POS (point of sale) and App were down at the time and would not finalize payments. The assistant manager and employee worked diligently to assist 4 customers with pick up at the same time. They received little to no help from their off site cyber center (tech support) who while on speaker seemed as though it was an inconvenience to deal with Theresa (?) and assist the customers in store. They managed frustration well and despite spending almost an additional hour after scheduled pick up times, customers still left happy.

The trucks need mechanical work. The first truck I got, had an engine light on and the driver-side door would not shut without several attempts. The second truck, had a lot of play in the steering wheel. There needs to be more people at the desk working. In Indiana, I would go to a Uhaul and get waited on promptly, at this one, you wait forever. There was one person at the desk, one customer being waited on and 4 people waiting in line.

I reserved a 26' truck for local use, and when I got there to pick up the truck, I had to wait for about forty-five minutes to get waited on, which I thought was ridiculous. Other than that problem, everything else was okay.

I rented a 15' truck. Which had a lot of play in the steering wheel, the truck had no power, it took forever to get up to speed limit of 40 miles per hour. The back had dope bags laying on the floor. Took 2 hours to go 12 miles, over heated on me more than once as I was trying to return the truck. And I should not have to pay the overage charges, since I was put in an UNSAFE VEHICLE.

The contactless check in process was complicated, took incredibly long, and was difficult. It would have been much easier to just talk to a person, but clearly this location wants to avoid that at all costs. The truck's check engine light was on, and there were other minor issues in the cab that were simply due to lack of proper maintenance. I was charged $40 for fuel, which was not correct. This could have been avoided if there was a true return process but I had to fight to even talk to a staff member about the earlier issue where I was charged for moving materials I never received. Two different staff members just wanted me to put the keys on the counter and refused to talk with me about these issues until I pushed about the error. When I tried to let them know about a minor issue with the truck I got a legitimate eye roll about it and a "I'll make a note in your account." there is no question this is why there were several issues with the truck. No one wants to actually take a look at it and do anything to fix it.

The only problem I had when I received a truck on the paper it said 1/4 tank of gas but when I checked it the gas light was on and it was passed 1/4 for the empty I'll let the clerk know that it was not on 1/4 tank and the gas light was on she said that is okay that's what it was turned with and I didn't like the way she was talking to me go inside she was nice but when she came outside she wasn't too nice.

Insure renter's when you don't have everything that's been reserved in package I reserved a dolly for my movers and was told doing truck pickup they had none but had plenty to rent. This is U-Haul way to gane more money. This is what customer need Better Communication.

The lady who gave me the keys was extremely rude. She told me to my face that she doesn't understand why people have to come inside because you can do it from your phone, basically that I was stupid because I chose to go inside the business. She was sitting there doing nothing and even her coworkers were trying to cover for her knowing how rude she was. She acted like she didn't want to be there and talk to me the entire time, like how dare I make her do her job. I was and still am really upset. She will get something she wants though, I will never be going inside there again to pick up keys.

System was down and I waited almost 2 hours before it came back up. Didn't get a discount for that. But I was caught in bad traffic in Atlanta Georgia on my way back from daytona beach Florida. Which caused me to be Late getting back and charged for another day. I guess it's a one way deal.

The place was small and hard ro return a trailer. Rather than unhitch my small trailer and move it by hand,I had to turn around on the small lot and back it in between two other trailers. Good thing I can back up trailers

You can stop overcharging your customers. I rented a 15 foot truck for 2 days, actually 1 day but I was 2 hours late returning it and I was charged $200 total!!! They added on charges that were ridiculous. When I returned it, the young lady took the keys with a smile and I went about my business. Approximately 2 weeks later, my card was charged for another $126. I called an asked why so much I was told that I was charged for mileage even though I filled the gas tank. They charged me $25 cleaning fee when the truck was not dirty but regardless ITS YOUR JOB TO CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES AFTER A MOVE!!! I was charged another $30 because I didn't pay the "other $126 within 7 days". I had no clue I owed more money!! While talking to customer service, the rep had a smart mouth, It was obvious that I was angry but she started using a tone of voice that professionally mocked the fact that I was overcharged. She was no help at all, didn't try to help and only antagonized me. I requested a partial refund but only got passed around to different departments all claiming that there's nothing they could do. $200 for 2 days is outrageous!!! Not only this experience was bad but the last time I rented u-haul it was also a freakin nightmare!! I expect a partial refund and I will NEVER EVER rent from uhaul again!!! On my next move I will carry everything I own 1 peice at a time to my next destination before renting from uhaul!!!! In my opinion uhaul is the worst of the worst.

