Listen to customers needs. I specifically requested not to have my card charged after returning van. once i arrived to drop off same day as rental, everyone knew as well as the person checking in the vehicle that i was paying cash, was told to go outside let the person checking in know as well and then to come back in, well thats exactly what i did and after standing in line to pay cash, i don't know who did what but it was charged on my card, i was super annoyed due to the fact they knew it was going to be paid off with cash. They wasted my time waiting around. My rental experience was NOT what wanted, but i do have to say some of the employees were very nice, but doesn't take away of the fact they put charges on a card that i was trying to pay cash instead.

We had trouble getting the car off the trailer because the back wheels shifted while driving, but the person behind the counter helped with directing us without any damages to the car.

The lady working at the counter does not care how long you have to wait to be helped. The excellent service I received was from the guy outside helping people w truck pick up and drop offs. He went out of his way to help out anyway he could. She was rude to him and talking down to him in a bully-like way.

The staff that was there was very helpful and did what they could. They were understaffed and overwhelmed with customers. Took me 45 minutes to pick up a tow dolly. Once I got waited on took 10 minutes.

Don't rearrange peoples plans last minute or blatantly lie to paying customers about charges/prices I thought U-Haul was a reputable company, I was wrong and will NEVER use U-Haul again. I am offended. I will go out of my way and pay extra just to not have to use U-Haul in the future

Rear driver tire was low on tread for such a long trip. The driver door was also very difficult to close and wobbled over bumps. Brakes needed to be changed.

I reserved a truck to take from PA to SC and got a price for the reservation. When I got to U-haul to pick up the truck they charged me 300$ over what my reservation price was. I find that extremely devious. When you're in a position of needing the truck it doesn't give you the option to argue over price even when the cost of "borrowing" a truck is practically extortion itself. Very very disappointed with that aspect to say the least. The representative and truck itself were fine. Just the fact that I felt I was squeezed of every last dollar u haul could take from me has me infuriated. I will not recommend or use u haul again.

First truck one way wouldn't start. They wanted to jump start it for me. Told them no I didn't have time during rental if it wouldn't start again. Ended up having to use local truck and return it back to same location Tried to have me take smaller truck which I needed 15 ft. There were trucks on lot just not one way trucks. Just seemed like they I was causing them a problem because it took a long time to come up with solution.

It would take a VERY long explanation to describe the fiasco involved in what should have been a very easy visit. The rudeness and disrespect was something that I have never experienced before in my lifetime . It was very, VERY upsetting . I will NEVER , ever step foot in this location again. I will be dealing with a different location from now on. I called the Macungie location for a check on the work that was done to my vehicle and they were very polite and professional. My daughter had used this location before for storage and was unhappy also but since the location was so convenient I didn't take her advice. A big mistake!! People , drive the extra distance and stay away from this place unless you are fond of migraines and high blood pressure. It could be a disservice to your health!!!!

Be more careful with final charges. I was accidently charged for 2 days instead of 1. I had to deal with extra funds temporarily withdrawn from my account until a refund was issued.

The person responsible for this location likes to Lie he told me my auto transport just came in when I parked in front of.None of the equipment is checked in had nail in tire that nobody saw but I did very unhappy

Everything was great. Staff was excellent I think the young man we had was in training we would have never known it, he did a wonderful job and got us going in a timely manner with all our questions answered.

Mileage was recorded incorrectly at return by staff. Also double charged. They caught the double charge but I had to go back and dispute the mileage. Glad I took a picture of odometer. Staff were courteous and helpful when fixing overcharge, but it was a nuisance.

I did not have any issues with storing my belongings or with the staff. The hours were convenient. The only problem I had was pricing. I needed to downsize to 10 by 10 and every time I called they did not have one available. So I had to, go somewhere else.

I was hoping for a first level storage unit. Unfortunately we got 2nd floor one. Taking a heavy front load washer upstairs was not easy. Otherwise facilities were clean.

