This location has always been the one that came through for me. Even when they were not the closet location. Great service, clean equipment, opened hours and days I need them for.

Sean L.Improve the speed of the authentication process. Especially for repeat users. You have the DL info, and photos on file, no need to reload unless old or expired. Just match the face and go on. Took over 10 minutes waiting on approval.. Waste of time.

Donald L.Truck in poor condition. Gave me the truck with 63 miles of gas in the tank. I drove it only 23 miles. When i returned it, i had to put $27 of gas into the truck. Rip off. Will not use uhaul again.

Terry V.Went over milage due to huge detour because of traffic accident. Would recomend allowing more milage incase of these type of situations. Also how about cruse control on trucks. Fuel consumption is horrible and a steady speed would improve that

I noticed the oil spill after I moved the truck. I tried to call them when I got home. Could not get connected.

When I had a short notice schedule change on the closing of my house, they allowed me to adjust my rental times and dates, so the equipment was ready when we needed it. That reduced a lot of stress for me.

Ronisha B.When using the mobile check out I was not allowed to mark the equipment as cleaned when returned. Also I did clean the equipment before I returned it I was forced to market as not cleaned. I left a comment on the checkout stating this and asking for someone to inspect the equipment before I was charged. I was informed after the checkout was complete that I would be receiving a call from a representative to discuss the charges. No one has called and I just received a receipt showing that I was charged to clean the equipment anyway.

Marion L.Despite the man cleaning the truck before I used it, it had a horrible odor of marijuana and fabulosa cleaning detergent. Ppl need to get charged for bringing a truck back like that. Like a $250 fee. Then professionaly clean it.

Louis S.This location needs to be shut down and revamped. The van I was given literally had mold growing on the A/C vents and had not been washed outside or cleaned inside. My son who was with me riding with me, took a fever that night and I felt feverish too. The van was the only common thing, which leads me to believe it was the mold. The unit also smelled of marijuana.

AGNES P.I placed an order yesterday for a small truck I was told it would be $29,99 per day and $.89 per mile and today when I brought the truck back I was told I owed like $55 for a 40 mile trip to replace the gas which I was not made aware of not this morning or yesterday when I made the Reservation. So as it turns out it cost me about $150 to go move a washer and dryer from Iowa to Lake Charles. Thanks a lot U-Haul next time I will call somebody else

JOSEPH T.Customer service was weak (I was not greeted and the rep looked less than thrilled to see another customer), but so long as they took the vehicle back and checked-it in, I can deal with it.
Mike B.The customer service was horrible. I arrived at the drop off location and parked the truck. I noticed an employee passing by. I asked the employee if it was ok to park in the specific parking spot. The employee said, yes. He called the truck number into another employee. When this specific employee walked up to the u-Haul that I had not gotten out of yet because I was checking the u-Haul in online. He was trying to rush me out of the truck. I explained to him that I was checking the truck in online. He said he could do it faster inside and that it would take me 30 minutes to do it myself. Which it only took me about 5 mins. He asked me to bring the keys inside when I was done. Which I did. Then asked me to go back outside and leave the keys in the truck. Which I did not. I sat the keys on the counter where an employee was standing. Everyone in this place was RUDE. Very disappointed.