I reserved through the APP and chose the check in via APP option. I was surprised at how long check in takes using the APP. Also, when I went to get the keys for the truck the lock on the lockbox wouldn't open. I clicked the option that said I couldn't get the keys and the screen on the APP went blank. I tried to connect via chat and didn't get any help. Long story short. I had to drive back and get someone at the location. To open the box. They couldn't open it and had to assign me a new truck. I had to wait for it to be cleaned and serviced. The local rep was very helpful, apologized and worked fast to get me on the road. Still the pickup time took about an hour. I will not use the APP for pickup in the future.

When I arrived to pickup my truck, there was only one U-Haul rep present. She was doing the work of 2-3 people. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get my truck, which initially was not ready. The U-Haul employee expeditiously took care of the other customers ahead of me and when she found that the truck initially reserved for me was not ready, went and found another truck on the lot and re-assigned it to me. She took great care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. If it were not for her, I would have given a two-star review. I recommend this location, just make sure the assigned trucks are ready and staff the location with at least 2 reps.

We had a 15ft truck reserved for 8:30, which was 30 mins before the location opened. When we arrived at the scheduled time our truck was blocked in by another truck. We tried to call the emergency number on the store and u-haul costumer service but were unable to get an answer with either. This meant we had to wait 30 mins until the store opened in order to retrieve our truck. The first employee arrived about 15 mins late so we were not able to leave the location until about an hour past our reservation time. Along with this we had a utility dolly rented ahead of time. The dolly was not in our truck and when I asked for one after the store opened they said they did not actually have one for us to rent. They took the cost off of our reservation, but we were not notified of this before and if we would have been able to take the truck at our scheduled time, we would not have been able to have that cost taken off. On top of all of this, our truck bay was very dirty and the gas was on 'E'. Definitely not a great start to an already crazy busy and stressful moving day.

Took us an extra 40 minutes in line waiting to get keys. Truck radio was disabled for some reason. AC vents were stuck on defrost so no AC. Smelled like leaking gas while driving and the "tighten gas cap" notification kept coming on even after checking the cap. Sun visors were flimsy and every bump would make them come down in front of your face.

Be able to receive what they reserved. I reserved a cargo van and wound up with a 10' truck because i did not have a major credit card . The rental looked as it sat unused for a long time. Did not have any problems before using my card. Even though this location is close to me , i will be doing my future business at another location

The things were picked up and loaded in Louisville , no hiccups. Prior to moving day and a week or so I was informed that delivery date was pushed out to the 19th from the 18th. But received a message on the 17th, from Tyrone movers they were coming the 18th. Informed them it was changed to the 19th. Received a call on the 19th from movers, U-Haul facility in Peachtree City didn't have m6 Uboxes pulled. Called the facility said that it couldn't be pulled until the 20th. Luckily the movers were able to move me until the 20th. The containers arrived on the 20th. Unloading went off with out a hitch and the two men I would definitely give them a 5 ⭐️. 10 if that is a possibility. They were polite and keep to task! I'm still glad I went with the U Boxes and would definitely recommend this service to any one who asks.

The uhaul smelled like pee/urine it was horrible it was cold yesterday so when I went to turn the heat on it was coming through the vents making the smell even worst i had to ride with the windows down in 40degree weather the lady was rude at the desk she didn’t even come out to do walk around of the truck to check for damages or the gas it’s was just horrible I called immediately in to complain

google address is not correct. people giving instructions acted like I should know where nearby businesses were. Had my initial size request on the lot but since uhaul had already screwed up my reservation I had to go to another lot to get it. Requested with uhaul reservations that I did NOT want to do the online check in and thats a whole nuther mess!!

I worked with a woman named Mesha and she was amazing from start to finish! She made the move in process as smooth as possible. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She is the epitome of the employee that all employers should have. She's patient and shows compassion for customers such as myself. The moving out process can be hard, so she made the move in process so smooth that I could not imagine myself having worked with anyone else. She exceeds the expectations for U-Haul, and I hope that you hire more employees such as herself.

my experience at u-haul was amazing. in this day and age it is hard to ever find good customer service, but that is not the case at this u-haul. everything i needed was tended to above and beyond and Meshea, the store manager, was exceptional in her knowledge to my questions and her kindness and helpfulness was above and beyond. i cannot say enough how much i would recommend this u-haul. thank you u-haul and Meshea Gough!!!

I had a slight delay and getting into my locker because I'd forgotten my locker number and there was a little mix up on the paperwork but the lady is there took care of it totally it's it's a clean place. They're nice and again. Like I said, they took care of the little problem that I did have and I'm grateful for that. Thanks ladies and have a great day!

