A little more attention to the customers in front of you. Site does get busy and you can be waiting for a while and some employees over look the customer.

RUSSELL LThe guy that gave me my keys was great he was knowledgeable and professional; I had a great experience. Returning the vehicle was smooth too, the only thing is someone parked their U-Haul in a weird spot, and it caused everyone to have to leave the rentals in a weird spot too which caused a problem with parking and even others to get the trucks they rented for mobile pick up.

PAUL H | Expérience généraleI would greatly recommend this location because they are pretty prompt and responsive to customers needs at this location. I rented (3) cargo vans here recently and for the most part, everything went pretty smooth but one of the three vans was in serious need of repair due to the fact that there was a heavy exhaust smell in he cabin once I started the vehicle and visibly there was a piece of plastic covering missing from the driver's side bumper and there were visible and noticeable dents along the passenger side exterior of the vehicle, the seats were dirty and the overhead interior cabin light started to hang down from its assembly after I hit a bump in hthe road and there was a sporadic unpredictable popping sound coming from the engine bay area and from underneath the vehicle. That vehicle should have been taken out of service and then sent to be serviced. It was a 2022 which is understandable. But overall I really like Uhaul. It's a great company to rent from.The process is always easy and simple.

Don't send me inside for the girl at the counter to send ne back outside and the guy didn't know how to do it. I told the girl at the counter this and she sent me outside anyway.
SHEILA LI called the day before my rental because I was worried about the hurricane coming. The young women who talked to me was so helpful and knew one of the trailers I was asking about couldn't leave the state. She knew her stuff!

Kevin JI do not like the fact that ONLY at this location have I ever been told I had to put down 75 miles even tho I knew I wasn't going to utilize that much. Now I have to wait for a refund for who knows how long because this location decides it has its on rules or policies it uses. I won't be coming back to this location unless its an emergency.
CLAYDOUS CIt has a smell to it every time you enter in the sliding door where your storage is. The employees there really not so helpful. The guy who was helping me didn't complete my move out correctly and they took money off my card. And I moved all my stuff out before they billed me.

CHIMERE SWe started with a seasoned employee but handed off to a trainee to complete check out. When finished given key and told truck outside to the left. Not escorted out to truck or given instructions. Also ordered mattress pads but not given at check out so thought were in truck. Upon loading found mattress pads not in truck but did not have time to go back and get them. This cost us a 95 dollar fee upon returning the truck

keionna f | Expérience généraleI rented a storage unit at this location on August 13th, 2024. My moving plans changed due to a family emergency, so I closed the unit out on September 10th. I closed the unit in-store, in person. before the end of a 30 day pay cycle so as to avoid being charged for another month. The 13th of September arrived and I was charged for the unit I had just closed out 3 days earlier. I tried calling the location, but they had all phones forwarded to the call center. All in all, incompetent staff and a pretty rude GM who FINALLY called me the next day about this issue made this experience with this particular location very stressful and unpleasant. I'll not do business with this location ever again, and will actively pass my bad experience along to anyone who'll listen.

Montravious OMy box was delivered with a broken door, the latches were completely bent, and I had to break the door open. The box was also not picked up the correct day, it was rescheduled 3 times. No one from the office has reached out to me for a resolution on these issues.

David SIt is a convenient location for the city. The first truck I got had a mechanical issue that I had to press sta2ff to get attention for. They gave me another truck that barely had gas in it. They didn't seem to know where all of their equipment was.

AHAD PI give all 5s to the facility and the staff. My only issue which had nothing to do with the facility was the advertising of prices on the website. Some of the lower rates for storages that Uhaul advertised didn't mention that the lower rates were for units that weren't acceptable by elevator.

FERNANDO CLocation didn't have my reservation number in the computer system despite the moving help and me having the confirmation. Therefore they wouldn't dispatch the box and it arrived many hours after schedule.

Madrid TOnly problem I had was I had reserved a hand truck and the location did not have any. I was forced to buy a hand truck at the location because I absolutely needed one for the one way move. There should have been one reserved for me since I had confirmed the reservation.
Richard WComputer systems seem to always be down. I was given a different estimate on the app than in person. My unit had water damage to my belongs. Some employees were very helpful others not so much.

Daylynn Q | Expérience généraleI reserved my truck for 1 AM when I got there the office was closed. The truck was available so I had to schedule to reserve another truck so it took me longer to move. Explain this to them because of their mishaps, but they still charged me and it was less gas in the vehicle than they told me so I can spend more money putting gas into U-Haul. It was terrible.

ISAIAH FEverything in my U-Box was packed perfectly by movers. I paid almost $2 000 between my initial selection of the U-Box in Texas through storage for 9 months in Georgia with almost $3 000 worth of inventory stored. EVERYTHING in my box was broken or damaged and will need to be replaced due to the hauling of the box between states and returning the box to me in Georgia. I purchased insurance but it was not explained that the insurance I had only essentially covered acts of God, not what could happen during shipping and travel. So, now everything will need to be replaced. I do not recommend this service.

