I was very impressed with how clean things were. The facility may be slightly understaffed because one was left to wait in the office alone for a period of time while staff attended to duties elsewhere. But love the box take a box leave a box idea and also the recycle items area where one can acquire items or leave unwanted items. Both are helpful. I really do like the dolly's that are available at the facility for unloading or loading. And the office has sooooo many useful moving items all available in one place. Love that convenience.

The general manager, I can't remember his name, is an example of how customer service oriented employees should be! I've done customer service for 23 years in the automotive service industry and he surprised me! Didn't think people like him existed anymore! To run an establishment like that by himself, running to go get the uhaul truck a 1/4 mile away? Priceless! Hats off to you Gm from uhaul on Morgan!

My only complaints: 1. I was not told that I needed to swipe my card to turn off the alarm. 2. Staff didn't remove the lock on the door until I went back into the store to report the lock. 3. Wanted a larger storage room and offered two different rooms but was told I would be notified if larger room became available.

When a person walks into a store they should be greeted and acknowledged. The rep'a job is to acknowledge ppl and say when they will get with you. Human traffic management. Ben kept his head down on the cell phone. The older guy came w the lock from around back even though a lock was right by Ben's desk. I had to wait and wait like it's the Valley and no one cares, and they don't blink at answering the phone. It just rings. No visible hustle. The one thing good i can say, is that it seemed he provided two units side by side combined into one price and gave me that 1st month free. Otherwise it's have been a below average experience for sure.

I was charged 3 times. Still waiting for the money to b returned to the bank. My 75” TV was broken. The driver told me the truck was in bad condition. The tires were bad. Any little bump and the truck would jump.

Replace tow dolly wheel straps when you have bad wear and tear, one of the straps were torn due to long period use, not safe, also one tail light was out, we had to switch to different tow dolly cause of that.

We had a young man by the name of Matthew who was very, very helpful! Because of all his knowledge we found a place at U-Haul! We also came back to rent more storages because of all his help and friendliness. It felt great to find a place where we felt comfortable putting all our belongings. I highly recommend this place but most of all the customer service that we were welcomed with. Whoever is reading this Matthew at the Harlingen U-Haul has gained us as customers. I was in this unit well over a year and to find out that your staff has never actually read the contract is sad. I chose your location because of what I was told was allowed per contract and was there to pay 5days of storage to end my contract and had I had to read the contract to the employee. BE MORE CLEAR. By the way the contract you had in my file did not have my signature.

I've had nothing but trouble with uhaul both truck rental, car transport service and storage facilities. The whole experience has been a nightmare during a stressful time like moving. I must say David was the light in this whole fiasco. I rented two 10x10 because no large units were available. When I get there they had two 5x5 for me. This will not do. I had a rented a 26 foot truck and it was full. David who was left alone. His coworker Jorge left as scheduled even though there was a room full of people waiting to be helped. David apologized for the wait. ( I had movers I was paying and lost an hour and a half. Had to pay them extra to finish unloading) David stayed very calm and courteous during this whole uhaul mess up even though he had a line of people he did his best to fix the problem and he did not rush me through. He apologized to all who were in line and explained he was the only one and help was on the way. I have been to three different locations one location twice dealing with all the mess uhaul caused. And David in Harlingen tx and the general manager in Austin,tx by the Ut university were the only two who showed compassion and helped. Unlike the the employees at the i35 and rundburg location. with the exception of David and the general manager at Austin tx UT location dealing with uhaul has been a nightmare nothing but problems after another.

Had a rodent problem. Someone (definitely NOT us) put rat bait in our unit. One box with a brand new espresso machine was chewed through and a nest built inside.

Alarm went off opening unit and didn't know why or how to turn off. Zip ties were on latches and were hard to remove without a tool. We did not have any idea that is how it would be. I also thought we would get 1 unit but we got 2. The smaller onec can not fit much and not sure why its done like that.

Most often they don't know how to do their job properly when it comes to offering free one month then when it time to pay the next month, right away they charge the free month, this has truly been the 3rd time I went thru it always have to remind them about the one month free and even if I done so, they still want to charge me. Almost as if I have to beg by making my point thru so many times what is 1 month free means.

Units were green zip-tied with locks inside. We couldn't access them. Had to wait for rep. One unit door came off the track, rep fixed with a pair of scissors but now the latch won't slide far enough to allow for securing with a lock. Was too late once this was discovered to get assistance. Will hope no one notices and try to resolve on next visit. Rep was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean.

I believe it was Mathew who was the one that helped me. After the storage facility at Ed Carey offered two 5x10 units as a 10x10 unit, I came to the Uhaul store on Morgan. Mathew went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have since recommend this store to multiple coworkers and friends.
