Exterior was so dirty I couldn't see anything in the side mirror. I had to clean it myself. I rented same truck three different time and every time it was same. When I pay for a service i expect it to be clean. Smelly and dirty seats I found the same garbage behind the seat in the same truck week before and after. When I rented the truck I told the guy about the garbage and I guess he didn't care about it. They could do a better service.

I have no problems.. the u-haul team at galloway and kingston rd.. they make an awsome team... i was a little diapointed. That the 8 days i had left on storage..i was unable to be rembursed for... but i understand its bussiness:) 20 stars i give the kingston rd u-haul:) thank you so much for keeping my belongings safe....and for curtisey. And overall respect and always helpful

In all of the times that I've rented a vehicle from this location, I've never experienced what I did during this time - I didn't even make it to my home (less than 10 min away) before the “low fuel” light came on. How is that even acceptable?? Leaving a 15' truck with less than a 1/4 tank for the next person to use is brutal!! I ended up putting in more than the “suggested” amount as I wasn't about to do to someone else what was done to me.

I used to rent equipment from Warden and 401 location. I was forced to change location for their bad service and unfair cleaning charges. This location at Kingston Rd has the best staff with friendly service. Keep up the good work. We need good customer service.

I would improve two things: 1) for the love of God, please service the truck. The brakes take forever to work and the steering wheel is almost 1/4 off alignment. 2) do precheck in for the truck, at least with my drivers license check etc. I was dropped off at the location and I waited outside in the cold while an online operator validated my ID. I could've done this in person and would've been faster.

Trucks are always a little sketchy in terms of how they drive. If never been in a uhaul where I was totally confident with the maintenance or drive capabilities.

In the cabin smell like cigarettes and behind the seats there was lots of cigarette packets beer bottle. Gas tank I wasn't full and I am told to feel up the Gus tank when I return.

As per the online booking concern, if the customer book any equipment with truck and got the confirmation email with all booking, then the branch must have to confirm that. When customer go to pick up the truck with booked equipment and the brack say the equipment is not available, then its very tough for customers to move the furniture without equipment. So branch need to take this issue carefully.

Did not find anything to improve...If I can suggest not necessarily everyone would have driven U-Haul before so if someone could assist the operation of Hatch and gear etc at a high-level that would be helpful....Just my thoughts as the first time.

I hate your new system. It's like jumping through hoops to rent a van. Too much information is required too much is put on the customer to do and service is lacking. It's also very frustrating to have to give the same information over and over and over. If I can find another option for work you Will lose my business.

From the very start I had major issues, a very unfriendly girl at the front desk set up my account. It took her 45 mins to get everything correct, however even after this I found my 4 digit entry pin was 5 digits and was a generic 12345! She obviously couldn’t be bothered to set up a paid for service on the system. I came back the following day to have this looked into by two other employees, it took 9 hours to solve the simple problem and get me after hours access. The main entrance to the storage units were a health and safety violation on a daily basis, to the extent of having to physically move large heavy fed ex boxes out of the way every time I needed access to my unit. This location (for a storage facility) clearly has zero storage for the 10s & 10s of toe bars and heavy boxes that are delivered multiple times per day. They are constantly blocking the fire exits and main walkway to all units. This is clearly in breach of all fire/health and safety codes. For a customer to have to move heavy boxes and toe bars out of harms way to gain access is ridiculous. My unit itself was ok but had zero lighting within, not even the hallway lighting could come in overtop as the walls were to the celling. I purchased my own lock from a local store because the lady that set up the account didn’t state any difference, only to find weeks later I had to purchase a U hall lock because mine wasn’t “fit for purpose” All in all my experience at the location is a 0 out of 5 I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation towards my overpriced rental. On a more positive note there were a couple of staff members who were polite and expressed their apologies for the inconvenience of the mess. They also mentioned that the first girl I dealt with was let go. The entrance blocking and lighting both need to be urgently rectified for obvious health and safety concerns. I noticed multiple cameras within the storage entrance so any administrator should be able to monitor this on a daily basis.

When I returned the truck Daniel was great! I couldn't believe how simple, and efficient he made returning the truck. I was in disbelief! He took care of the check in and asked if I want my receipt printed or emailed. When I said printed he quickly printed it out and gave it me. Thank you for making my move hassle free!

Great attitude, quick, great relational people at the desks. Was much better to do the quick pickup through the app and get the keys/check in in person. As for the app, please please try to consolidate all the upwelling..... way to many pages of things some people need but you won't get anyone getting them by annoying them into it. Just to reiterated, the location pickup and people were wonderful, the app on my phone was a little annoying.

I found the interior of my van clean as a whistle! The exterior was dusty but I was fine with that. If you are looking to improve that would be something to do: make sure the vehicle exteriors are sparkling clean.

Customer service was excellent, I went outside after my transaction and the girl who helped came out to give me my credit card I left in the terminal: The lot attendant was wearing a mask as well as everyone in Maude the store, good to see as I have been in many stores and this has not been the case. I realize times are tough but on busy days which I assume are Saturdays and Sundays you need more counter staff. On Saturday (pickup day) there was one gentleman ( doing a great job) handling two desks and doing it very efficiently. All to keep the lineup moving. On the return day, Sunday the same issue. The line up at one point was out the door and down the ramp. Again the gentleman working that shift was great but was working the desk, hooking trailers, checking returns and taking mileage and gas levels. Give both men a raise and a pat on the back. Good work boys under difficult times. With COVID going on maybe a sign stating one family member in the office. When I was there there were two groups of two people picking up one vehicle and one group of three people picking up one vehicle. The office is small enough already. Groups only make the office smaller let alone dangerous. Other than that, thanks for a good rental experience.

You really have to give to the gentleman that checked me in out early morning (on time, professional) to the two gentlemen that checked back the vehicle during return.. Advised me to wait in the store inside while they checked in the vehicle due to the weather being cold! Appreciate the help as always!
