JOSE RU-Haul employees put my return address as my moving to address. So when I arrived I was charged a fee for dropping it off in the wrong location. I also had to wait three hours on the side of the road before anyone arrived to fix the flat tire. After not being able to return it on time because of aforementioned tire, I was charged a late return fee as well. Horrible experience all around U-HAUL.

Deborah COrdered a pickup truck for three days to move storage units and to tow a trailer. This location was the only one with pickups available. I specifically asked if it had a 2" ball hitch and was assured it did. Only to find out I am not allowed to tow anything other than a U-Haul trailer. Very very disappointing. Had to rent a box truck for an hour to accomplish just moving the trailer I needed to move. Only for an hour as the truck was only available for that long instead of the three days I needed the pickup for. Had to rent elsewhere. Will not be back again

RUBEN MCustomer service and employees were excellent. The trailer that I rented was a 9x12 but the entrance was only 5' so the trailer did not worked for me. I ended in a 80 miles trip for nothing.

JONATHAN RWhen I began my position with the company that used this facility, the elevator was notoriously never working. People prior to me had started the ball rolling on moving to a new facility. However, when I arrived, Martha (the manager always on duty when I came around) was amazing! The elevators had been fixed, she was always visible walking the property and making sure things were clean and organized. I would have stayed on had things not already been in motion to move. She is doing a great job and I would recommend UHAUL to others!

Kevin LIt's really inconvenient to not allow multi day rentals. I was just trying to get a truck for 48hrs so I could move comfortably. The store absolutely wouldn't let me. This makes no sense.I actually hurt myself because I had to be in a rush. This 12 hour policy of yours and making people rush will eventually get someone seriously hurt. It probably already has but with the lack of care I received at the store I highly doubt Uhaul cares either. You all provide a very essential service and it feels as you use this as a leverage to be uncaring. Especially the people at this store.

CESAR VI understand that they received the truck in a certain condition and they have protocol, but it took several attempts from myself and the pick up location ton get in contact with the manager. They are asking me for proof of damage that I did not cause and was never prompted to take photos of the truck because I picked it up over the counter and was told by the pick up location they already had photos. There needs to be better documentation between the locations and not villainizing the customer who is doing everything in their power to come to the truth of what happened.

Joe lBelow average False advertisement I was told by rep (Ft Worth Tx) Since I rented a trailer I would receive one month free Storage space, but when I went to the drop off location (El Paso Tx) to rent a 5x10 storage space First thing rent went up from $99 to $124,95 and the second thing was told by rep at drop off location Thst I would of had to pu the trailer first eventhough I reserved it with a CC before I would get one month free which was told at pu location. Note :Pu date Aug 26th drop off Aug 30th Also told it would be better to rent it today Aug 21st to make sure that the storage space was available when I came to drop off the trailer and items (pressured) Which I didn't find acceptable and wasn't happy about but had no choice cause plans and dates were already in place hence false advertisement and below average rating.

The staff offered to help move/carry my stuff upstairs but I cannot lift and carry items over 50lbs. so I never moved into the unit. Staff was awesome, very friendly and professional. The facility is great. Hopefully they can get the elevator fixed.

When I moved out, I was informed that there were no Pro-Rated Refunds, yet this same Unit will more likely than not be re-Rented within a few Days, netting the Company another $109.00. That's just a Shady Business Policy!

Julieta R | Déménagement en ligneIts everything you would expect from a storage unit but a downside that brings it down by 2 stars. The staff are friendly, the units are well secured and well lit. However, when I first got the unit 9-10 months ago on the second floor the elevator was working but the following week when I went to move in the bulk of my stuff it was not. Initially understandable, things happen, but upon return (9-10 months later) it is still broken with no end in sight. I am lucky enough to have local, and strong, friends to help muscle our way past that obstacle but others with larger units and possibly larger/heavier stuff or new to the area on the second floor will be hard pressed. I've used this facility twice now and once this issue is resolved I could see myself using it again but using a storage unit on a regular basis was not feasible so I pulled out the rest of my belongings and closed my unit.

A lot of personal details are asked out loud that I prefer not provide to a room full of strangers. Poor concept and execution. My first call to the reservation center was a joke. The agent lacked professionalism and straight up lied to me because he didn't know how to do his job. Do better UHAUL

I wasn't aware of the little carts made available to me to use and help me carry all my things into the unit, I only found this out when I saw a cart in the store and asked if I could use such a cart, that's when the person at the counter told me there where carts in the storage units for me to use. I only wish I was given a quick tour since I also wasn't aware of the bathroom facilities but only found them after my grandson walked around and told me about the bathrooms and of a water fountain since I was very thirsty. Besides, this all was great. Thank you!!

Andrew D | Premières impressionsI had the climate controlled unit on the 2nd floor and when coming back to open my unit, I found all my furniture covered in sand/dirt and debris. I was told by staff that there was construction on the roof, but it doesnt remove the fact that all my items were now covered in dirt. I might as well have gotten the non-controlled unit on the first floor. Additionally, the elevator has been out of order almost the entire time I've had this unit, making moving heavy items very inconvenient. Again that further cemented that I should've just gotten a unit on the first floor.

Because my bill was due on the 9th of each month if I didn't have some great friends that helped me move my storage to the house early. I would have been charged for the whole month when I would have only been there 3 days that month.

This is unacceptable when items that are heavy and storage is upstairs. I am ver disappointed is part because each employ gave a million excuses. Also the return was a nightmare, the location originally provided I could not find, call the number provided. they sent me to a location 45 minute from my Hotel, which had a Uhaul Location right next to the Hotel. I gave the representative the address but said location was full. It was unreal the return experience

I feel this needs to be fixed very soon or move us to another location at no cost. This is the only reason I an not recommending this location at this time. Unless the elevator is fixed soon.

Plus the temperature inside the building was at 80 degrees it was hot inside the building. The last storage I was in all day temperature at 70 degrees

It forced my family to move a 15' trucks worth of home items up a set of stairs in 110 degree heat. The U-Haul place handed me a business card and I was told I can call these people to help move. I didn't have time to wait hours when my family arrived at 2:30pm after a 6 hour drive with two small children and a dog. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.

No accommodations for prorated amount since the unit was returned 3 weeks before next payment due. No discount for elevator inconvenience. Terrible.
