I was charged 4 times for 3 different amounts. Please work on only charging your customers for the amount they authorized. Now i have to wait 3-5 business for the bank to put back the pending charges in my account totaling almost $200????

The day before it was confirmed that I’d pick up the truck from the shell gas station 3260 Broadway at 8AM. I arrive and greeted but a very unfriendly shell gas station staff member, told me the Uhaul rep doesn’t arrive till 9AM. How was my reservation confirmed for 8AM if the location isn’t open till 9AM. Very frustrated. I call customer service and the rep I spoke with was super helpful. He changes me reservation to go to the Grand Concourse location and apologies for the frustration. Once arrived at this location the staff Dominick was very professional, quick check in and I was on my way!

You could have/ offer straps in you vehicle. You are a company that supply trucks for people to move packages/boxes/ furniture in the back od an item space truck/vsn...yet no straps to hold down the contents in the back. Why would you have the customer purchase straps when they're only needing them or using them the one time for moving? If you choose not to just have them in the tuck; rent them.

I am so grateful for Micky Sayers. He was incredibly supportive at a stressful time, up to the day we moved out of the storage unit. He ensured that we were taken care of and was always responsive.

I rented a broken auto transport in June. It had a severe shake in it. Ended up messing up the alignment on my new Escalade. The manager charged me an extra $600 for not returning the broken trailer and now another $200 today. I rented the trailer in june and he continues to charge me. Please refund my $800 or I will file a police report.

Last week when I rented the line was over an hour long. If you knew you had that many rentals you should of had more staff and more equipment to be rented. I reserved a hand truck and never got one. The young lady, I believe Stephanie was very friendly and easy to talk to and apologized for the inconvenience. Today when I first got there the lady stated the computers were acting up. Your business was not fully functioning at 7:10am. I almost did not have a hand truck again, eve though I reserved it and picked up around 7:20am. When I returned the truck there was only one guy working. It took over 20 minutes. He was ignoring people and overwhelmed. Regular pedestrians were beeping their horns and backing down the street because the return procedure was holding up traffic.

The facility is ok but that call center is horrible they give wrong information. Leave out important facts. For example you have to call certain facility to see if the have equipment for the hitch.

The 3rd floor bathroom needs cleaning everytime I go there. There's either crap in the toilet or it's clogged up with crap then at times no bathroom paper , other than that everything is great.

I asked for a different unit and I was told it was available. After I load up I look at contract and my rate increase by 30$ or so. Mickey said if I don’t like the price I can unload and re load.
