I'm pretty upset, because the air conditioner in the truck did not cool for an 8 hour trip, I was also charged an extra 48,00 $ with no explanation, and I had to stop numerous times to let my husky dog cool off. An normal 8 hour trip took me over 13 hours.Stacey L.

I reserved 2 26ft tricks and they only had 1. I was made to drive 30 automakers miles for the additional truck. I battled with CSRs on the phone and was passed from person to person without a single person saying, "I apologize for the inconvenience". CSRs need additional training in customer service.Anita T.

The pickup location was marvelous in every respect, HOWEVER the drop off location in San Antonio was awful!!!! It was closed and located in an awful location, dirty and no person present and phone number provided by UHaul no one answered. Absolutely awful experiencePETER D.

Had the moving van that I needed. The only bad experience I had was the vehicle I rented. The drivers side mirror was difficult to adjust. It was stuck in a position that was difficult to view.WILLIAM S.
I was told No 2 day rentals, so i got a 24hr rental. But got charged a 20 dollar after hr charge on my 24 rental because store was closed before my 24 hrs was up, was never informed of that when i rented trailer for 24 hrs knowing it would be returned after hrs. Bad policy, getting chargeed two thirds of a 24hr rental price for after hr drop off. Will just keep it for 2 days next time!!Samuel S.

The air conditioner work half the time. The middle Consol was cracked open so I could feel the engine block heat the whole entire ride plus the new air conditioner and U-Haul employee never gave me a key to the back and I was 45 minutes away so I had to improvise open the lock which took an additional 45 minutes to do soAidan M.

We rented a small trailer and the roof had a leak. Our items inside got wet. We were running a little late returning the trailer due to heavy rains. We almost had to pay for another day rental but with further discussion they worked with us and didn't charge us an additional amount.JERAMIE P.

The association was extremely rude. When I asked if they had smaller trailers he said no, but once we went outside they did in fact have a smaller trailer. The trailer had trash in it and debris.VICTORIA G.

I reserved my truck 1 week prior to pickup, called in the same day to verify reservation. And when the time came to pick up truck it was not available. My reserve had been given to someone else. Was directed to another location and the same thing happened, I was also reserved a smaller truck. But when I showed up to second location my truck reservation was again given to another (manager of some type) the young lady was very helpful in getting me a truck but I'm very disappointed in the process and I will never use Uhaul again.PATRICK O.

Gas was not on 1/4th. Lady said she would give me credit on it but contract was never shown to show any changes. Did not check odometer, or anything (such as gas) and only gave me keys and took a picture in front of rental van. Also, miles were wrong as well. Contract said 1 111 and odometer showed something else. Again, nothing was verified. I will NOT be using this location again. The previous location used was extremely professional and checked that the contract matched the vehicle data. This location did not.CHRISTINA H.

Aim for excellence by ensuring trucks (1) ARE clean & sanitized after other customers, (2) dolly is secured when customer did not use (3) turn off radio (4) although everything is manual, please explain how to use buttons for air, wipers, & radio for those of us who are challenged. Merci.SUSANA C.

The drop off process was terrible. Could not drop off off without an extra charge. Tried to call service center and I was on hold for 20 minutes then someone transferred me to another and hold Q that was another 10 minutes and then I got a bill for 20 $in the meantime. I was told after the truck was dropped off with the same amount of gas we started with which was half a tank that it was our responsibility to report the mileage and where the gas was on the gauge.. because we didn't do that we were charged extra to fill up the tank a gas which is totally wrong. I've been to other locations and they get the mileage and the gas tank reading and when I brought it back from the other location they verified it. I will definitely tell everyone two stay away from that location when at all possibleJohn D.
I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 4344 S. Padre Island Dr. Corpus Chisti TX, but when I got there was told that the vehicle was at another location 1201 N. Chaparral about 10 minutes away. I asked if truck could be brought to the original location and was told no! While on my way to 2nd location, finally got a call that it was there not where I had gone to.Jorge J.
Have the equipment that was reserved at the center it was reserved for. Maybe if it is reserved and someone choses to keep it longer impacting the next person, there should be a penalty and the inconvenienced customer gets a discount. The staff was great!Daelin M.
