I think it's ridiculous that my pickup location changed simply because I pushed my pickup time back 2 hours for the same truck. Then the online pickup didn't work; thankfully this location was open. And when I dropped it off the online return kicked me out after taking a picture of the interior and I never received a final receipt by email.

Karen CobbReservation was messed up for pick up. Was given wrong truck and vehicle tow, had to wait an extra day to leave. Was given the wrong drop off location. Location that was given to me does not take the vehicle tow. From pick up to drop off was a horrible experience.

Mike BatesonThe people were all very friendly and helpful (A+), but... We rented a 6x12 trailer & reserved a storage room in Tucson, and drove from Albuquerque with the intent to unload upon arrival. We booked the storage by phone. We arrived in Tucson 15 mins before closing and were told we would need to "come back tomorrow" even though the person on the phone told us that as long as we could get there before they close, we could get set up and that the storage was then accessible 24/7. I went back the next day and was informed that there were no units available and was told that this "Happens all the time". I then called around to all other Uhauls in Tucson and finally found one with an available unit and we finally were able to unload this yesterday. 1 week later. I don't understand how making a reservation doesn't hold the room. Maybe charge a non-refundable deposit? IF they don't show up, then you can re-rent it. SUPER frustrating not to mention significant inconvenience.

Deborah BakerVehicle broke down in the middle nowhere with only 40 thousand miles for same thing had been serviced for previously. U-hauls response with the exception of sue who was excellent. Was very poor. Words can't express how bad the experience renting from and dealing with u-haul customer service was. They don't return calls. Leave their customers stranded. And when they do send someone to help over a day later I had to unload and re load a 27 ft truck because they only sent one person to do it even after they knew I was a senior citizen with a special needs daughter it has been over there days since the trip finally ended and the promised call from a supervisor to work out compensation for the ordeal. Still has not come. I will never use u-haul again and will be more than happy to relate my bad experience far and wide to whole ever will listen. To never ever use your company. You give customers that pay up frount broken equipment for one way rentals hoping they get the vehicle as far away as possible. Before being stranded.

Raymond GignacBoth customer service guys are always so uncoueteous. It's like not just me but all customer in waiting room are doing them a favor. Unwanted favor. No hello, no thank you. Just give me your credit card and let me go on break . This is my 3rd and final time giving this place my money . Always such an unpleasant experience.
Shane MestasUpon arriving to the store, I walked up to the door 5 minutes early. The door look like it was open so I opened the door it was dark inside so I started to close the door, the employee Zack who was outside came around from around a truck and stated "what you can't read times are on the door." He went inside at 9AM he came to the door and i went in, he asked if he could help me gave him my name and told him I had a reservation and it was the last one I would make due to his attitude. He told me if I didn't like his attitude he could cancel the reservation, that its not his fault people don't know how to read, and he is only paid to be nice to customers while the store is open. Needless to say if these are the kind of employees you have working for you, then you don't deserve my money.

Tom GugliottaWas quoted 89 dollars for miles and rent..truck had 5/8ths tank of fuel.. requested return at 7 pm had truck 6 hours.. returned the truck with just over 3/4ths tank of fuel..I feel it unfair for extra charges I feel 140 dollars total is un reasonable..u haul fees for mileage at 79 a mile plus rent hourly and fuel is over charging..I returned it clean and ready for next person..will never use u haul again...was not compensated for my fuel..and feel over charged..u haul used to be great and use u haul many time in the past...now is about money Instead of customers..

CHRISTOPHER REIDI really value the service provided by this location and I've appreciated how all the managers there have accommodated our business needs over the last 5 years - Victor, Josh, Zach and now Jeremy. This can easily be said for the staff there as well. That being said, the challenge they face at this location with, what now seems like every night, siphoning of their 26' trucks is becoming more of a nuisance and has impacted our timing commitments to OUR clients. This UHaul location has graciously credited 1/4 tank of gas when I've picked up an empty truck. But the responsibility has fallen on us to gas up right away after leaving their lot. In the meantime, I'm paying movers who are waiting for me at the warehouse to arrive with the empty truck. Truly no big deal until yesterday when the truck ran out of gas BEFORE I reached a gas station. To their credit, Levi and Jeremy came to the rescue by arranging to get enough gas to me to get rolling. Had to pay our movers almost an hour to wait for me (in cold weather) until I finally arrived. I would implore your corporate to help the local UHaul businesses here - in some way - to deter this theft. We've faced the same situation when we've rented from the Central/San Pedro facility and the San Mateo facility as well. The theft and crime in Albuquerque has forced MANY businesses, of late, to close their doors permanently, especially in the corridor of the International District and it's creeping outwards from there. Perhaps all the 26' truck could be corraled at one location that could be "guarded" or physically protected? Or installation of some device to prohibit/deter the siphoning? I implore you to help YOUR employees help your customers.

Susan Chelton | Premières impressionsThe outside of the building was well lit but no lights inside the unit. The ceiling is pretty low so it is very dark inside. This makes it difficult to see anything while moving your items in or out. Also I moved all my stuff from one uhaul facility in las vegas to this one in Albuquerque and the price of the units was significantly different. Way more expensive in ABQ Lights in the unit would make a huge difference

Zachary Frischmann | Premières impressionsWas charged a fee for losing my key I applied for easy pay but I always had to come in and pay sometimes a late charge was applied because I thought they had received payment from my account but they couldn't figure out how easy pay worked so the faked it and said it would apply but it never did I think they pocketed the late fee money . Clerk were rude and looked stoned every time I went in to pay and if I payed cash I would always get a text message saying my payment wasn't received so in order to avoid the $25 dollar late fee I must make a payment sometimes I payed twice in one month I was to cautious to give them my credit card because of what they might do .

However when we or when we asked him to call and see if they had availability he dial the number and then hang up hang up. We had the reverse situation at the office on San Mateo. In the same day she was able to call the Eubank office and get everything squared away so we didn't have to go back-and-forth.

Had rented a moving vehicle and when i got to location off Coors they couldn't find reservation. I think this bate and switch is a terrible practice that employees use is very dishonest.
