The phone number doesn't seem to work. If option 2 is pressed it rings once and then goes blank or drops the call. I was unable to get through with the phone number. First time renting a uhaul couldn't use it because it had a lock on it that wasn't mines and called several times no response went to the store no customers there. This time the general manager was there she took care of me very professional so was the employees but my 1st go round wasn't that pleasant.LAVETTA S.

I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if I needed to fill the gas tank and with what type of gas and could not figure it out. I was charged outrageously for half a tank of gas. As this is my first time renting a uhaul, this was not ideal.Anna H.

This was not the location we selected, had to drive out of our way to pick it up with little to no warning. Then when we arrived found out that our one way uhaul order became a day order and we had to drop it back off at the pick up location. Made our total very high. Higher than promised and made us go out of our way to return the truck when that was not relayed to us when it was reserved. Communication was terrible. The only bright side was the workers at the front of the store. They helped secure us a truck and were very communicative, underwhelmed with the company as a wholeDEANALEE H.

I didn't get to use the truck because it had lock on it that wasn't mine. I called the store for the general manager nobody picked up nor called me back. The self check in process should be improved. I attempted to check in with self check in and requested additional forms of ID that were never requested if I rented from the counter. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and was previously employed by Uhaul. The way I was treated with not being able to use sed check in is inexcusable. I got charged for 2 days of rental fees. I was only 1 hours late. I rent from Uhaul at least 4 times a month. The New Manager did absolutely nothing to help me. You lost a very good customer unless this gets fixedMATT P.

I made my reservations 2-3 weeks in advance and got the run-around about where I was supposed to pick the truck and trailer the day before my reservation. Your dispatch had me running to several different locations which is unacceptable. The crew at this location were very professional and gave excellent customer service despite the incompetence of your dispatch. This location needs to be rewarded. U Haul needs to improve on their reservations...next time I will pay the extra money for Penske.KAYREN M.

The convenience of the location is great. However, it took us an hr to get our rental. The computer system was super slow Saturday and I couldn't do self checkout because there was maintenance being done to the website. So we had to go inside and see if we could get help. Both employees working were super nice but obviously stressed because of the long line and only 2 employees working with a slow system. Maybe updating the system or internet to be able to take high volume of customers, do the maintenance on a weekday night, and possibly hire more people on busy days would improve the experience.ADRIANNAMELINA M.

I received a 15' truck with less than a quarter of a tank. Milton explained that is was like that when people do not fuel up prior to turning the truck back in... Milton fueled a truck for a customer, while I waited 20 minutes, but he did not do that for me.Nikitia J.

Hire/train people that are professional when it comes to working with the consumer. Upon arriving at this location for pick-up of a trailer that already had a reservation set, I still ended up waiting almost an hour due to the manager being on the phone answering multiple calls from the desk, being on his cell phone, and moving with little to no concern about the customer(s) waiting.Brian R.

U-haul was unable to accomate me 77 yr old father who drove my truck to help me move no step stool to help him in I myself had to use my back as leverare to push him up high enough to get into drivtge truck and my refund money has yet to be returned very unsatisfiedSherry O.

Got there before my schedule pick up waiting in line for over 30 mins I didn't know that the hand carts where not already in truck so I called the store once I got home and realized it he said I would not be charged the 10 $. So when I dropped off the truck I said something to him again he said I would not be charged but I still was charged the 10 $Marie H.
I would like to take this time to commend the young man name Milton Akoi who was very professional let me say this I came in at 8 AM to pick up truck he was by his self and the line was out the door when I came back to return the vehicle the line was out the door and he was by his self I commend him on his professional attitude his professional service and his time to make sure everybody was taken care of in a proper manner and he had patients due to the fact he was the only one there all day so with his good work ethics I think U-Haul company should give him a raise and commend him for his work people was frustrated because of the long line and him being by his self but he still did a awesome job explaining and making sure your needs was met. I understand workers did not show up but even the next day when I came in for Storage he performed the same way and the line was out the door so like I said good job U-Haul representative good job people need to understand everybody is doing a lot of moving and renting and storing but like I said he was just one person good job good work ethics young man â€œMilton Akoiâ€Pacynthia G.
You need to have more than one employee working...took me almost 45 minutes to simply have someone check me in to get a simple utility trailer. AND, I accidently left one simple plastic crate in the tailer upon dropoff and got charged an add'l 15 $for cleaning, that's ridiculous.DMARK W.

The customer service could have been better. The first truck they rented me had a flat tire. It took an hour and a half to switch in the computer and get another truck. Was completely ignored by the attendant when returning truck.THOMASALLAN L.
I was accused of leaving a lock on Unit#325 per two telephone calls on 3/27/21 at 5:50 and 5:57 p.m. After the second phone call, I left out my home to go down to U-Haul to show him that I did NOT leave a lock on the unit! The employee was looking at the wrong unit!!!! I am a 100 % disabled veteran who takes pride in being honest. The employee basically was calling me a liar! When I arrived, he was ready to cut the lock off another unit which he thought was Unit #325. The employee was looking at another unit!! What kind of company are you running?! The storage unit itself was just fine and the staff from the day of move in, however, the move out process was horrible. I submit my move out request prior to the payment due date and I received an email a little while later saying that I still needed to pay on the unit. I told them I sent out a request prior to the due date and I received ANOTHER email saying I owe. It makes me wonder whether you all are trying to take people's money or perhaps your system is unorganized. After calling up there, the lady says she saw my move in request and that someone would give me a call back. I received NO call back and just yesterday received another random email saying I owe. I respond to that one saying I already went through this and I have evidence to prove I do not owe you all. After no response, I finally receive an email including my receipt from my move out. HUH? Thanks for keeping the property up the rest room clean and the inside cool during hot summer months. We had a unit on the outside at the U-Haul across from Bellwood on Jefferson Davis. When we emptied the unit it was just as clean inside as when we rented it. No bugs or rodents and no water had entered the unit.
