Would've liked to have the 3 weeks left of my rental refunded. I have pictures showing nothing was left in the rental was only in the unit 10 days. No refund so not happy. Legally entitled to a partial refund. But it is what it is I guess. Paper I was given said no refunds and nothing owed so. Not happy.....

I never had any issues until I went to move out my things. My move out was delayed by 2 days due to being unable to gain access to my unit ,as I was told by by one of the employees that they had to lock the doors early due to an incident on the other side of the bldg. I went back the next night to remove my things and was unable to gain access again on the other side of the bldg also. So, I had to wait until the next day to remove my items to be able to do a check out thru my app. It then took 3 days to receive my email and for my contract to not show up on my app.

I arrived at 6:58 for a 7p reservation. I called to find out what time to arrive and was told before 7. When I walked in and said I had a reservation, I was told they couldn't help me cause it was 2 minutes before closing and to download the app. The app sent directions with wrong lane. We found the truck and could not get the lock open. We submitted a request for a call and it was about an hour before we got a call. It was dark by then. The person on the phone coached me through lifting the lock a little while pushing the lever on the lock. My friend held her phone flashlight for me to get it done. Overall, miserable experience.

Reserved a 17 foot a week prior to needing it. Then at the last minute I was told I wouldn't get the 17 foot and I would have to settle for a 15 foot. Why reserve if I'm, not going to get what I reserved.

There was a car in the loading dock area where we and others were trying to unload. Staff claimed they didn't know who the car was for. It was in the way the entire 1-2 hours we were there. Very inconvenient but I love my storage.

The truck was beat up and the driver door had issues closing and staying shut. This was not an issue for me because it ran well and didn't break down. It would have been nice to pick it up with the gas gauge above 1/4 tank. I had to get gas as soon as I left the lot and there was also broken glass in the back that I had to sweep out before loading. When I dropped the truck off, the kid that took my keys was very nice and had excellent customer service skills.

Can't say much about this location because they were just the drop off point. They were very fast. As soon as I drove in, they checked my mileage, fuel gauge and interior of truck. After telling me I needed to call the pickup point for a refund on the dolly, he came back and said he was doing it himself, so that was appreciated. I was out in under 5 minutes. I don't know how this location is as a pickup location, but as a drop off they were excellent.

They won't give me my refund from my deposit

The instructions on where to park the truck was not giving and this was a big location. They had trucks everywhere and barely any parking for the truck I brought back.

I went into the Ambassador Caffrey six days prior to reserve a van. In the day of, I received a phone call stating that no van was available, but they could give me a 10' truck. I needed something that day, so that was fine with me. When I arrived, I saw three vans in the lot, but figured they were already booked for someone else. When I enter the store, I was told I was at the wrong location, and that even though I reserved it at that location, my truck was at another. The phone call never mentioned the location. My email had the Ambassador location as the pick up point. Yet, I was forced to drive further out of my way to the next location, delay the start of the move, and payback extra for the extra mileage I had to travel. Highly unsatisfied with how the whole rental situation was done.

Everything is good but I am disappointed on charges they made, for gas 20 they charged but I drove very less miles, just for 3hrs they charged 50$ I am disappointed on that only , apart from that all good. Staff and vehicle is too good.

This was the worst experience I have Ever had with moving. The box was picked up late and guaranteed the same arrival date that was initially promised. It then showed up 4 days late. Over $1k worth of my personal items were damaged and have to be replaced. I will never use this service again and deserve every single penny back that I have Given this company. If I could Rate this service a negative, I would.

When I arrived my reservation I was told they didn't have the uhaul ready, that someone had not returned the uhaul at the time they were supposed to now I understand that's not their fault but I do wish they would contact me before hand so I can not waste time and gas driving there and I had let people who are helping us move know the time would pushed back.

I tried to call the office to verify where I needed to go, but did not end up getting a person. I also called for help when I was on one of the floors and the button rang, but it did not end up connecting with anyone. Also, the map was confusing since I had an upper first floor unit and did not realize we did not need to use the elevator

I had appointment at 9 a.m. they said it wouldn't take long. I called at 12 and they hadn't started on it. Seems is you have an appointment, you should be taken before others. Or why make an appointment.

The truck was clean but less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. The truck was very old and rattled when I drove it. The battery died after the second time I turned it off. I got a jump and had to return the truck. I was given a newer model that was fine.

the employees were unknowledgeable as well as unhelpful! my reservation was some how canceled with no explanation so originally i was told there was no truck for me to rent! then the truck was poorly take. care of and full of blankets i did not rent or need and had to move repeatedly as they were in my way!

I had to return the trailer the next morning because the lights were not working and would blow the fuse in my car for the trailer lights. The lights were working when I picked up the trailer. The result was that I had to return the trailer to the pickup location, unload it and reload it into another trailer. Fortunately, one of the employees was available to help me. But this cost me a lot of time and delayed my move, adding about 4 hours to my 12 hour drive.

The complaint I have is when you try and call no one answers or calls you back. You have to keep calling until you finally get someone. The other complaint is I paid for the full month of January and have not gotten a call, reimbursement for the part of the month since I moved out of storage Sunday January 15th. That alone is making it to where I do not want to use uhual again. The storages were clean and no damage. We have called multiple times and all it does is ring. We also called customer service and got them to send two messages and still no call from them or reimbursement. When I called previous months it was not that bad but now nothing.

I DID NOT use this facility!!!!!! Getting sued for it, but have no clue where this is and have NEVER stepped foot even around it! If this is done when it's not used, hate to think what would happen if you did patronage there!

The staff went above and beyond to help in every situation that arose, although there were NOT many. The facility was extremely clean, sanitary, well lit and maintained by the staff. I especially loved the fact that it was semi climate controlled with dollys and carts available at no additional cost to the customer. This was my first experience renting a u-haul and it was problem free and overall a safe and easy experience. Thank you to all of the staff that helped me. I appreciate you and all of your attention to detail and hard work. Thank you U-Haul! Keep up the great work of providing quality service and products at a reasonable price. It's refreshing to see a company putting their customers first!

Roaches in the unit and when I lost my access card was told by the "owner" they hadn't passed out access cards in the last year but then when he saw that I had just rented the unit 3 weeks earlier just stared at me shrugged his shoulders! Definitely do not recommend this location!!!

During the checkout of the storage reservation on the internet, I was informed of not being charged for the 1st month of storage due to reserving a 20' Uhaul truck in conjunction with the storage. Upon checkout & signing the documentation at the facility, the service rep did not want to discuss or explain as to why I was informed of not being charged for the 1st month of storage rental. She was very inconsiderate and slightly rude.
