The staff has to be some of the best I've ever encountered. I was a customer since the opening of the facility in 2018. Everyone at this facility is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you for your help!

I wasn't aware that there was a time to return vehicle. The receiving employee wasn't any better. She didn't correctly check the vehicle back in and was sitting in the vehicle for a long time. I wasn't pleased as this should be a good experience in my time of need.

I found the interior of the storage unit full of dead (as far as I could see) spiders, spider webs and lots of mice feces towards the back of the unit. Unit had a black mice box in it but I do not think any mice were ever trapped in it. Other than problems with rodents. The place seemed clean and well maintained.

I arrived at the proper time exactly at 12:30 which was my scheduled time to pick up the van. The man who was helping me really didn't know how to do the process on the computer screen so by the time he was able to figure it out with the help of his manager who was at home it was 50 minutes later. So, I got a late start and after I left. I noticed that the text I received said I only had 3 hours left meaning I lost a full hour of my scheduled time with the van. It was a good thing that we didn't have a whole lot to move because I got it back in just under the 3 hours. I just feel like in the future the employees need to know how to do the reservations because by the time I left with the van there were a few irritated customers waiting to be assisted. If there was a positive it was the rental van as it was a fairly new van with under 10 000 miles on it and very comfortable and easy to ride.

Carlene D | Expérience généraleFix issues with computer transactions not working and require manual entry. Keys were misplaced by staff so took longer than necessary to find upon pickup. When returning I noticed their office was so hot like 80+ degrees when temp outside was 72 and they had to have the heater on. Annoyingly charged a full day's rate when only 30 mins late for drop off, even though Uhaul wasted 30 mins of my time during pickup process…uggh!
Diane WThe Uhaul storage rental closest to us is the Falcon Field location in Mesa AZ, but there is no staff at that location. Had to go to the store at 457 S Higley Road Mesa which is only about a mile or mile and 1/2 further, but it was a bit inconvenient when I went to the Falcon Field location to purchase moving materials and realized there was not an actual store there.

When UHaul Corporate has to redirect the customer from the original location to another because the vehicle isn't on site, they should ensure the equipment is available at the new site. The customer service at the site was great. The POS equipment wasn't very good, I couldn't pay w/ a chip credit card. There was also a problem with the link sent to my email. I couldn't get to the next page after uploading my driver's license. I was unable to upload a photo of the back of my license. The driver's license requirement should be sent in advance of pick up. It will make the transaction smoother for both the employee and customer. Thanks

Suggestion: you should offer pro-rated refunds when the customer closes their storage. My monthly rent was due on the 12th of each month, I closed my storage in the same month on the 17th ( 5 day difference)and was told you do not pro-rate any refunds. Wanted to mention this as I believe that would be a great step with your customer service. Merci

He sold me a 10x10 storage unit on the interior and building and I could not even fit the ATV through the hallway or maneuver the corners. Obviously I had to get a refund and rent elsewhere.

MICHAEL BThe van was reserved for a 4:30 pickup, there was not anyone there to meet me at 4:30. I called and the manager said the person was at another location but would be over in 15 minutes. They arrived just before 5pm, due to the delay I missed my pickup window and lost out on the item I needed to move with the van. I would not rent from this location again. They could have let me know that the pickup time was not possible but instead I am out $50.

Very knowledgeable stafff as well. The facility was always spotless and well maintained. Climate was very comfortable when we had to go into our unit for something. Our items came out as well as they went in.....no warping of anything ....no bugs!!!! The price of tbis storage facility was also reasonably-priced. I highly recommend using this facility for storage!

Wendy BFirst, Amy called me a liar, outloud, in front of other customers. She actually said, "you are a liar" about my alternate contact. 2nd, you advertise "climate control" yet you have instructed your manager Amy and staff to keep the facility at 85. That is not climate control. You state that you keep the temp between 65 and 85 per your signs. However, Amy was very clear that she would get yelled at, abused amd fired if she kept the facility belied 85 degrees. You also refused to assist me in renting due to a disability. Amy was trying to give the me the furtherest and least axxess able unit. This is a Federal ADA claim, which I intend to pursue, and a breech of contract claim since it is not climate controlled, which is another law suit. Mi do plan on exercising my full rights and bringing a suit against you for these items…let us hope you don't ever do this to someone else. This is NOT the first time I am sure!

Attendant was good and cleaned the driver area with some type of cleaner before we used it. Reserved van rental on line for a fair price, picked it up, used it and dropped it off hassle free. Can't beat that.

Ann WOn both days that I moved in and out the employee who was scheduled to open was late opening. On the day that I moved out the employee kept the door that goes from storage to the showroom locked.

I inquired about it and was told I didn't need any. I finished my move, returned the truck and recieved several additional charges that I didn't agree to. Worst experience ever. Highly reccomend going with anyone other than Uhaul if moving!

Despina PI have rented from you several times and unfortunately have had the same issue twice. I reserve online, but when it get to the location the vehicle is currently rented. I then get told that the online system keeps sending people to the wrong store and bumps the other persons reservation. I had to go to a store out of my way to pick up the van we needed. Since you have a 50 dollar guarentee the vehicle will be available, I feel I should be given the 50 dollars for inconvenience.
Kristen FWe arrived a few minutes after closing, and the worker was unfortunately not able to help us over the counter, but did recommend I triy doing the 24 hour pickup instead, as he just put keys in the lock box. It was kind of a pain switching from an over the counter reservation to 24 hour pickup. I think the only suggestion I have would be to have the ability to switch that on the fly through the app or website, rather than having to cancel the reservation and make a new one from scratch.
