I hurried and got back at 4:50 pm, and they had already closed. The mileage was 20 miles off when I left. They said it couldn't be fixed until the truck was returned which is why I tried getting back before they closed. I guess I'll find out if I get charged for their mistake or not.

The guy in there with the beautiful young woman was kind of rude and mean to her. But she was amazing and quite the eye catcher

The drive's seat had significant rips in its covering. The knob for the headlights is not set well in the dashboard. It's a big hassle to use.

No one there at the time was able to help me adjust the mirrors. However, I would like to say that getting the truck was a very easy process.

I was going to get the van for 19,95@$.59 per mile they talked me into getting the 10ft which is $.79 per mile. I didn't need the space and they told me I would. I could have saved $.20 per mile. I am a single mother of 6 doing EVERYTHING Alone so saving money is a must and they just cost me extra for no reason so disappointed!

Meter was wrong odometer was right. I drove 11 miles estimated 15. I put $2 in gas in for 11 miles they say I still owe $6. How in the hell am I paying $8 to drive 11 miles on a 9ft van.

My only suggestion is that when we picked up the truck it had 1/8 tank of gas. It would have been nice to have had at least 1/4-1/2 tank so that we didn't have to fill up before we started…having no idea how much we would use. Other than this, great customer service. Easy process. Very pleased.

The store clerk seemed off - could not find my reservation and the interior of the truck could have been cleaner [I cleaned it] but overall the truck performed well.

Lubricate moving parts on equipment, check for missing lug nuts, rear tie down chain on trailer was too short with not enough places to hook free end.

It was not my original pickup location. I had to go 60 miles out of my way to get the truck.

I drove a total of 19 miles. I added 1,5 gallons as truck said it was 16 miles per gallon. The meter was at the same level of gas but the man who read it entered a lower volume so I was charged 9 dollars even though contract said 6 dollars. I have photos of it.

The older gentleman was a pleasure to work with. He was a Veteran of the Air Force and was quite a but older. He said he was working due to his Social Security not paying all his bills! Everyone ought to hire older workers!

We had to turn the trailer into another uhaul a few hours into the trip due to a severely warped tire that was not noticed during pickup. When talking to the manager, he blamed us for the tire. However no other ties were affected, not even on our vehicle.

The tail lights on the trailer didn't work and the UHaul employee (a nice guy) didn't know how to fix them. I got my tools out of my vehicle and repairs the broken wires and plugs. This took me an extra 20-30 minutes and I was already behind schedule.

My rental was not there. I reserved a 10 foot van, but when I arrived there were no 10s available.

Truck I rented run ruff, oil light stayed on, was all over the road at highway speed, a@ it made a noise when you turned it off. This truck should not be on the road.

Not certain what happens at this store. Seems to be turnover of employees each time I've visited there & I run into some "issue" that's NEVER their fault. I had to park across the street to drop off a trailer & then park it where they wanted it. Not my job to arrange their inventory. The young lady they sent to assist me was new (again... turnover) & wasn't experienced on the trailer. Manager helped her. But it appears that for some reason there are issues at this store each time I've gone there. No more.

Bathroom always locked. Not cool. When I was a day or two late, U-Haul starts sending letters to me and my family. NOT COOL. Customers smoking inside. No smokin NOT enforced. Johnte not very friendly. Won't rent again.

The original contact with Kim was great. There was a problem at the end of the agreement were Dave and another individual were very rude and uncooperative in handling the close out of the agreement. They both hung ip on me while trying to understand why U-Haul was trying to bill me for another month when I knew that the unit had been moved out of at the end of August.

Had no issues renting a truck. They offered me 1 month free storage for renting the truck. Customer service was quick and helpful.

When I first moved into the storage a few years ago it was great under the management of Christian. Last week the restroom overflowed and leaked into both my units. The new manager, Jonte Williams notified after the plumber and he had already left. I was told that once he left he couldn't be reached. So my property say in toilet water over night. The next morning I went back and all he did was give me was claims number. I moved to other location yesterday. On other side of town. He wouldn't even get me a mop to try to mop up some of the water in my units. Very mad and upset. And management in my opinion. I will and already am much happier at the 3150 National road West location

Good place to rent from. They got us what we needed even though the expected vehicle hadn returned. They still got us a truck for our needs. Good job!!!!

Your questions seem to relate to the indoor storage facility, while I had the unheated outdoor 25' x 8' unit. But the people were always available and friendly. I rented for 5 months as I was transferring home items from Pa. to Indiana. Would use this location again without hesitation.

I went to get my stuff out of storage and all my stuff was covered in green mold ruined my reclining sofa and love seat home made hutch and shelves and alot of other stuff im very disappointed in the customer service when i told them about it and told them there was a leak and mold was on all walls.

We citizens that are required via job promotions, downsizing, moves to be closer to family and for both temporary and long-term storage of furnishings, are so fortunate to have the U-Haul Storage and truck organization, Inc in convenient locations in the states that I and my family have needed....always true to their word in all the many aspects of our moves. Vehicles are always in good and clean condition... stores always amply supplied, clean, safe with staffs that are pleasant, concerned, smart and reassuring us that they will do all they can to make our needs met. A GREAT, DEPENDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, CARING business that has for YEARS taken EXCELLENT care of my belongings while in your storage. Never a complaint from me or my immediate family....and I am still using your services! THANK YOU U-HAUL!!!

Still waiting on a call from the manager after being told i'd receive a call back twice now. Our brand new appliances & furniture were covered with mouse droppings and there were mouse traps placed throughout so they very well knew they had a problem. We did not receive one phone call stating there was ever an issue. They also got our move out date incorrect because we moved out well over a month ago & the lady from customer service said "I'll take care of it & let them know you are Moved out." A whole mess.

Mice pellets were all over my belongings in the storage facility despite there being rodent traps.

The staff at this facility were always helpful and friendly. My only reason for the average rating is because both units leaked and had some water in it. I only found it as I was moving out. When I told the staff, they were extremely helpful and said they would notify other renters affected. In all fairness, they had no way of knowing until the unit was opened.
