More U-Haul's to get out of California this place was phenomenal but to get a U-Haul was the worst thing I've ever felt in my entire life and I understand it's the way the world is back to days before you're supposed to go and I tell you you can't even have a U-Haul and you're leaving your home because you can't afford the rent.. Have your trucks well maintained and clean. Check engine light and check gauges lights were on the 15 ft. box truck. I communicated this to the reps before leaving the premises, the rep did see it and I was told that it was ok to go. The truck was not running ok, alarm sounds were coming on every few minutes.HERSEL O.

I believe I sign up for 32 $dollar insurance coverage and then it went to 40 on my bill. What is up with that?TODD L.
Equipment ordered not available. Was sent to a different location but told I would have to pay extra and have to use my alloted mileage. Was given incorrect information and thus could not pick up rental at my time and spent over an hour picking up the rental truck and driving to pick up the appliance dolly. Not happy with the fact that the green zip tie on the dolly snapped so it looked like I used the dolly when I didn't and I was charged for it. I already had two dollies better than the one bolted in the truck. So be careful and examine the zip tie beforehand. The manager of the Uhaul was extremely helpful and kind. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. I would make sure to book your Uhaul a month in advance because it was extremely difficult trying to obtain one in the location I needed it. I had to rent it much farther than my location and return it the same day.DONNA L.

This location is by far the most well-run and efficient I have ever experienced and I rent Uhauls sometimes several times a month for business. All the people are fabulous, friendly, and helpful. I go out of my way to rent from this location only if I can help it.Suzanne W.
You messed up by not having the parts available for the installation date and Sean the manager said that for the inconvenience you will have us rent a cargo van for the same price of the trailer and have the mileage rate to a cent per mile but when we returned the van we were still charged 400 $plus instead of the promised 50 $plus tax. Front staff never picked up phone call even when there was not any customer at all. They did not even try to help when we lost the key. All they told us was to call roadside assistance, and as we expected, roadside assistance did not even answer our call. We ended up calling local locksmith service while Uhaul roadside assistance and insurance were useless. Definitely going to rent with other local rental companies instead of Uhaul.Tien L.

I don't understand what is the point of having your Uhaul 24/7 self service. According to the videos I watched about it, it's supposed to save me time by allowing me to do everything myself. I reserved my truck for 7/25/2021 at 7am. I was there at 6:45. The website did not allow me to do the process until 7am. I'm fine with that. But as soon as 7am hit I immediately logged in to the webpage on my phone, it told me to find my truck, I found it, then it asked me to upload pictures of my license, which I did. While it was in the process of an agent checking my info, someone came and drove away with my truck. I told an employee and he just said, oh we rented it out to someone else. Go inside and you can give you a different one. He gave me a "take it or leave it" don't care attitude. Really? What is the point of self service if they give my truck to someone else and make me waste even more of my time? I was there on time when I was supposed to and they give my truck to someone else? They couldn't even wait half an hour before they gave it out? You guys at corporate need to fix this because any convenience factor you are trying to promote on your website with the 24/7 self service goes out the window when locations like this pull these stunts and leave the customer feeling upset and annoyed with the whole process. Enough to the point where I don't think I'll be a returning customer.Daniel G.