The unit space is not big enough for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. The movers could not get everything in the storage. Which made my movers fee extremely costly. It took too much time to try to fit everything. The end result I have 1/2 of my belongings in the middle of the floor. I am very upset about the entire experience!

The lady that assisted me was very friendly but it took extra time due to her having to work at a different location than her own. This caused me to have to pay an extra hour for the movers I requested through the uhaul website. The only issue with the storage was the limited amount of carts.

I was not satisfied with the move in process of one elevator and several moves going on at once. I actually went to Public Storage after I checked in at the desk at U-Haul once I saw how time consuming it wow. My experience at the counter was not all that good either. My reservation was not found and it took an hour to get my payment to go through. I'll never try this location again persanally

Reserved a first floor 5x10 online before going to the office to finalize. After finalizing paperwork and given access keys, our unit was a 5x5 on the second floor. We can make it work, but it totally defeated the purpose of registering online ahead.

I've already told a friend about how good this moving experience was. The staff who processed our truck and storage rentals we're friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We felt like the design of the Self-Storage solutions facility was pretty well thought out. The elevator should be tweaked just a bit though, so that the door stays open about 20 - 25 seconds longer. In one instance of loading to go upstairs, the door closed on my sister's arm as she tried to wave it back open for another customer. The main thing that kept me from selecting the "Excellent" rating is the need for more flatbed carts. This particular location needs at least two more of them. As we experienced, five or six families trying to achieve the transportation of belongings with just 3 flat carts and a mattress cart added on to the stress of moving.

Everything was great until I moved out and was still charged. I call the manager who checked my out the storage, but still charged me for the following month. She did a reverse payment and I still haven't gotten it to my bank yet

The facility was great, is brand new so is expected. And the staff was very helpful in person. But upon checkout and clearing my unit they charged me 2 more months rent. I called numerous times ( no less than 10 separate occasions) only to be immediately put on hold without even being able to get a word out. I would stay on hold from 10 to over 30 min with never being able to speak to anyone. It took me speaking with a separate customer service center 3 different occasions to resolve the issue. The store in question would've charged me a 3rd month if I hadn't of removed my payment method from the system. Without the ability to speak with a separate customer service I would've never been able to get this resolved. My only option would've been to drive back to the storage facility and speak in person. Which at that point I had already moved hours away which I'm sure a good amount of those that empty a storage unit do.

The told us after we used the free month. We don't have to tell them we no longer want the unit. If we want the unit another month we have to tell them. Other wise they will take our stuff and put it out. So we lift the unit after just 30 days. Though we got charged for 2 other months. Once we kept receiving bills. Then we called uhaul and that's when we found out. That we had been missed lead. And now have a big unexpected bill.

There was a lot I had to do with my move and storage so things can be rough and stressful. Although I have to say the staff was one of the best I have experienced. They were friendly and very understanding of the situation. I do apologize for how I was trying to make ends meet but every step of the way it was very easy to work with them. Any questions, concerns, and services that were needed. They provided it. I would recommend anyone who needs to move or store their things here. Thank you for the services and I look forward to working with them again very soon!

The staff was amazing! Use if the dollies and moving carts was free of charge. The facility was very clean. The only thing was it was a way back to move my items, but it is to be expected with indoor storage. Security was very good with keypad access. Will definitely use them again.

The guy who is the manager had a nasty attitude! Anytime we spoke or interacted with him he always seemed to be mean for no reason so I chose to match his energy. The very day we went there he was mad when we arrived at 6:15 pm although they didn't close until 7:00 pm. He then started cussing and going off because he was supposed to been off earlier because "he had a date!" The unit was still under construction. We would call at least 5-6 times each time we wanted to access our unit to to see if someone could let us in. No one would answer the phone so we would have to physically go to the office then have someone to drive over to let us in. We never received an access code the entire time we was there. When I called to cancel the until someone answered and asked if I could hold and I literally sat on hold 28 minutes. I kept calling and calling and calling and finally someone from customer service answered and she tried calling the store as well and they wouldn't answer for her. She put a note in the system for someone to call me so I could cancel the unit. About 3 hours later I finally got a call back. I would never rent a until with uhaul ever again, even if it was free! It's just not worth the headache they put your through. It's stressful enough being between homes, but uhaul just added another level of stress that wasn't needed.

I went through the most I made reservations didn’t have truck I reserved and got cut off in the middle of my storage was on phone 3 different time 15 minutes a piece and once I got there was there 30 minutes had to do it all over when I had reservations number
