Nothing ready, printer apparently was out of ink- not an extremely high tech device and this should have been solved a previous day, not just tell the customer 'you're gonna get an email'. Not comfortable with them taking a photo of the front and back of my personal ID. It should have just been entered on the computer. Very inappropriate. Employee, who showed up very late, comes in bragging hes extremely late, but could have been there on time... he just didn't have an excuse. Then states he's got $500 left in his account when they just got paid- all incredibly inappropriate. Truck itself was NOT on full as it was stated, it was in fact lower than half a tank, lucky i wasn't going far. Nobody did a walk around, verified, website is extremely NOT mobile friendly- WHICH IS IMPORTANT SINCE YOU APPARENTLY PERFORM A CHECK AND WALK AROUND YOUR OWN SELF, AND NOT THE STAFF, and then are asked to upload photos on their page. Wtf do you guys do when people(and ya, they're real) who don't have wifi, internet, smartphone data plans come in??

Andrew G. | Expérience généraleThis was the best experience I've had at a UHaul. We stopped at two other locations suggested by Google maps before this one and left because they did not seem helpful. I believe Dustin took care of us (based on the contract signature). He was amazing. When returning the van, the store was dealing with multiple customers who needed extra attention and Dustin saw I was checking in, took the key and allowed me to return to moving into the apartment. Checking out was equally pleasant. Dustin joked with me and had me out in no time. Alex is a name I only know because everyone was calling her name for help in both the visits. Alex apparently knows how to do everything and provides assistance. Dustin and Alex really are doing everything possible to allow smooth transactions. They are the type of employees you cannot afford to lose. They are the difference between this location and every other one I have encountered. They provided the atmosphere that convinced me to use this location which was so clearly missing at the first two recommended locations from Google. My next stop would have been a different rental company if not for Dustin and Alex.
MICHAEL R.Our associate, Paul, was wonderful. On a morning that was crazy with a long line of people picking up equipment, Paul was gracious, kind & genuine. We have usually found UHaul staff to be friendly & helpful, but Paul should be commended for being "above & beyond" in caring for customers & providing a great experience. Dave D.The location did not have a truck ready for the requested time, and I was required to return the truck before the end of my reservation. The manager then blamed all of this on me for making a last minute reservation (made the night before) through the website. Apparently online reservations mean nothing unless they are made several months in advance.

We returned it clean with a smidge more gas than when we picked it up. Thank you. I am grateful this service exists. Improvements? The customer service was excellent. The vehicle was excellent. A pie in the sky improvement would be to rent electric vehicles with solar panels on the roof. We can dream.
Lisa R.I was supposed to get a call on Sunday night, it never happened. We pre checked out and paid on-line on the 15th. When I arrived at 7 am on the 16th, I was told my rental was on the East side. The lady at the front counter, checked and said that they had one there, did some paperwork and I was headed out. She saved me time. Great customer service!

Glen M.Gent who helped me was great. It was very busy and he made sure he did everything thoroughly and correctly. Fairly new on the job (Dustin?) Only suggestion is that you let renters of the 6x12 trailers know the back sliding door is not water tight and that water from rain can come in at the door flex joints. Then when you open the door, it drops dirty water onto the contents of the trailer from the flex joints under the now open articulated door. It will stain fabric furniture below it. If I had known I would have covered it up. Furniture was not expensive nor did it get very dirty. Again, gent at counter was great. Would use this location and trailer again Mike bernauer

George M.I called to see if I could extend the reservation return time and could not believe the price I was quoted. Of course I understand it is an inconvenience to the business. I just can't believe it would cost over $60 to extend one hour. It seemed like an error.

Website helpfully says "Look for this friendly orange box near the main entrance" and instead it's a black mail slot on an adjacent building. Spent a very frustrating hour in the rain trying to find a solution. I can't be the only person this has happened to.

So I thought returning it anywhere close to 3/4 would be good. However, he still changed me about 2gal of gas. It was not clear at all and induced my mistake

Made sure I filled more gas than I had got just to ensure no charges on that front. Cost me a bit more but I wanted to avoid any add on charges later. I used a 10' truck to move basic stuff for a room. Recommend.

I moved furniture into my storage unit and the elevator doesn't work, which is something that should've been mentioned before I got the unit.

Jose S. | Expérience généraleThere only 1 MAIN issue I have. There is an old style elevator and its almost never working. Also its a manual type which make it very hard to use. It would be great if it was electric instead, but mainly every time I went there it was NOT working at all.. Especially people tend to move bulky heavy things so an electric one would be a necessity in my opinion.
