The box wasn't ready when I arrived and then the guy was rude. All I needed was the box pulled out so I could transfer my stuff from the trailer OR switch the box numbers and give me one that's easier to access. Either way he kept walking away and helping other customers first and then any time I went to find him he acted like I was bothering him. I didn't actually get a UBox and I canceled the order because of this.Brian M.

Nothing. The young gentleman who helped me was both professional and personable. This location was much faster and more efficient than the Uhaul location on Russell in Henderson, NV where I rented a truck last month.Christine J.
Website vehicle availibility limited. Scheduling of trailer was to tight, failure of previous trailer was late , requiring upgrade which was appreciated but oversized for need and vehicle. Need to inventory more 5Ã-9 ramp trailers in the area. 5star otherwise.Lyndon M.

The 2 older gentleman where great, but there is 2 young adults that are worthless. The entire time they are on their phones and avoiding work . The office was empty with only me as a customer inside . I called the phone and was on hold for over 20 minutes while these 2 young guys just sat there bored and on their phones .Victor H.
There was a mask left in the dashboard from the driver before us. We just left it there, but was gross to see. Everything else was spiffy clean!! Happy with the customer service. Very friendly and helpful.Joshua L.
The wait to pick up the truck was very long - approximately 1,5 hours. That process should be streamlined somehow. It would also be helpful if someone gave a briefing on operation of the controls of the truck. I had trouble engaging the cruse control, but finally figured it out.Timothy W.

The gentlemen that helped me was very rude i got charged an extra fee of 90,00 $ for no reason the phone number to contact this location never reaches this location. The truck i rented also broke down had to have the uhaul an extra day and then they charge me! Will be contacting corporate. Worst experience ever!Shantea W.

I did not rent furniture pads, a utility dolly, or a furniture dolly. They weren't on the truck when I picked it up or dropped off. This needs to be corrected on the bill. Also, the online 24/7 rental process is confusing and extremely hard to navigate.Eileen E.

When the truck I rented broke down and was towed to the Uhaul location. Then moved the next day so it was out of the way. The truck was left unlocked with my possession inside. This lead to allow the start of the breaking to occur.Debra H. | Expérience générale

When a customer brings back the truck with a full tank instead of 3/4 full, reimburse the customer or give credit for a future visit. Don't tell the customer you're sh-t out of luck and there's nothing that can be done. That's bad management and and even worse business practice.Ruben K.

Everything and everyone was great, the only thing I had issues with is that as soon as I arrived to my destination the check engine light came on, and the truck ran great but I was worried the uhaul might break down on me..but thank God I got here savage and sound.Patricia G.

When I went to pick up the rep was very friendly and explained to me she was new and apologized for taking long. She explained everything to me in depth also assisted me with pulling the truck out. Showed up to get my trailer and the tire was flat with a piece of metal in it. Owner told me to call road side service to fix it. Why in the hell does the customer have to call road side service while in the uhual parking lot? Also, you all need to hire me so I can show younhow to do customer service. 1) you always deliver to the customers closet uhual. You don't make the customer trail for hours and waste their time and fuel to pick up something from you. 2) equipment is inspected and ready for scheduled pick so they don't have to wait for over an hour to get their trailer fixed which should have already been ready to go. 3) rent 5x 10 trailers to go across country. No reason to make the customer to up or down size for their needs. Anyway Dave at road side service was great but you all need to up your game before somebody like me comes in to start a business to out do you which wouldn't be hard with your customer service.Ronald B.

This location must be very busy! Tried numerous times to speak with them at this specific location but was always unsuccessful and my calls were always rolled over to the regional answering office! I would then be on hold for at least a minimum of 30 mins. All in all the Uhaul was great and worked out perfect for us!!Charles C.

I had some issues with the van itself - it wouldn't turn over a few times which was panic inducing at three am a couple hundred miles from a city in the middle of a snowstorm. But the staff and rental and return were great. Said snowstorm kept me stuck in a mountain pass for a day and had a domino effect, losing me my movers on both ends among a myriad of other problems which left me two days late returning my truck. I was very worried about this and how big of an issue this might be but they were completely understanding and didn't make it an issue at all, which at the end of a very stressful few days was extremely appreciated.Rue L.
The manager which I cant remember his name was very helpful. I wasn't having the best morning and everything was piling up. First the guy that was about to hook the trailer to my truck couldn't find the wire cord for the lights of the trailer which I didn't know it had any, since it was originally installed at a U haul location a while ago. I was about to rent a pick up truck with a bigger trailer at a different location far away. My Wife then decides to ask the manager if could please check himself and he agreed the the second I was about to pay, he could've said other wise but he stop and jump to action, and he insisted in finding that plug. he later then stated that U haul sometime install them inside the vehicle and he did find it very hidden within the spare tire, he didn't hesitate to tell me to not worry about the new reservation and that he would personally take care of it. he was fast and reliable to get us out of there in time before I was late to my appointment.Carlos G.

The staff in Las Vegas were not accommodating and tried to overcharge by 500 $for storage. They kept changing dates and times for drop off and pick up of containers. I had to call the regional center 3 times to get things priced right and delivered, picked up properly. It was very frustrating. The LA office was helpful on time & efficientDIANNA I.

The follow along guide to picking up the Uhaul was inaccurate. It says the truck number is located on the "bottom left" of the truck, but the number was at the top-right. The photo on the page to show where to find the number was broken and didn't show where to find the number. I looked at several trucks unable to find the number until an employee came over to help. I wouldn't have been able to complete the do-it-yourself check in without this employee. He told me each step to perform and was very friendly and helpful. But the do-it-yourself steps were vague and hard to follow.Michelle D.
