The young lady that checked me in this morning was not helpful at all. She just told me what should could not do and told me to call the 1800 number for something she could have called the other locations for. She was very cold and she ruined my morning with her lack of concern or help. She should be washing trucks and not working with customers. All the other times I've been there the service was stellar. She is just checking boxes and on to the next. I'm serious. I will never use that location again. It's all ready stressful moving, and then no to get any help with just finding a dam dolly she was like I don't have any. So I had to go but an 80$ one when I was told one would be available when I picked up my truck.

Check vehicle to make sure it's clean from gunk in the seats that all fluid are at a acceptable level .Tires are not setting off lights on dash . And don't spray that over powerful sent inside vehicle .

The vehicle needed maintenance . A lot of warning lights were on and the wheel had to be driven to the side to keep the truck straight. Honestly could have gotten in a bad accident.

Great service at the desk during midday but the after hours service was poor, The truck smelled like cigarettes and was filthy. I have never rented a truck so disgusting from uhaul before . I will not use this location again.

The Atlanta location was good but the app is horrible. It didn't work on pickup and it didn't work again on drop-off. Dont make people use the app if you wont make sure that the app is operable. It tainted my entire experience.

Peters street is the worst u haul storage facility I have ever been to you guys have the nerve to block the parking spaces with crates knowing that we're trying to come in and get access to our storage units there should be no reason why there's no place to park inside of the garage the workers there are also very inconsiderate and uncaring I actually removed all my things and found another storage unit because of how horrible you guys treatment was toward myself and other it customers who I seen arrive on January 1st

What's the purpose of uploading I'd when you have to reproduce and upload again onsite. Why aren't customers advised in advance as to which cards are accepted for payments. A lot of inconvenience, processes need to be streamlined for an easier, customer friendly and timely experience. Parking limited at this location. Staff not friendly

When I returned the truck, I waited for about 8 mins or so and when I decided to start up the steps to go inside it was then that I saw the worker appear smoking a cigarette. He answered my question but continued smoking. He was extremely unprofessional. I only gave an above average because the front desk worker was professional.

After checking in, the clerk said it would be a few minutes before the truck was ready, even though it was at the dock. I waited almost 40 minutes inside and outside without any employee saying one word to me. I finally went to the desk to just cancel, and the young lady said "Oh, are you ready?" Apparently she had the keys the entire time and didn't stop gabbing and staring at her phone long enough to let me know. Then I noticed once I got to my destination that there there was no appliance dolly like I requested, just the regular dolly. And to top it all off, the driver's side door didn't even shut completely. Horrible service.

The young lady at the counter at pickup I had just observed laughing and giving a ton of energy to her male coworker however when I approached the counter she had no personality whatsoever. It was not a welcoming presence and I did not enjoy our exchange at all. I'm also annoyed at the fact that I put gas back in the vehicle at the place I received it and still was charged a fuel fee

Too many different staff. Wesley Fountain would not address issues in the warehouse basement with water and moving crates. Otherwise it was ok, they're not interested in accommodating customers, more interested in what they have to do and lunch hour.

I had a harrowing encounter where I discovered a roach infestation in the Uhaul that traumatized me and compromised my storage unit and new living situation because of this disgusting infestation. I was also charged inappropriately and it's been a week since I ever first reached out to uhaul about this situation, I've spoken to everyone except for the owner of this location and as a business owner myself, I would never have a customer have a horrifying experience that was caused by my own negligence and not once reach out to them at all to make contact. Disgusting. This is a filthy location with terrible upper management. -1/10 recommended.

I was given wrong information by the customers service department causing me to be charged another day and an after hours fee. It's disappointing but I understand there is nothing I can do about it. However when I ask to receive a call from a supervisor just to make them aware the supervisor Arlet was rude and dismissive of my experience and showed no compassion. I wasn't asking for a refund I was making her aware of the situation which she proceeded to say she has no control the customer service department. After asking for her general mangers name and number she basically hung up on me. As a supervisor she needs to get some better customer service skills. I put in a call to the general manger and hopefully will receive a call back.

