I didn't know where my unit was located at. It took me 30-40 minutes to figure where my unit was. Also it took me while to gain access to the gate! I was really frustrated last night trying to get my stuff moved into my unit

Easy rental to move things we would not have been able to without a larger vehicle. Will be renting again inasmuch as this rental was cheaper than many store delivery charges. Merci.

I need refund of $10. For furniture pads I didn't order. Had to use this location because the truck wasn't available at location I booked at. Which was further away which added more miles on my trip which cost me more in the end. 4th uhaul I went to this week. Rented trucks at 2. Neither had the utility dolly ordered weather time. And I was instructed to go to other uhauls to try and rent one. No luck

Working with the manager on duty was amazing! He helped me so much, and was very kind to me all day. He even helped drive the truck to the storage unit space. We had great conversations and he made sure I was taken care of. Great employee!! Thank you!!!

The agent in office was extremely helpful and nice. She provided information that I did not know and safety tips for a safe travel.

Attendant did not install trailer properly. Please review the photo she uploaded, the trailer was obviously not attached to the hitch properly. 1/4 mile from the location, the trailer came off the hitch and rammed in the back of my car. I had to lift it and install it properly.

Nothing people do surprises me anymore. All I'm saying is pay attention to your receipts and what these ladies tell you. I was told two completely different things. One of the ladies seemed very genuine. I actually enjoyed her helping me the previous day, she even called me to make sure I had had my gate code after losing my key. Now the other girl is something else she was rude from the beginning telling me she's going to call and report the U-Haul stolen. I'm still trying to figure out why when I parked it and left it on the property the previous night. LOOK AT THE CAMERAS! you'll see me arriving after 9:30pm. Who wants to be locked out. It's like everything the lady setup the pervious day for me she literally made her feel like she didn't know what she was doing. Anyway she tried charging my card 3 different amounts for what ? I'm not sure if she thought I wasn't smart enough to question her but WRONG. I'm just waiting on my refund for a 9,99 lock I was charged 14,99 for also my refund from the truck I used for less than 3 hours. 29,95 a day I used less than 20mi replaced more gas then I used but still was charged a fee 臘‍♀️ So glad I took my picture before driving off funny part is she tried to argue with me until I showed her proof . She did that already 3 times. Even the General manager was not so helpful seemed to not care about resolving my issue. Only accused me of being disrespectful to his employees. AVOID THIS U-HAUL STORAGE PLACE!

Received a truck that should have been serviced. Oil light was on. I was afraid to drive it as I was not sure if I would breakdown. Rough drive through as well. Manager gave me a discount as he acknowledged that the truck should not been on the road.

while the staff was always courtesy and friendly, I frequently had problems accessing my storage unit. The card I was issued stopped working, and there was a time when my storage pass code would not work as well. Access was attempted around 8 pm ( storage hours listed 6 am to 10pm), but entry was denied due to outside of access hours. The access system to storage units needs to be updated and/or troubleshooted to work out the bugs. Also, because the office was closed calling the UHUAL system for assistance makes no point because all they could do was refer me to the closed office for assistance.

Spent extra for climate controlled storage and I put DampRid inside the storage also clothes were packed neatly and some of my clothes still had mildew!!! And there were  droppings!!!! Clean that up!!!! But in the meanwhile I wouldn't advice Anyone to use your facility!

The staff were great and the place was fairly clean. The only thing that was not good, was the fee was quite a bit extra for climate control so that my stuff was not destroyed by the heat, but every time I visited, the building with my unit was 85-90 degrees. That was not what I consider climate controlled. At least not what should be anyway. At that heat, I might as well of kept my things in a regular storage, I had several products melt and were destroyed anyway due to high heat in my unit.

I had made a reservation online and when I arrived 20 mins early to pick up the truck, there were NO trucks. The guy at this first location, checked using my phone # and said my order reflected his was location was my preferred location, but never secured. I had requested self check in, provided and my credit card info and thought I had secured a truck. He told me this happens often as did the guy at the Greenwell Springs Road location. Seems your website needs to be revamped to avoid scenarios such as this! I had to back track over 10 miles to get the 2nd truck which also delayed my helpers already lined up as well as the person I was purchasing the furniture from.

My service was great my unit isn't exactly the size it is supposed to be due to the steel beam in the middle of the floor and the air-conditioned duck that is taking up a lot of space in it as well. I've rented U-Haul units before and they actually had an elevator so I was very surprised to see that it didn't have an elevator and the no lights. Not having proper lighting is not very convenient I need yall to work on that but the customer service was excellent!

All these high rating are for the Baton Rouge Greenwell Springs location. The location in Slidell LA was Is very unprofessional rude Nash and refuse to honor u-haul's agreement or their contract. But here where I'm at Very professional courtesy and willing and eager to help to make sure that I was satisfied as Au haul customer I will come back to Baton Rouge Green Springs well area. The Slidell LA location gets zerooooo++++++ zero stars.

The office and attached restroom had a heavy oder of Marijuana everytime I have visited. My last visit I requested to rent a utility dolly for a one way trip. I got the dolly and paid cash. My order was not processed in the system as paid and was canceled the following day.

The worker was very unhelpful and acted as if I should've knew what I was doing. She made me feel dumb for the few questions I had to ask. She also didn't give me the access card I needed which I didn't know of because she didn't do her job.

When we originally rented the unit, the light inside the unit was out. We call this to the attention of the clerk renting us the unit. She said, she will have maintenance to repair the light. The light was never repaired, the light still was not working when we surrendered the unit. The second matter was the cockroaches in the unit. My husband sprayed the unit himself to stop the roaches from entering the unit. However, the rental rate was fair and the unit was useful for the time rented.

The external gate was not closed when I arrived, and when I returned much later that evening so the security is a little lax. This is why I give 4 rather than 5 stars. I was greeted kindly and helped with my storage space. The space itself was great for my needs, and it was clean.
