Only issue I had was the use of the keycard at the facility. It wasn't the most reliable at opening the gate. We had to resort to punching in the key code to gain access. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Vegas has seen floods and scorching heat in that time, but my important belongings remained safe. With every single thing getting more expensive they kept their rates more than reasonable. Certainly lower than inflation. I couldn't thank them enough and certainly would do business with them again .

All our belongings when we took them out are all in good condition and they are all fresh (meaning they are all in good shape). I paid and told them I was moving out the day I was supposed to move out. I went to my unit. It was locked with a Uhaul lock and I couldn't gain access to after 12 PM because the gm got fired and the new guy he only had two people working. I had a truck waiting and help waiting at 5 AM in the morning so I had to do everything myself with my daughter in the hot hours of the day afternoon. Very frustrating with whole experience.

I always had to wait on another person behind my car, to have them get me in or out! Sometimes, I had to wait more than 30mins.. Get a exterminator and a duck cleaner before I consider to come back and recommend others, like family members. Nice staff but uncomfortable experience.

I called the office and the girl who answered the phone said she couldn't help me and I needed to call the nellis location. I called the nellis location and was on hold for 20 minutes before I got someone and they could not help me as well because I couldn't talk to anyone in the storage office. I didn't want to drive back there. The Lamont location was really dirty and I didn't want to stay there anyways so I cancelled my storage unit.

myra C | Expérience généraleWhile moving out, the manager Rhonda accused me of using a bullhorn or loud speaker system. I advised that my keys were in the bed of my truck & radio wasn't on. She said I needed to "turn down" whatever I was using. When I went into the office to turn in the swipe card - which stopped working 2 yrs prior - she said, "that, that noise was you!" She said it was my car door closing that bothered her and that she had PTSD. My car is a 2012, not some heavy metal 1960 Duster; closing the door is not a loud, deafening boom. She was rude accusing me of using a bullhorn when I closed my doors after packing my truck; not sure how she expected me to drive away without closing the doors.

Had to call manager just to get the gate opened to put my stuff in and running around back and forth to one uhaul center to the other back to the self storage was not easy on miles or gas plus made me 3 hours late on returning my cargo van at the boulder location in las Vegas. My key card still doesn't work. My fees were very outrageous for no reason. Cost me more then expected. After this month I will no longer use uhaul ever again. Very dissatisfied and inconvenient.

Even staff on hand day I inspected had attitude only 1 person apologized for my loss and he was the guy who helped take my pictures I salvaged back to truck. Management didn't care.

The office manager was a complete nightmare. The office staff had a clerk who didn't keep records properly and didn't document my account when we discussed arrangements. I am grateful that I was able to sign a Zero Dollar Liability wavier in the end to avoid being continuously charged for that headache of a storage unit.

walter wI was not satisfied with the uhaul I was given, especially, in regards to renting a uhaul to drive 1 400 miles away. The windshield wipers were not working efficiently, and this didn't help having to drive through rain and snow. Also, the uhaul had a leak at the top of the roof causing my mattresses to get wet and my belongings. We did not realize that it had a leak until 3 days later when we were moving our items into a storage.
