The Idaho location messed with my delivery date, which forced me to frantically try to contact UHaul's 800 number because my window of time was quite narrow. I was on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times and almost gave up when someone finally answered. The attendant was extremely helpful and corrected the error, but then the next day's delivery was messed up again by the Idaho folks. Luckily, a friend who was helping me move in had a large pickup truck so we just picked it up ourselves. I found out that the local Moscow station was way behind because they had had to fire some people suddenly. Great timing. I'm not so sure I'll trust this area UHaul location again. The Harlingen, TX station was quite efficient which is where I loaded my UBox.

Everything was great. We did have to wait some time to drop off trailer the following morning. There was only one person working and their was about 5 people dropping off stuff at the same time. Maybe have more personnel at times that rentals will be returned. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

Just moved back to the Harlingen area and I remembered why, the people like here at Uhaul are super nice and friendly. They make you feel so welcomed. Thank you Harlingen Uhaul you guys are the BEST!!!

I live closer to the one on Morgan Blvd but they did not have the equipment I wanted...they did but it was on reserve...plus I wanted to drop it off at this location but it would have costed my twice as much as the rental...but we were completely impressed by the service we received unable to use it on the day we rented it and the sales person whom I dealt with said we could get it on Monday and we were just charged for the one day... not too many other places would have done that so I'd like to thank him for his service. Thank you Michael Lute

The service folks were exceptional, the truck and trailer I rented were clean and performed as expected. I also rented a storage unit and it was clean new and reasonably priced. Then I was subjected to a. Repeated exposure to the malfunction of your alarm system - non of which was precipitated by my operating actions. I did as instructed each time I entered the facility, dutifully swiping my card and then observing the small display which advised me that “David is registered an access approved” or some other wording which led me to be assured that I had fulfilled my duty properly. I am a former artillery officer US Army and have hearing damage. Loud high pitched noises are both irritating and painful Your alarm went off four consecutive times as Zi opened my storage unit 1484 I finally resorted to going to your nice clean bathroom on site and getting toilet tissue to wet and stick in my ears as ear plugs I advised your long suffering employees of my angst - they apologetically tried to explain to me what caused the malfunction. They were professional but helpless to prevent the problem and my persecution by your chosen security system I told one of the staff that the alarm had malfunctioned 11 times while I was moving property in and out of my unit 1484 At no time was I at fault as you can see if you will but look at the security tape Whoever is your security system department or third party contractor has provided you with a system that is ineffective for its intended purpose and penalizes and is emotionally and physically punitive to U Haul’s customers like me I called and left a message with the local u haul facility president. No return call as of yet Additionally the check in data entry is slow , very slow - however I suppose the trade off is the turn in with hand held computers used by the return folks is very rapid I will be glad to talk to anyone at U Haul or the computer security system providers and verify and discuss the specifics of my most painful and unpleasant experience Best Regards DRS

Manager needs additional training on internal options to accommodate customer's unforeseen developments. I had to directed him how to resolve the problem instead of him taking initiative to conduct research in trouble shooting. He was unfriendly and lacked knowledge on internal problem solving options. Manager needs to be kinder to his employees. Manager needs to drop the cocky attitude and learn from knowledgeable customers. Retraining might help. Needs improvement in diligence.

The wait time to check vehicle back in to location was too long. Recommend to have more staff on hand to tend to customer and provide faster service. The staff was very nice and courteous and did apologized for the wait time..... Awesome job on the actual contract explaining in the detailed and outlining the estimated and actual totals...

I don’t know if y’all are ready for this or not. Okay, first off, y’all need to get some knowledge in the call center this guy I first talked to first told me there were Zero tow dolly’s in Harlingen. After further interigation he found some. Turns out there were 8 of them at one store. After my experience at the store I almost wish he hadn’t. The general manager there was an asshole. Like I get it you’re in charge of a store and it’s cool to be in charge but to be an asshole to your staff in uncalled for. Like he interrupted a sales associate to the point to where he had to start all the way back over with my order. I understand they’re at work but other people have jobs too to pay for services like this and you need to respect their time. I’m sure he’ll try to play it off as no big deal but there’s just a way you treat people with common curtesy and I’m not entirely aware this guy has that down. The sales associate did a good job. But that supervisor needs to be humble and sit down.
