The customer service needs to be addressed The equipment he rented me was blocked by two other equipment so the lady who come to hook up the trailer changed a different one and hooked up and said all set so I asked my son to check if lights worked it wasn’t so called her again she gave different trailer again I wasted my time while all this change over so please when we schedule it should be ready

When I arrived to pick up the car hauler trailer I was informed after uploading my selfie pic and drivers license front and rear pic that the trailer was not available. Claimed the trailer had been stolen. OK so I asked what about the $50 guaranty Uhaul claims they will give you when you secure a rental online and show up for the rental to not be available. The manager made a call to a customer who was running late on a return and bottom line I had to wait about 30 minutes for a vehicle hauler trailer. Not the worst thing in the world but not $50 I was guaranteed either. The trailer worked as it should no complaints there. Not crazy about this location and it's policies.

I wanted to join the Uhaul University and was towing and practicing on the rental. However you have no towing classes for us and would sign up. I seen a driver with a trailer that didn't know how to ride a 22 feet trailer and accidentally hit a car. Furthermore the driver took off in Stockton leaving the vehicle damaged on the side of the road. I was checking up on the guy to see if everything was all right.

The clerk that rented a trailer to me stated they use the good condition trailer for the road and rented me an unsightly trailer for local use. Also I turned the trailer in less that one hour after they close (which was due in approximately 20 hours later) and was charged $20 After Hour fee. Extremely disappointed!!! Not good business for long term customers.

Had difficulty documenting damages report before driving off lot since there was no room. Maybe have an area designated for this so customers don't have to worry about being at fault fir the damages that was already there

Busy location depending on the time of day and the day of the week. During reservation and pickup, personnel were helpful in understanding our needs and navigating the process. We also found some moving supplies, for example blankets, less expensive compared to Lowes and Home Depot.

I drop the vehicle off at closing time as others did. Also, they were very busy, but they handle the stress very well very friendly people keep up the good work. I would use you again and recommend you to all my friends and family

During this visit, we encountered many issues, from the truck not being available to mechanical issues. However, the reason why I rated this location "Excellent" simply due to the customer service team and mainly the assistant manager, Melody. She was more than accommodating and assisted us with all of our issues to make our experience much more bearable.

I rented a appliance dolly, and when I got there, I was told that there were no appliance dollies, and I don't understand why I did not get notification of this so I can go to another facility and get one and then they wouldn't even work with us and accommodate us by giving us a regular handtruck free of charge they made us pay for it which I think is total bullshit Not willing to work with us at all. They were very rude.

The two staff members who helped us - one in the morning and the other in the afternoon when we returned the truck - were very helpful with welcoming smiles and each had a good sense of humor which we appreciated. The one in the afternoon was swamped and was by herself but she was cool and calm throughout. Very good experience at this location!

Truck seemed well maintained but Truck wasn't clean. I didn't find this upsetting personally since I was using the truck us just a local shuttle. but some may. Staff was great and very helpful

2 suggestions. 1) Hit my head 3 times on the Mom's attic getting into the truck. Recommend affixing a thin outdoor weather-resistant rubber padding/polysterene/etc to underside of Mom's attic to absorb some of the head/back shock. --> Its painful ! $29 for a large roll of 1/2" thick black outdoor marine grade foam would cover 6-8 trucks. https://www.amazon.com/XCEL-Marine-Closed-Neoprene-Adhesive/dp/B07G3J6294/ref=asc_df_B07G3J6294 2) Uhaul logistics sent me 20 miles away from my city of Tracy to pick up my truck. There are 3 dispatch locations in my city including 2 larger locations, but none support the larger 28' truck and trailer. I called Uhaul logistics/scheduling weeks and days well in advance to try to confirm in-town pickup without success. So what? …..I had to pay $44 for an Uber to go out that far from my town just to pick up the truck and there should be compensation for a large order like mine.

You just need to speed up the process of pick up and return. The reps are working as fast as they can to process each transaction. But geez, 30 minutes waiting while only 2 people are ahead of me is crazy. But the service is friendly. The process is awful.

How could it be easier? It couldn't. I drive to the drop off bay. The agent looks at the mileage, completes whatever data processing she does in less than 2 minutes, and I'm off. The receipt is in my email.

