The customer service representative at time of my drop off was not helpful at all, he didn’t even looking at my receipt and automatically he said no you can’t drop off here in this location, he was not friendly not even an eyes contact, not helpful very disappointed of his service, but luckily another rep said don’t worry about that I will help you,

I am so satisfied with the services in the Main St, office, the lady was nice and diligent with the service......Excellent My disagreement was in the 755 Capitol Ave, Hartford, CT 06106 office, the customer service was unprofessional and nasty, and the young guy at the counter needed more education to talk with customers, a person like him can not be in the services area.

The Lady was racist, she bypassed us and served two customers then when it to our turn she told us the was down, then she asked where we come from originally, we were there for over an hour. She needs to treat everyone equally.

The app would not work for us at all, and the online checkin process worked but was incredibly slow. Surely we could do some of the scanning the license and stuff like that in advance?

Your worker ask too many questions that has absolutely nothing to do with renting a uhaul, is this must be Spanish owned location? I made reservations for 24 hours and for some reason I had to bring the truck back earlier that 24 hours while all the trucks I left there the day before was still sitting there the next day, no I didn't finish my move and I had to pay someone else to use their truck. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I did not use the storage and there was an error on the individual who helped me. Mistakes happen but he did not connect me with another Uhaul facility to service me. However the manager who helped me resolve my issue was very nice and helpful. I thank you for her fast response and action on my behalf. She was excellent across the board.

I got a truck that should've been out of commission due to air conditioning not working. No adjustment was made to the bill nor was I given another truck.

First of all I didn't rent the unit my boyfriend used my name and they never asked for ID and he was paying the bill he was late however they stopped texting & sending notices so if he didn't pay I wouldn't know and we never received anything state that the unit was behind and they was going to auction our belongings however I was told to show a payment for August

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, I wasn't even able to move in to my unit due to the space being already occupied by the last renters, I had to go to a different Uhaul and pay just to be able to get everything situated. The crews tried helping but have no access to anything ! Do better please.

The service at the Hartford Main Street location has been outstanding. I submit this survey to recognize Supervisor Deyedia as well as her entire team. They were all very kind and professional to me as well as other customers when entering the facility. They operate as a team. They were very helpful to me with storage information whenever I had a request. The storage site was well maintained at all times. I also want to recognize Ms. April Soto, who was also outstanding and managed the facility when I opened my account. She introduced me to Deyedia(who would later succeed her as site manager). I want to recognize her in this review as well because Ms. Soto was also a class person and shared with me that she was there temporarily to assemble a new operating team for the site. I appreciate the excellent team that she assembled. I also appreciated the great professionalism and leadership of Deyedia when she assumed operation of the site.

Sean And RJ are literally the BEST!! They made this moving experience a Breeze . Kind , Caring ,Respectful. Made sure I was comfortable in making decisions . They were patient and professional. I just really appreciated them.

Some of the workers need more training in what they doing and how to properly communicate with customers and also never forget anything in their truck forgot a very expensive phone charger in one of the truck call the store couple minutes after drop the truck and they said that nothing was in the truck. Rent a storage unit and when came to the unit to put my stuff the unit was lock loose two days of work because of this inexperienced workers.

I moved out because rates were too high and during such a hard place with the economy, uhaul is raising prices. This shows uhaul is about money for yourself and not the people that are keeping you in business.

DiEddia and April are the nicest, most professional and competent employees Uhaul has EVER hired! I am 57 years old and have dealt with Uhaul for over 40 years and these 2 women should get DOUBLE of whatever you are paying them now AND they should train the rest of your employees on how to act, treat people and run a store! It took 3 calls to get things sorted. I felt it could have been resolved the day after I rented the unit and cancelled.

Ms. April Soto did an excellent job of explaining the process of renting storage space. She was very receptive to my questions. I appreciated her patience. I also witnessed her concern for other clients as well. She does an incredible job in making sure the 3192 Main St. location is one of the best operated U-Hauls in the state of Connecticut. I have only one concern. The payment was automatically drawn from my account on the first of the month. However I moved out the unit on the 9th. I was expecting to be prorated and refunded some money.

I had a storage there for years, the one I had rats ate threw my stuff, they destroyed the ceiling making the installation fall on my stuff destroying some. They also stored food in have birth also in

I had returned ubox on 08 Aug 2018 and all the payment was done...Inspite of that I was charged $106 and $5 for additional month storage....I called uhaul representatives four times to raise concern.

The people that take reservations didn't do what I asked them to reserve a storage bin for a bedroom & living room sets. Instead they reserved the smallest storage. I had to pay $111 more.
