Also she didn't know which vehicle she gave me the keys and did not bother to show me anything on the van ..for instance where the fuel was located, right or left side, etc. When we went to fuel and return the van I gave her the the keys, we were outside, she said she would email my receipt and that was it. I got it hours later and found an additional fuel charge,. I called her and spoke to her about it but nothing could be done after the fact. I won't be renting another vehicle from this location again. She clearly didn't know how to process a rental and even mentioned something to this effect to me.

Your website says the units are kept between 65-85, and the temperature thermometer on the wall read 96 degrees. I have things that I don't feel comfortable storing in that unit now because of how hot it is. I'm not happy paying more for climate controlled if it's going to be as hot as an outside unit. To clarify, the facility is clean which is nice but I would love for the AC to be maintained and checked often.

Geoffrey S.I have rented from this location several times and it's always a great experience. I'd love a van with map app screen. It was great to listen to Pandora on Bluetooth but having to use my phone for the map app is kind of a drag. Van ran great, good a/c, comfy seat, excellent mirror and window visibility even when loaded fully. Easy to drive, easy to back, liked the new gas door security system. Good value, friendly, professional efficient counter staff.

MARILYN O. | Premières impressionsWhen the rental rang up, the total was correct but how it was itemized was very confusing. I rented a van ($19,95) and asked for 200 miles @ $0,69/mi. The itemized breakdown shown on the credit card tablet showed the rental as $89,99 with 100 miles @ $0,49/mi. The total was correct but the rental took longer than expected to complete because of the confusing itemization. This is not the issue of the local U-Haul but if the software provided by corporate. Also, the web site used to gather picture and license information to 4 tries to complete on my iPhone. The page kept crashing.

Chantay V. | Expérience généraleHours spent trying to correct overcharge from earlier online reservation… even when I called the next day direct to the store trying to get credit for $324,95 overcharge ? rep couldn't do it .. had to call Mgr .. did finally get credit .. but earlier phone rep was a disaster .. she said she hadn't booked a reservation since 2017!!! This local uhaul employee was very nice and did resolve issues but uhaul needs to retrain online customer service reps.. Also this location needs more help on Sundays .. husband said he had to wait even though there was no one ahead of him ..

Adarius S.The store rep was not customer friendly. I don't expect much but the individual attitude and social skills was not satisfactory. I was also told having the vehicle passed 6:30pm that day. Was not going to be an additional cost. He said he was going to give me till the next morning with no charge. I saw on my statement that I was charged an after hours fee.
Jorge R.Literally paid for a U-Haul from this location with a drop off at the cypress location. I got a notification the following day that my reservation was cancelled. I called and they said they cancelled the one I paid for and gave me a different reservation for one I never completed. The guy that worked their apologized and said he'd reinstate my original booking that they cancelled. When I went to the crypress location to drop off the vehicle I found out that he didn't reinstate my original order for the one I booked it and that I had to return it back to the original location that was 25 miles away from me. This was a major inconvenience and cost me more money on gas and the mileage for absolutely no reason. Would love compensation for the mistake but nobody could help me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stephanie C.The truck was filthy. Appeared that somebody had opened a carbonated drink and it sprayed all over. Everything was sticky inside, cupholders had liquid in them. The backend had not been swept out. Had lots of sand, dirt, dust, inside so I had to put my things on a dirty floor. When I got to the location to load I could not get the back door open. Apparently the dolly had shifted. I had to take it back to a different location and they were able to get the door open for me. No compensation was given for extra time and Mileage, even though the girl told me she was going to compensate me for the extra mileage - didn't happen. I would never use this location again.
