Rental truck was different from the one showed in the check in process. Staff rushed through the process and couldn't do a proper assessment. I rented a 3- seater pick up truck and was given a two seater van, very inconvenient.

Johnathan provided excellent customer service. I interacted with him five times (reminder call, pickup, drop-off, "I left my sunglasses in the van" phonecall, and sunglasses pickup) & every time he was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Everything about the facility is great except for the leaky ceiling on the top floor and the size of the elevator. I have had to prolong my move because my furniture cannot fit into the elevator and I am on the 3rd floor. The staff was very good though.

The van seats were covered in dog hair. They knew I would be bringing it back after hours and gave me no instructions on what to do 45 minutes on the phone after returning the van just to figure out what needed to be done for it to be returned properly. Impact Colorado.

Only issue was confusion about submitting application, I was paying it for my son online and somehow two applications got submitted, 2 units assigned. But the woman at the facility contacted me because the 2nd unit was empty and she resolved it immediately.

So grateful for Justin's assistance, as we were traveling from the east coast and working to line this up on the fly. Justin was incredibly responsive and helpful from the first call, until we were unloaded and squared away. Shout out to Kenny as well for the patient orientation when we pulled up 2 mins before closing !! This was a positive experience in - at the time - a slightly stressful situation.

I received a text message at 10:13 am Monday, September 12, 2022, instructing me to drop the truck off at 3410 South Galena Street in Denver even thought I picked it up about 9:30 am at 615 South Havana Street in Aurora. Why I was told to drop the truck at a different location than the one I picked it up at was strange. Then when I decide to look at my bank account and see an ADDITIONAL charge of $148,91 I was shocked. I dropped the truck at the location I was given on my phone why I'm being charged an additional day, wrong drop point, and additional insurance charge is incorrect and I need to be credited for $148.91. Please call me at 720-751-0587 before I call my lawyer. Merci.

I'll be honest. Love the whole system other than the whole, we need to call an alternate contact to verify some BS. I get it's to stop fraudulent rentals but, how could that prevent anything just list your homie who is in on the scam as your contact and the silly little system is easily duped. Slapping my face with my palm right now cuz it was super silly to have to stand there and text my mom, “hey can you answer a call from uhaul for me?” Actually stupid, but the whole take pictures to verify everything is fine is a great system in this day and age of mobile phone domination.

Make sure the renter gets the keys next time instead of just not and then never getting back to them when they call customer service an just repeatedly putting them on hold for hours at a time and then never getting the keys even past the time allotted.

The app wasn't working properly, I had a lot of problems just trying to sign in to pickup the truck. Then when returning the truck, also was impossible to return y by myself. I don't know if I was charged extra because of this, I hope not, since I complied with all the requirements, and it wasn't my fault that the app was crashing constantly on getting my location. Everything was perfect, just checking out on the app took me almost an hour, until tired already, just contacted the phone line of customer service.

Just wanted to let you know that we needed extra help when we arrived because we didn't realize that we would have to open an account on line and then process our reservation and payment on line as well and the two young men there, especially Tony were extra patient and helped us complete this process while we were there. We do not do much online and so we couldn't have completed our reservation without Tony's help!

Manager could not find my reservation in her system and was not able to get us the storage unit that we had reserved. Thankfully she had a different one available at a smaller size. If she hadn't had a different one available, we would have been screwed, for a lack a of a better word. Our overall experience with U-Haul during this move (including storage and a truck) has been less than ideal with so many issues. Will not be using U-Haul again.

We did have to switch units due to the fact that I misjudged how much space we needed. Tiffany was extremely helpful in getting us moved into a larger unit, and she did it with extreme efficiency. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone that needed a storage spot!!

Pick up was App only, and staff was unable (or unwilling) to help when I ran into problems with the app. I was in a hurry and would have really appreciated help. Using the app is no substitute for real customer service and should be optional.

Worst experience possible the hole time I got a uhule truck I had this female named JENNIFER calling me because I was late in returning my truck but still paying for it but she would call everyday wounding if I was gunna unload it or not telling me I put 3 family's out on the street because I wasn't returning the truck I rented an payed for then she told me she was gunna empty the truck because I was nice enough to leave it parked in front of the place I got it an she had people lined up to put all my stuff she said dispossessed of if I dident pay for an return the truck

I forgot the man's name that helped me. Honestly, he was one of the most polite customer service people I've dealt with. He just went above and beyond to be nice and helpful. It was a great 1st impression for your company. Only complaint, I wish you had longer access hours for us insomniacs, but I understand you can't have 24hr staffing.

After a long roadtrip and ending up at a UHaul location that wasn't going to work for me, I was kindly directed to this location on S. Galena. This was so refreshing to work with Henok. He worked so hard to find a unit that worked well for me, enabling all my possessions to fit. He was kind, understanding and sooooo patient with me as I was totally frazzled. I needed a storage unit for a couple months while moving around and I'm so glad I picked here. Brigida was great at getting me checked in and called making sure I knew the office hours were different at that location. The whole thing was super convenient too. I had the unit set up for automatic payments so I didn't even have to think about it.

My car window got smashed into and I moved my car to a different location. I was not offered any recourse, for example a prorated return of my money when my car was not there. I'm over it now.

Worst experience of my life I stored my work vehicle there was told it was a secure facility and thought since it was u haul they would insure my property would be taken care of but I was completely wrong a person walked right into the garage and stole my vehicle zero oversight and they offered absolutely nothing in compensation worst storage facility ever this will cost me over $25 000 in lost tools and upgrades to me truck and hurt my ability to provide for my family. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!

The online rental process wasn't easy to understand the first time I used it however, once I complete the process or someone walked me through the steps, it's great. I needed a video or YouTube.

They completely failed to explain the rental pricing for moving equipment. I rented a furniture dolly and heavy utility dolly, and was left thinking the prices were flat rates. I was never informed there was also a daily rate beyond the first day, and apparently this is not the first time this has become an issue here. Had I been informed of this I could have simply returned the equipment sooner.

I couldn't access my WIFI at this location and had to have your employee process my pick up and return. He was very helpful and accomodating.

A very positive experience with getting my stuff into storage at Kennedy . A special mention to Brigida Asher who was amazing the whole time and kept in constant communication with me from the time of booking to drop off to make the process easy and less stressful for me . She made me a video of how to get into my unit after hours and all instructions and was available by phone if I had any issues. She went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service!!

Brigida was amazing and was able to help me and my friends move our stuff into storage coming across the country from NY. Super friendly, communicative and helped out every time I needed her. Got caught up talking to her a few times because she is an absolute joy to talk to. Brigida deserves a raise or a promotion!

Brigida Asher went above and beyond to provide exemplary service. I am moving from AZ to CO. Brigida sent text messages with her card information and informed me of the facility change. The original booking didn't have an available unit. She followed up with 2 videos on how to access the unit using the PIN that was established. Brigida was professional and courteous. Any stress or worry I had about handling this move long distance was mitigated immediately. I was reassured that the unit would be available and that the truck could also be dropped off at the location. You can tell that Brigida takes tremendous pride in what she does. Customer satisfaction is her TOP PRIORITY!! I will continue to do business with Uhaul indefinitely. Merci.
