Both Erik and Rob did an amazing job helping me with this truck and they were great during my rental process.
Erik G.The staff here is friendly, however, they are short staffed and it takes a long time to get your equipment and on the road. I waited for about 30 minutes before talking to someone. The other problem that I experienced was that all my equipment wasn't in the trailer, a furniture dolly, and a dozen moving blankets. The retrieved the items promptly and I was on my way. However, I found out after reaching my destination the the package of blankets that were put in the trailer only contained 6 blankets, not the 12 that I was charged for.
THOMAS H.Fix your air conditioning. Your employees are going to catch heat stroke and it was absolutely unbearable. This rating is not a reflection of your employees. They were friendly and very professional.
Jeremy P.The 5x8 cargo trailer was filthy inside with a black tacky substance all over the floor and metallic filings along the gutter inside the vertical sliding door. The locking mechanism and chain were severely corroded. This unit needs preventative maintenance, application of rustoleum and touch up paint. Not a trailer that projects the right image of “finest and safest†as emblazoned on the front of the trailer. Because of the sticky residue from a previous renter with no apparent effort to clean the interior of this trailer, it was very difficult to load my cargo because boxes could not slide on the floor surface. I will be seeking reimbursement through corporate complaints agent.

He was able to handle three windows at one time and explaining to everyone details, etc. Job well done! It's unfortunate no one was there to assist him even though he got the job done. One customer filled out paperwork while he checked out another buying boxes. Really appreciate the hard work and how he made the customer experience a priority for everyone.

CHRIS M.Subway wrapper behind seat. When I drove away, I heard noise in the back hitting the sides with every turn. Turned out the handcart was loose. I did not expect to use it and I hope I will not get charged for it. Have not received my final charges. I thought someone was going to go with me to find the truck and inspect it with me. Nope. They gave me the key and said it's on the side of the building. I got the truck at a fourth gas tank and was told I was going to get a discount or a certain refund which was fine. Hopefully I get it.

Then I was charged a $100 cash deposit for the truck & $75 cash deposit for the tow dolly , when I made the reservation with my debit card . Then he charged me $42 cash for insurance for the tow dolly but on the receipt says he charged me $35 then on our drive to the new state we were moving to the light on the tow dolly wasn't working so had to pull over & rent a motel room. Then when we turn the tow dolly in they had the audacity to withdraw $ $75 out of my bank account for a deposit I already paid in cash when we picked the tow dolly up & they refused to return my $100 dollars for the truck. I returned both the truck & tow dolly June 1 , 2022 . They still have not returned my $100 !

Noreen C.The truck was dirty, some one siphoned the gas out of the truck ( employee said) we had to put $125 worth of gas and still said low in fuel. Drove 34 miles total. Never used the blankets and they refused to refund the money.
Raph A.Next time make sure that the info in receipt will be accurate. When we rented the van , the out mileage is 439 but the actual odometer is 650 so, there is a big difference, if we did not check we will be paying more for the mileage.

Prince N.Very slow pickup process. No one was waiting in the store room upon arrival (they were busy!), took about 10 minutes to get someone. Staff was courteous and helpful. A new employee took the task of setting up my trailer - they didn't know how and really should have had someone shadow them as they are getting up to speed. (Congrats on the new hire). This made the hookup process take twice as long as needed. At the end the staff needed a picture of the connection, which should have been very quick, however he did not know how to use the employee app. After 10 minutes of waiting for the picture I told him I couldn't wait any longer.

We were supposed to pick up our truck 2 miles from our home. 2 days before the pick up day we were informed we'd have to go to another location 5 miles away. The drop off location was very far from our destination. We found another location 3 miles away on our own to drop off the truck.

Two other people showed up even the owner on a Saturday morning. Of course they could have been more prepared but they were super responsive. Would definitely recommend using them again.

