Unfair practices uhaul has.

HARVEY MThe person added gas charges when I made sure to gas up and place the amount of gas it had when I was given the vehicle. He didn't even explain to me he was charging me and just added 3 gallons when the vehicle has digital miles of 90 left which was much more miles left when I got the vehicle.

NATHANIEL MTrailer tires were dangerously overinflated to 80+ psi. Was bouncing all over the place. Had to pull over and fix it myself.
ROGER BOnly comment is that they only had one person working at closing time. But the guy was very busy but he handled it very nicely.
ALBERT TDrop off in Houston was the best , faster service ever . Manager and Dshawn I am sure I spelled the name wrong. He was so helpful, fast and very customer service. We were in a rush to hobby and he waited on his and we we made our flight . I highly recommend this place . Great location, fast service and clean UhAuls.

KELLEY SRequire traffic control check with the customer about status before making reservation changes. We were a bit late picking up our unit. The pickup location checked with us about our status and we informed them we were on our way. When we arrived the unit had been given away by traffic control. Traffic control rescheduled us at a different location without checking that we could not drive to that location before they closed - thus we lost a day for our move. Since we lost an entire day and had to replan our move we were promised a day free by two different agents, but we were not given that credit. Terrible communication and scheduling.

Debora VArrive at the location for my pick up at 8 a.m.my rental wasn't ready . I had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the truck no apologies no consideration of my time scheduled. I brought the truck back early and was charged additional 2 dollars because i slightly went over on the mileage but again no consideration or apology ‼️I express that I would call in to make a complaint and the Attitude that was given was like they didn't care so there you have it ‼️

FRANCISCO AThe first young man ( can't remember his name) booked my reservation wrong, so I couldn't get the truck that I originally needed. But the other young man was extremely helpful. I really appreciate his hard work and effort. He got me in a 15" and I was pleased with that.

Irene BI'm assuming by this text that my storage was sold. I made numerous attempts to communicate with the staff about status because the last payment made also gave a card to do auto pay however something must have gone wrong. Calls were never returned ever. I live in Arizona.

George EMore than half an hour to get the key at 10,4 am when the booking was made for 10 am - Besides the rental agreement indicated tank as half full when the meter indicated between 1/4 and half full. Beware of returns after hours. The code scan doesn't work, I did it 5 times then just dropped the key and gone.

He walked me out and showed me the unit. He also gave me the access card and walked me to all the stations showing me how to use it. The inside of the store was very clean and he ran a tight ship. The only negative, and I had is that there was a leak in the hallway of the storage unit with a mop bucket below it to catch. With the employer saw the leak, he said that he was not informed, and that he would call management right away to get it fixed.

I did not appreciate the calls for non payment, especially, calling others to inform them of my non payment. My pay date was different every month that caused some late payments. I moved out on May 31, 2020. See how the information is incorrect for my move-out date.
