Get better computers and hire more staff. I did the express registration and it took me over 30 minutes to get the truck etc. I was late meeting my movers.

The uhaul manager was super nice and accommodating during my uhaul rental. I appreciate his guidance through the process especially his reccomendation to give myself enough time to return the truck. I would refer this location to others. Very professional.

John was really nice and helpful, with him being the only one there at the time I went to drop off truck it was an easy drop off. I had a few people ahead of me put the wait wasn't very long. Thank You John for the speedy service.

On Sunday 9-22-19 I visited the Uhaul Storage and Moving on 1101 E Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76120. When I arrived the lady was very nice and assisted me. I was there to rent a two wheel car dolly. I paid for the service and went outside to get the equipment. After 5 minutes the gentlemen informed me that they did not have the equipment. He quickly sent me to the Lancaster location to pick up another dolly. While there I had to pay for the equipment again. Later that day, I looked at my checking account and found that I have been charged for the use of the equipment at the first location event though there was no dolly onsite. Later in the afternoon, I contacted the location on 1101 E Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76120 to inform them of the charges. They told me that I would need to come back to the location for the reimbursement. They should have told me that while I was there. I live 30 miles from the location and have to go all the way back to Fort Worth because your staff neglected to tell me this information. Not fair! Fuel and Time--

Our rental equipment got moved to this location without our knowledge. It was out of the way for us so that is why we wouldn't recommend the location.

The guy working was by himself. People had to wait. Hopefully this isn't a normal thing. I had to go back and forth to my mechanic on the light hook up. It took the whole day. Again, hopefully this isn't normal procedure. At the end of the day he had extra help. I didn't receive paperwork which was probably an oversight. I was only able to get 3 pictures of the U-Haul. Makes rating this location confusing. I've always had great experiences with U-Haul. Guess we Al have our bad days I was over my frustrations pretty quickly.

My equipment was reserved to be picked up at another location. It wasn't convenient to go to this location. I was told by customer service "it's college moving time". The last trailer at my desired location shouldn't have been rented since I had a reservation. The others should have been sent to where the inventory was. That being said, Steve was helpful and I would recommend him and his location.

The drop-off process was very simple. It was a Sunday and I was the only customer. I pulled up, a representative was outside, scanned in my trailer that I rented and I was on my way. He was very friendly and made the process very simple.

My move extended from 1 day to 6 and everyone that I spoke to was professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend U-Haul to anyone. The call center and the General Manager at the U-Haul location were the best. When I purchased packing materials the store was the greatest! Thanks U-Haul.
