick. Overall a positive experience with this U-Haul location.
David M.I was a little cautious about this location, only because my reservation was switched here when the van I reserved from the location I usually use was unavailable due to another customer extending their use. After receiving such great service, I highly recommend this location. They were professional, efficient, and respectful, and the van was clean and in great condition. I'll consider renting from this location in the future. Despite the short notice, they came through. Merci.

Moving is one of the most stressful times in anyone's life and if people are well informed, they can make informed decisions. I spoke to several individuals throughout my most recent move, but about half of the info given to me was not valid. Honestly my stress level has been thru the roof, as I am sure your employees levels are near the same.

I was also compensated for the fact that I had to rent a truck in Tucson and drive up to Maricopa since their were no 26' trucks in Maricopa or Casa Grande AZ.

Joseph S.BE HONEST and consider the situation from other customer's point of view. My order was scheduled to be picked up April 27th. For some reason I decided to call to confirm the pickup with the UHaul location I originally spoke to about the order - They had NO RECORD of my equipment order. I finally tracked down UHaul traffic to find that no car trailers were available in AZ. Only after demanding to speak with a manager was a car trailer located an hour south of me in Tuscan AZ. I only wish someone...anyone would have informed me of this a day earlier instead of letting me do all the legwork and make the extra drive. The equipment was fine, pickup and drop off locations were also fine, the total customer satisfaction experience was TERRIBLE. I Will never use UHaul again.

Never rent out my reservation to anyone else. Unlike the Flagstaff location never can be trusted. Never use them!

Alan B.Only complaint is the Uhaul online reservation system. I've had troubles in the past. Online said a 5x5 unit was available - which is all I needed. There was no availability bc the reservation made a month ago hadn't moved into the unit yet. So I ended up spending my more $$ to get it o a 5x10. It wasn't ideal but it'll have to work. Very disappointed in the Uhaul brand; could not be more pleased with the guy who helped me.

This is not a reflection of Uhaul but of TUCSON. I've left AZ because of it.

I was told they were no longer available. I would recommend having that removed from the signage at the storage facility if it is not available. Merci.

However they were there when I needed them and at that point in time they were helpful

This made for a back and forth runaround from the office (address provided) to the units & back to the office. It would be beneficial to the customer if it was explained online that you MUST go to the office first, since the office is at a completely different location from the units.

Like, normal hours are from 7 to 10, cover charge for hours 10 t0 2 am is 15 bux. You then have contractual liability in case something happens. I was willing to pay someone 50 bux cash to just let me drop my stuff off. I forgot it was 10pm so i had to throw thr stuff out in the alley

When I Call to get assistance I had to repeat everything that I had entered in my online reservation. I was given an access code to enter the property and it did not work. I had to press the call button on the keypad by the gate. He then had to go through another process and give us another code. It seemed very complicated for something that should've been very simple.

I'm giving an excellent because you guys were so kind and took care of me but just a heads up the roofs need to be fixed.. thank goodness my TVs weren't in there....

Logan K. | Premières impressionsThere was one young and extremely disrespectful employee on a power trip that was very rude and unhelpful to this 65 year old man that when another customer blocked my vehicle in your employee expected me to wait while that customer conducted his business. Your employee escalated an already unpleasant situation to a screaming match between him and me. I did not wait to get that employee's name I just wanted to get out of there after being treated like I meant nothing to Uhaul after they got all the money they could expect from me. They were acting like they were too busy getting the next customer's card numbers to be bothered with a prior customer who had already parted with his money.

They were not in the office the times I went. I always had a tag to see management when my storage was paid for. Bathrooms were not available to customers but staff could use them?? Its a good place but I went to another storage company.