Nekima BOverall happy with the available selection of rentals. But I only used the hauler for a one way and had to rent it for 4 days. So I had to pay for multiple days unused. Should really make it only pay for how many days you rent. Not a package deal style…. But made it home safely with my family's van. Cost was more then it should of been
Matt GI was charged an extra $33, even though I returned the vehicle with the quarter tank of gas that it started with. I also wasn't refunded the $150 for transporting the trailer.
Matthew DEnsure that all equipment is cleaned and working properly before rental. There were cigarette ashes in the passenger side door and on the seat. There was also food in the console. I think it is also important to have all equipment present that was rented or at least notify the renter ahead of time. I arrived and there was no utility dolly like I had rented and I was not notified in advance.
Cheyenne GAs busy as they were on a sunday late afternoon i was still in and on my way with a moving van fairly quickly. It does pay to schedule in advance, even at the last minute. Damir H was being put through it by customers ahead of me, and they were being as patient and kind to the customers as possible. Fantastic composure and job well done. Loud and relentless customers are a retail workers boot camp, and Damir aced it. Upon return of the u-haul, Brian D was reversing a prior return, he saw me arrive and immediately (and safely) approached me and took it from there. He told me the final total, to which i agreed, and he was super friendly and had a really great customer connection. Two fantastic workers of a team I am sure are all great! Thanks for making my move day more bearable!

I tried to get assistance by requesting a full refund. I was almost in a wreck twice with my 12 year old in the truck. The strap broke after the 1st blowout. Almost lost my truck and now my truck shakes. I want full refund on my trailer and still waiting.

When we got off on the 4th floor, there were no signs and we spent a ridiculous amount of time searching for our unit. When we finally found it, it was upstairs. This should have been made clear to us because we would have looked for storage elsewhere. Our truck was due back soon and we had no other option than to use this unit.

Bianca C | Déménagement en ligneThe young lady with Dreds about 5'4 was very helpful with my check in on the 16th However, The other two male employees who appear to be black and the other Spanish, followed me around the office, coming needlessly close and harassing me, even after I made several attempts to get out of their way. The store opens at 7am the next day which is inconvenient and the staff members were late. My card did not work and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. No one acknowledged me when I entered the office or when I approached the desk. It was a Spanish woman and black gentleman with a large gray cap to cover his hair, glasses, and tattoos and of a short stature behind the counter. I approached the desk and raised my card in need of assistance and the gentleman said with much attitude, what does that mean?What am I supposed to do with that. I calmly let him know that the card was malfunctioning not working. He took his time to get to the computer and after several moments asked for my unit number, which I was about to look up and then my phone number. After pulling up my account with that information (my phone number) I'm assuming, he found it and then asked me for the card. I politely let him know it was in the desk . He asked again and I let him know once again that the card he was requesting was on the desk/ counter in front of him. He then said no "put the card in my hand" And I quote "I'm a man". Shocked at the lack of customer service I picked up my card and left the building. This was not a great experience. *It also should be noted this card is necessary to use the Elevator. While I understand the limit access going for the stairs going to the unit. There was is no access access to the stairs leaving the unit/floor which is a safety concern. You have access yet there is an alarm and 50 charge if it is not a fire which is strange and somewhat concerning.

I was left on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on after asking to speak to a manager. I chose street level, so my son wouldn't have steps like he did last year. After a long day with U-Haul, he finally was ready to move in and it was a lock on the unit I checked in online for. The staff tried lying saying the man was supposed to have moved out the night before but I know that is a lie. If a unit is not cleared out, how can you allow someone to check in online for a unit not closed out. The U-Haul was crowded and someone rented the unit I checked in for, and tried lying about it. My son was moved to another unit but what I didn't want, happened again. He was moved to another unit that had steps. I would NEVER use this facility again or recommend anyone from Morehouse college to use them. I was referring this place to a lot of parents last year for their kids but never again.

And then he went in and changed it again so my balance will be $38 and I told him that I was paid up until April 24th and that I should not have owed a balance. The manager of storage is very nasty and mean. He have no customer service and when you complain about him he do me and nasty things to retaliate

Out of about 6 staff members we encountered only about 2 of them were very welcoming and helpful. Charging $30 extra for the same size unit without steps is just absurd. Mice traps in the unit is very concerning & unwelcoming

Employees were "shocked" to see, but the trap did not come from me, so it had to be placed there. Was a little concerned about my items having mouse droppings all on it. Most things were in totes, so it was protected. Thank the team for a positive attitude towards that! Shoutout to Ellias, Diego, Chris, and the young lady ( she is collecting vinyls for reference on the correct young lady to shout out. Sorry I did not get her name) for assisting with the move out! Your positive attitudes and willingness to assist was very much appreciated! You all have a successful life ahead of you!

Was done moving out on Feb. 28th, asked them to check it so I wouldn't be charged again. Was then told it was being checked out and that I'd be sent a receipt by email the following day. I didn't receive my receipt until 9th of March after calling twice to complain about the situation. I was then told a manager would contact me. I'm still waiting on that call. I also had a call to see about my refund twice now. I do not recommend this place. I will not be coming back. I'm new to Atlanta and it was a terrible experience. I'm still waiting on my money.

Rosie B | Expérience généraleThere was an employee at the 300 Peter’s location in Atlanta of the Spanish descent its was a male.i feel as he over charged me for the gas I put the proper gas amount in there but he kept insisting that I put more gas in the truck then he told me I was late when I wasn’t I had been there unloading in the storage n when I was threw he was like u gotta put more gas in the truck so I did n when I came back the second time he was like u late n the gas not right n I showed him the video I took when I got the truck but still insisted I was short on gas..he took the deposit with these bogus allegations about the truck.

The access hours are ridiculous due to the fact that ppl work almost the same hrs as the office and will rarely be able to access their unit. 9pm access time is great like any other facility. Also stairs are down and there is only one working elevator. Will recommend for a U-Haul only!!!
