This location was a mess and made people even with their moving service truck move to another spot with an attitude. The employees there were rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend for anyone to go there, they will leave you stranded.

Jeff H.The only thing that seemed to be a small inconvenience was how close all the boxes were to the front desk. It made it slightly difficult to navigate around them while someone was loading a cart. And when I left I had to navigate through some customers and it was very awkward. Other than that the staff were incredibly professional and helpful and the facility was very clean and inviting.

willie B.The service and equipment was great. I had made a reservation for truck and appliance dolly the day beforehand, but no appliance dollys were available when I arrived to pick one up. Thankfully the representative quickly directed me to another location where I was able to pick one up. The only problem was that then I was told I could only bring back the dolly to the second location, which would have to be after hours so I'd have to do that online. Unfortunately, online returns of a dolly separate from being secured in a truck is not permitted and I ended up wasting about 45 minutes on the phone and online before finally asking a res presentative to document that the manager had told me to leave it in the back of one of the trucks on the lot, of course taking pictures, and then telling the rep I wouldn't be liable if it went missing. At least he documented the explanation. I just wish they would have let me return the dolly with the truck at the one location. Otherwise, everything went fine.

Joel A.Dwight was very helpful..I ordered a 26ft.truck to begin with but when we looked at it we decided it was bigger then we needed So we decided on a 20ft. Dwight was very easy goin about our change ...he explained everything very well. We opted for the insurance. We drove from Shreveport to Gulfport no problems. The Gulfport site was easy to find .We drpped our truck off. Before 9am with more then our quarter of a tank required..we didnt have to stay long just let someone that we dropped it there..the number on truck let them know who we were. so no waiting for paperwork ..we were in and out about 10 mins.

I would have different ones to take my information as well as give me information for the person that's over cooperate still to this day I haven't gotten any response. As a business owner there no way that I could have faithful clients and not go out of my way to show they my appreciation. I don't know at this point who to contact but I refuse to give up. Elbert B.I had to have one of my family members go pick up my ubox because the moving service only reached out to me once and then told me that MAYBE they could deliver my items to me two days after it was supposed to arrive. The rest of my experience was great. I am unsure if I was charged for a full two hours for the moving help with the loading of my box and I am not sure how I would check that.

I had my kids with me and as we was trying to return our truck we seen staff members smoking weed out in the open bu the return center, loud vulgar music was playing, my kids heard all the inappropriate music an smelled the weed smoke. I was very upset. When i returned my truck that was sitting on the lot all day because we was waiting on our movers. We was charged a extra 58 dollars because the truck was not unloaded. No other customers had that truck reserved so to get charged a extra day was very unreasonable. We were talked to by the staff and the store manger in a very unprofessional manner. I will never spend money at this company again.