NAM N.When I arrived there was one employee working the desk and a long line of customers. This employee was working very hard to help customers but clearly couldn't meet the needs of the location on his own. Apparently 2 other employees were late because of an emergency at their apartment complex. There was another employee who said he had just started the job. It was clear that he needed more help doing his job than he was able to offer the customers. The employee working the desk was doing both of their jobs. My truck was not in the location shown on the picture, but was in the lot. The new employee was not able to find it and said it was not at that location. I was issued keys to another van that was not in the lot. The third set of keys I received WAS in the lot but had less than 1/8 tank of gas. Upon receiving the van I noticed that the first van was in fact on the lot, however the second employee did not see it. I spent approximately 40 minutes at the store, which could have been less than 10 had the van been in the spot pictured and/or located initially by the second employee. I would not have minded the delay except that I had paid man power from a moving company and they were waiting at my house. I was having to pay them while they waited. I was very appreciative of the employee who was working the desk and eventually the other two employees once they arrived. The mishap could have been avoided had the second employee been trained. I did receive compensation for the gas and a credit towards my charge, however the overall experience was incredibly frustrating, especially on moving day which is stressful as is.

Trucks, storage, phone calls, everything! Yes it was a long wait, but he was working his butt off. He was polite and got what we needed done as quick as possible. I was serve a 30 day notice and then he locks me out my storage unit which was paid in FULL FOR THE MONTH AND HE WAS LITERALLY HOSTILE TOWARD ME, THEN INSISTING FOR ME TO SIGN IN AND OUT ON TO A SIGN IN SHEET AND THEN DENIED ME OF ACCESS ONTO THE PREMISES ALL WITHIN THE SAME DAY OF AN EVICTION NOTICE HE PROVIDED TO ME WITH MULTIPLE OF ERRORS ON THE EVICTION LETTER. HE NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED IN MY OPINION. NOT ABLE TO SPELL CORRECTLY ON THE EVICTION LETTER HE HAD PROVIDED FOR ME. I DID REQUEST HIM TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE OWNER OF BUSINESS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER, HE REFUSED TO GIVE THAT INFORMATION TO ME AND BECAME HOSTILE TOWARD ME. I DIDN'T APPRECIATE HOW HE APPROACHED ME AND HANDLE THE MATTER WITH ME AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND I DID REMOVE MYSELF OFF THE PREMISES THE NEXT FOLLOWING DAY. Ryan M. | Premières impressionsOn sunday, I came to open my storage for the 1st time and unfortunately it was understaffed but Victor did his very best to accommodate every customer that he can when by himself, Victor did an excellent job on providing me his assistance when I have trouble with the key card multiple times but he still assisted me when it was busy and by himself. I advise the company should at least have 2 worker on sunday so that Victor can at least a have break, poor guy was running around doing everything himself with no help. He deserves a raise.
james l. | Premières impressionsThe worse weekend ever. I was there four days in a row. Friday, find out they cut my storage lock and replace it. But, when asked why, one could tell me. Saturday, wasted a lot of time because Victor doesn't know how to communicate. Ordered a Ubox and truck. But failed to tell me I had to pull my own Ubox to my storage. When specifically ask them to drop it at my storage unit 603 when I placeed my reservation. So I wasted 2 hours thinking they were going to drop it off. To find out after asking 3 times when was they going to bring it. Then I wasted another 30 minutes trying to get my U-Box. In which Victor try to charge me for the trailer that the U-box was on. After my U-Box was all filled and ready to go. Because of the 2 and half hour delay the 4 hours I rented the truck for ended up being 24 hours with miles that I didn't plan on paying for. Because we didn't finish until 6:15 p.m. Mind you all my reservations was for 12 p.m. truck was reserved from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Top it off my U-Box sat in an open space in the parking lot in front of the office for 2 days. It was supposed to be picked up and transported to Arden on Sunday the 1st. The next day. When I went back on Monday it was still there and there was no information on my U-Box being picked up at all. Call Chris Trudell with No response. After Isaiah made several calls he was able to help me and get my U-Box where it needed to go. (Arden) Honestly, If it wasn't for Isaiah I would have lost it!! He went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taken care of.
