My storage unit was infested with cockroaches and I found lots of mice droppings. I ended up throwing away a lot of personal items. I removed my belongings to try and salvage what was left.

He walked me out and showed me the unit. He also gave me the access card and walked me to all the stations showing me how to use it. The inside of the store was very clean and he ran a tight ship. The only negative, and I had is that there was a leak in the hallway of the storage unit with a mop bucket below it to catch. With the employer saw the leak, he said that he was not informed, and that he would call management right away to get it fixed.

I did not appreciate the calls for non payment, especially, calling others to inform them of my non payment. My pay date was different every month that caused some late payments. I moved out on May 31, 2020. See how the information is incorrect for my move-out date.
