Drop off location was very professional. Pick up location an absolute disaster. No paperwork just price and keys. No explanation about anything.

Demetrius C. | Expérience généraleI had two reservations for this location. There was no communication to me that one of the items I reserved was unavailable. I understand that things happen, I am less worried with that and more frustrated that it took me reaching out to learn of the problem. Additionally, the trailer that I was able to pick up from there was "dirty". There were "trash" pieces in the cargo area including electrical pigtail connectors and other minor debris. Nothing that impacted my use, but if we're insisting on things being clean for the next user, that was not the case when we picked it up.

Lachanda W.Be on time! Tell the truth about why you are late instead of blaming a late delivery of the truck. Know where the truck is located instead of telling the customer it is at the back of the lot, instead of the front of the lot, up by the road.
Jennifer D.When ordering the uhaul, the allotted mileage amount was so small that I could not even see it. So when I dropped the uhaul off I was charged an extra $110 for miles. I had to search deep into the reservation to find the miles that were allowed. Please make it more viewable so that there are not surprise charges upon drop off.

Justin L.First, I would suggest that they do not add fees that you didn't check to have. I purchase the insurance and they tacked another $5 fee for Safetrip. Then you got to pay a $1 whether you want to or not for an environmental fee. That doesn't appear until check out. Also, I feel that they should least give you 5 miles to get back to your destination before charging mileage. The sneaky add-on fees and the extremely high rates for minute things can be overwhelming. Which I made sure I didn't get caught up in, yet I still got overcharged and over taxed. There are some very sneaky dishonest practices that your average consumer is not aware of or pays no attention to, that is earning this company massive amounts in dollars they did not obtain fairly. At least it made me consider buying my own pick. Personally, I will NEVER use this service again.,

Kristina Q.Nice and well-kept storage facility. Good room to maneuver your vehicle and equipment around. There is a gate but I've never seen it closed, even after-hours. Seems like they are always under-staffed, but the folks are friendly and will help you whenever to get around. The biggest gripe with this location, there is a giant pothole in the middle of the entrance, very welcoming for an accident to happen and damage customer equipment.

Well, he said, we can no longer rent if you pay cash. Since when was that not available, I asked. He stated, Since I've been burned too many times. Hmmm..I have rented several times, without issues, so now I can no longer rent by paying cash...hmmm...no signs anywhere and when I checked out and paid ahead the day before with no problem, it turns into a problem when returning the vehicle. I'm confused but yall do what's best for you.

Numerous problems making payments because even if you change billing info on the website, the address on file at the local facility was what is used as billing address. Even after info was changed on the website! Apparently company policy is only the local office can change your address. People use a storage facility when they move! Address information should be easier to update. I would never recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Also I set up for automatic payments due to their advice and lo and behold it was never set up, therefore my first payment was charged a late fee. I had to call to make sure it was set up. I was told they would wave the late fee, but it was not

Office always heavily smelled of Marijuana. One time I was there the man was upstairs screaming at someone, it could be heard fully what he was saying outside the building. Will never suggest this location ever. Makes me not ever want to rent from uhaul again.

Mary R. | Expérience généraleThey seem to have a robust U-Haul truck rental business. That is great. However, these trucks are often parked blocking the entrance AND the exits. They assert that this is just the way it is and force customers wanting the use the storage facility to wait. This is a poor business practice and is fixable if they had the will to do so. Furthermore, they should be eager to move the vehicles instead of acting like they are being inconvenienced.

I had to change times on several occasions. I was told the drop off was Tuesday due to the inconvenience that wasn't true. My card was charged at the end for charges I didn't authorize nor agreed with due to the extra milage given wasn't shown on the check in computer at this location. This was an extremely difficult move considering all the equipment and locations weren't convenient to the address given. I also was told that $50 would be refunded to my card for the inconveniences that never took place either. A complete nightmare

I refused to go through the hassle again and left it be but nothing of what I went through with u haul from renting equipment to renting a storage units from two different locations was simple or at all good. Never will go through this again, I'll do anything other than this anything.

No other units available. This is extremely frustrating when you're moving from out of town with a rented trailer. There is no light or working power outlets. What storage facility doesn't carry bolt cutters?

She could or would not help attach the trailer to the hitch and was rude and snarky. I left the facility for a néw storage business because of the poor service. Most of the staff appears unfriendly and indifferent.

My code to enter the gated facility wasn't working and I had to call Heather to help again get me in with my two helpers. Anyway, I appreciate her for going out of the way to help me out especially when she had to come back after hours.