I was very upset I had to drop off the equipment 40 miles round trip when a full UHAUL facility that is a mile from my unloading location. When I dropped off the trailer I was told to pull to the end and someone would unhook me. There was a guy just standing there doing nothing while I unhooked the trailer myself. I'm 79 years old and you would think I could have got some help to unhook. This is the second trailer I rented in the past two weeks and the first time it went very smoothly bot at the pick up and drop off. It was the same trip as this trip. I got a call from you corporate that insisted I drop the trailer off 20 miles away. I thought maybe it was because it was promised to someone else at that location but I was told when i dropped off they did not have it rented to anyone else.

The check out process was easy. The customer service I received from Feliza was top tier. I would definitely recommend this Uhaul facility to others and tell them to have Feliza help them out with all of their Uhaul needs. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent!

Everyone was awesome but who I would like to highlight is the manager. I don't know his name but he is awesome! I had a storage with another company but it didn't work out so when I returned the van I rented I still had boxed items that were large and heavy that I needed to be out in storage. I had no idea that a conversation would lead to just the blessing I needed. The manager was very sympathetic to my situation. He made it possible for me to store my items and get the assistance needed to do so! I can't even express my gratitude! I'm so very grateful for his kindness, I wish I knew his name. Everyone was really great to me but the manager was the one who really went above and beyond and I appreciate him and everyone there.

I reserved a trailer in Lodi and they got it wrong and didn't have the trailer available. Then I went to Stockton because that's where Lodi said to go total inconvenience. I made me couple hours 2 1/2 hours late and the manager in Stockton wouldn't cut me any break on the insurance or on the rate Then I bring it back a day early and they won't give me a break on that so as far as I'm concerned, piss on uhaul

Please eliminate Armoralling the floorboards in your trucks. Safety 1st! I lost my footing getting into the vehicle, not thinking that it would be SLIPPERY! Clean is nice , slippery is dangerous. Thx

I came in to move out, I did not have the gate code, so I went to the office to ask for it. Another employee comes into office, I asked her for the gate code, she snaps, do you have a storage here. Why else am I there? She rudely left out to help another customer. The other employee briefly assisted me while she waited on other customers. She was amazing. No need to encourage my friends to do business, we all live in the great Bay Area.

There was a huge mixup with my storage rental & my personal information & credit card being linked to another customer. This could have been disastrous for us both if it wasn't caught b/c I would have had access to their belongings & they would have had access to my credit card. The situation was fixed, but not without alot of wasted time because I was working & had to stop to address the matter

While the staff and facilities here are great, I have misgivings about suggesting a rental vehicle from this location. Today, I was rented a truck for a one way 400 mile trip that had a retread tire affixed in a steering position. This tire failed at freeway speed on the 99S fwy halfway into my trip nearly costing me my life. I would have said that I trusted uHaul equipment but that is no longer true. If there is someone on staff that makes decisions like these, please ask them if they would have put their loved one into such a situation. I'm sad because I've always trusted uHaul and furious that I almost lost my life moving someone else's stuff. Waiting on a narrow shoulder for help that came quickly was nerve wracking as there was very little room to stop. I was grateful they came and serviced the damage within 90 minutes. It was hot and I was severely dehydrated. Lastly, uHaul asked me to tow a car tow which we considered but am glad we said no..The day would have been Much worse.

Only one issue- first time I returned to put more stuff into our unit 328 - there was a second lock on the unit placed there by uhaul staff - still first month which had been paid - no one could explain why the lock was on there and it took 30 plus minutes to get someone to remove the lock

Should have given a 5-star review but when booked this place it was given as a "one month free", and check in date of May 12. But at the last moment received a call saying it is not free, and either I started paying immediately from May 9 (though I do not need it till May 12), or lose it. It was too late to find a alternative one so have to do whatever I was told to do.

I had homes people living in the units around me and most of the times I went to access there was garbage all over. Also most times I went over the last couple years cars were always blocking the gate due to lack of parking. Although I will say the day I emptied my locker out and closed out the facility was the cleanest I have ever seen the grounds.

My unit was always paid & within the short period I had my rental my lock was cut off & replaced on two different dates & I was never notified of these incidences and I had to find out on my own when I couldn't access my unit.

The customer service and online services are very poor. The only reason why I still use U-hual self storage and truck rentals is because there are no other comparable convenient options that offer the same services. I have had so many problems with the quality off service at multiple locations the absolute worst was from the management at the Mid-city Fresno location and the manager Tish at your Lodi, CA on Cherokee Lane.

Miscommunication between sales and the location about a free month using a storage space caused some difficulty and confusion that was completely unnecessary. I did not appreciate being put in the middle of a dispute between a local manager and uhaul corporate.
