I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an outstanding hitch installation service from Adam Gosling that went far beyond my expectations. From start to finish, the installer displayed a level of professionalism and attention to detail that left me not just satisfied but thoroughly impressed. It's clear that he treats each installation as if it were his own vehicle, and he executes the procedure with such care that it felt like I was watching myself do the work. His proactive approach to ensuring a smooth installation process was equally impressive. The day before the scheduled installation, he took the initiative to reach out to me via email. In this message, he warned me about the potential challenges associated with seized bolts due to the age of my vehicle based on his experience with my make and model. He advised that I consult a mechanic to loosen these potentially stubborn bolts beforehand, as he lacked the necessary heat treatment equipment. This level of foresight and consideration for my vehicle's condition instantly gained my trust. In the end, I couldn't be more pleased with the hitch installation service provided by this professional. His dedication to treating my vehicle as if it were his own, his proactive communication, and his meticulous attention to detail left me more than 100 % satisfied. I can confidently say that I would recommend UHAUL to anyone in need of a hitch installation.
Robert W.Had issue with amount of fuel in vehicle. When I took vehicle gauge was between half and 3 quarters. Did not think anything of it. When I returned the gauge was where I got it. Had contract e mailed to me and did not look at it. Contract stated gauge between 3 quarters and full . Looks like I have to pay attention and just not go on trust. Probably wont go back just based on principal . Looking for other alternatives to U Haul as I require this equipment at least twice a month.

ROBERT F.This location and staff were helpful and lovely getting my auto transport attached. Not the locations fault the company is terrible. Don't rent with U haul! They called the day before my move with no available trucks (reserved 2 weeks in advance) and changed my one way trip to a return trip removing my auto transport to a new location without my consent and only acknowledged when I called in and had screenshots of my previous arrangement. After spending 2 hour on the phone, ended up driving over an hour away in peak dt traffic to pick up a much larger truck which they forgot to add furniture pads to but charged me anyways with a half a tank of gas. Most staff are great, the company is terrible I will not rent through U haul again and will be warning all my coworkers of my experience as they are also moving soon to return to the office.

To add insult to injury a customer booked trailer but didn't have hitch on their car to tow. The young lady kept her composer and handled situation and dealt with my pick up . Maybe one more staff member on high volume days would help ease this . Will still use this location.

David A T.I believe the customer rep should commit themselves to your requirement by taking the client to the truck together they look over it and make sure the truck is okay before handing the key over to the customer or client that was the only thing I noticed that the upon going there doing the paperwork the key was just hand to us and we're told the number of the truck and that was it so we felt that the reception did not really do his job completely at least my daughter question that but she was the driver

Still, the other location didn't have the trailer I needed so I was forced to take an open top trailer as opposed to the one I reserved. Lots of waiting in line, and lots of time wasted on an already stressful moving day!

mike P.I told the clerk that the air conditioner was not working in the truck and that the breaks seemed slightly delayed. Other than that or was a seamless booking process at this location. I was pleased other than that. Actually the only thing I didn't like was the extra trucks parked on the curb of the parking lot. It made moving my big truck tricky because I was so close to the parked truck that was parked in an unofficial spot.

She has zero customer service, she told me that if you don't want to drop off at the same location, just cancel it. People in the store were very polite and provided very good customer service but at the end of the day, I had to pay more than what was promised.

There should be one price only for 24 hour access, like every other major storage facility that I've seen. The $140 I had to shell out for that rickety locker that I got was already too much, and now I have to pay more if I want to access my locker after hours? C'mon guys, Uhaul can do better than that.

IAN P. | Premières impressionsFrom the very start I had major issues, a very unfriendly girl at the front desk set up my account. It took her 45 mins to get everything correct, however even after this I found my 4 digit entry pin was 5 digits and was a generic 12345! She obviously couldn't be bothered to set up a paid for service on the system. I came back the following day to have this looked into by two other employees, it took 9 hours to solve the simple problem and get me after hours access. The main entrance to the storage units were a health and safety violation on a daily basis, to the extent of having to physically move large heavy fed ex boxes out of the way every time I needed access to my unit. This location (for a storage facility) clearly has zero storage for the 10s & 10s of toe bars and heavy boxes that are delivered multiple times per day. They are constantly blocking the fire exits and main walkway to all units. This is clearly in breach of all fire/health and safety codes. For a customer to have to move heavy boxes and toe bars out of harms way to gain access is ridiculous. My unit itself was ok but had zero lighting within, not even the hallway lighting could come in overtop as the walls were to the celling. I purchased my own lock from a local store because the lady that set up the account didn't state any difference, only to find weeks later I had to purchase a U hall lock because mine wasn't "fit for purpose" All in all my experience at the location is a 0 out of 5 I wouldn't recommend to anyone and I'd appreciate some kind of compensation towards my overpriced rental. On a more positive note there were a couple of staff members who were polite and expressed their apologies for the inconvenience of the mess. They also mentioned that the first girl I dealt with was let go. The entrance blocking and lighting both need to be urgently rectified for obvious health and safety concerns. I noticed multiple cameras within the storage entrance so any administrator should be able to monitor this on a daily basis.