The staff took care of me as soon as I came in. The attendant helped me set up a storage unit. I had trouble completing the process on line. He showed me the location of the unit and gave me my gate card. Very friendly and patient.

The only concern was that every once in awhile the strip on the card to open the gate would go bad and I couldn't access the storage unit. I would have to get a new card in the office. This happened more than once. This issue obviously was not related to the customer service by the employees. MB

I used you guys before. The service and cleanliness is impeccable. Good rates too. I would say the only complaint I have is that I need friends to get a storage space. A secondary contact, an emergency contact. I am a loner and I travel light lol. It's lucky I have a family member to put down...

The management and staff at this facility is excellent. Over the past 8 years every employee has been courteous and helpful in some way, I always left the facility with a positive experience. A special mention to Wayel G for he went above and beyond to assist in my package deliveries to ensure I received a phone call in a timely manor. Wayel is truly a professional and a tremendous asset to the UHaul management team.

Great service, great value. I can't quite remember the name of the nice woman who helped us out with the storage unit move-in, but she was amazing, super helpful and friendly. She walked us all the way to our unit and answered questions before I was even able to ask! She should be recognized and praised for her excellent customer service skills! Overall a very great experience!

Female staff was rude and hung up when being asked some specific questions concerning my account that was paid up but charged a late fee. She refused to give her name while the male staff member refuse to give her name when i called back to report the event. He also refused to give his name. I closed my account the next day and found another place for $50 cheaper & staff is nicer…so far.

Everyone was professional exce o t, one female, older, light colored wavey hair. She was rude, intureupted into a transaction she had no business to say a word, she said "oh congratulations" a very stupid thing to say, when I asked where my 2nd lock was she again intrumpeted and says "we don't allow 2 locks" I was not aware of that fact...I wanted my $16 lock back, you could have asked me to remove it. She did not allow the man assisting me to do his job, she is rude and speaks loudly! She was the same person that emailed me a month or 2 back on the first of the month saying my payment was late and if I don't pay my unit will be forfeited. My was due on the 2nd of the month.. when I called she was unavailable.

I had a horrible experience here and I will not be coming back or recommending you guys to anyone . Unfortunately the staff had lack of communication all around when it came to my vehicle being stored here . My vehicle was in an accident so I needed to store it. It was here for 2 years until you guys called me asking me to get a car cover for it because the front was off and to move my car over because it was slightly over the line when the tow truck pushed it in the spot . I went to put the cover on and a nice employee with you guys helped me and also said she didn't know who called me to come in and do all that but the car was fine in the spot and didn't need to be moved. Well after that you guys called me numerous times and one of the times I was sick with covid and you guys demanded me to come take my car out the lot because it wasn't movable and you guys need the title which I don't have because I still have a loan on my car. So I was told the policies changed which is ridiculous because I'm paying you guys. But the problem with that is I spoke to a guy on the phone and told him to put a note on my account the date I was available to pick up my car and that same week and he was fine with that. I got called 3 more times about my car that same week which is just crazy and annoying like you guys must not communicate at all because I had multiple different ppl call me . So the day I go to pick up my car my car cover I paid $70 for was missing I was told some blew off and someone claimed them and that my car never had one when I had one of your employees help me put it on . Of course the manager of storage couldn't compensate me or do anything but say sorry ! You guys are just so unprofessional and full of excuses and I would never in my life come here again . Thank you for taking my money and giving me a headache !

There was a little bit of a snafu with me gaining access to my account online, however I knew that that was a national and not a local problem. Any time that I contacted the Whitehall office directly, everything was taken care of smoothly and efficiently, I never had any problems.

I have two issues with my experience. 1. You charged me an after-hours drop off fee of $20 when I had to do was drop the keys into a drop box so that you could process the return in the morning when it is convenient for you. Its not like you are paying anyone extra to be there for me. I have a big prob with this. Your taking advantage of a mutually beneficial option. This is the kind of thing that would keep me from using you again on principle. 2. My online account did not have my space included so I could not manage the termination through it. Minor issue compared to the prior.