The young guy that was there around 2:45pm on Saturday 12/18 was rude and argumentative. I just wanted receipt for my truck rental so I could have some type of proof of miles n gas drop off. He told me I was not allowed inside and the Mgr would tell me the same thing. With me being a paying customer if I wanted to talk with someone inside that should of been left up to me not the team member. He said the system was down which I understand but I could of been offered a hand written receipt or proof of delivery. Well I was over charged and they said the truck wasn't checked in until 2 days later. This unacceptable and I am highly disappointed in the service at this location from this gentleman and the product I received. The 3 young ladies I encountered at this location were very professional though and friendly. I will like a call back from management at 3345497815 Thanks

Booking and pick up was easy, the open trailer wasn't clean but that was OK. The U-Haul return was easy as well, however until now I have not received the return confirmation. That happens all the time. Why do you make your customer wait for the return confirmation E wry single time.

I request pick at a different location & the morning I was to pick up the truck, my pickup location was changed. Asked for hand trucks & was told they did not have any, but I was charged for one. The place where I turned in the truck refunded my money.

I called the local facility and was misinformed on the available space. I was told that there were no vacancies. I look online and found a space and immediately booked it. I called back not knowing by this time I was speaking to the call center at this point, to inform them I was 20 minutes away and was informed that I would be able to move in immediately. I drove directly to the facility only to discover it was closed and again I was misinformed. We had additionally rented a truck to move the items that was not at expiration point however still full of our items. We left the truck on the property so we would not continue being charged and called the next day to explain the situation. We then were not offered any sympathy however rudely informed we must vacate the truck so it could be used for another renter and any thing else would have to be taken up with cooperate cause they were not the ones who told us we could move in. The customer service from local and call center was/is horrible and this storage time is desired to move faster just to avoid any other situations.

Given the extremely low mileage I used for the ~2 hours I had the vehicle, the absence of an itemized receipt explaining how exactly the fuel and mileage charges totaled over $90 means I will never use UHAUL again for the rest of my life so long as a viable alternative exists.

I told them about the promised gas concession that was promised by the pickup location. Pickup location said it would be noted in the notes that I should receive the gas concession for driving 50 miles to pickup a truck even though I reserved in the city in which I live. I was told to let Atlanta Haul know. I did but they said that should have been done before I left the pickup location.

It's low average for me. As to not only l was paying for damage insurance to the storage for my items to sit in there. But some how not thinking mice was there too after l started going through my things to put on the cart. I notices dropping an foam from my cooler rip up in different places books , pillows , rip opening from my sofa. Foam piece all over the storage l have pictures an video to prove it. In a short period of time it was only in there for a month an the mice are disrespectful to people things. l see as if they was throwing a party because the janitor was gone home an what's the point of having mice trap at the corner of the enter the lid is upside down on top of the bottom half of the container. How u post to catch them from the box that way.

The key card doesnt always work and so do the pin numbers. It was hassle getting it open to access to my storage and the design is too weird there should be a ramp for carts not stairs.

This place is absolutely absurd. First I scheduled a mobile pick up for Tuesday, July 27 and when I got there they were no mobile pick ups available so I had to wait for the place to open and wait to get my truck. Then I decided to get a storage unit in which the map the young lady gave me was not helpful I could barely find the storage unit I had to go through a maze. I've been had to walk up stairs to get to the unit. Now I read online that it was 24 x 7 but today when I got there to take some things at almost 7 o'clock the employee said they close at 7 o'clock. Why can I not have access to my unit at anytime. I would like to remove my items because i need to be able to access my things.

Convienient location. Limited parking Signs and maps on the walls to show exactly where units are located would be extremely helpful. My lock was not stored inside my pre-purchased unit as stated it would be. Email made no mention of access card. Immediate entry points/check-inlocations were not clearly identified.

People are nice, but I still had to check in in person and the unit was locked and I waited for 30 minutes for them to unlock it and no one ever came. I came back 2 hours later and it was still locked. It took another 30 minutes for them to finally unlock it.

You know what they say about first impressions? Well If I went by that I would NOT be going back, BUT I know it can be better. The details of my 1st visit are very long so I'll just hit the highlights. 1.: The e-mail I received said that I could AVOID the desk & go right to my storage using my "Access Code", WRONG. 2.: I find my storage room & there is a lock on it. 3.: The door to my storage room is opened and low & behold someones stuff is in there, so the room is NOT even ready for me to use, I have to wait for it to be cleared out. 4.: The e-mail I received said that a lock would be in my storage room, well of course there was no lock in the room. 5.: The "check-in" & "check-out" process was NOT explained to me when I was given my key card. The very nice young lady that cleared out the storage room explained all that to me, if she hadn't I wouldn't have known that I had to check-out before I left the building or I wouldn't be able to get in on my next visit. That young lady was the reason I didn't take my business elsewhere, she was very nice & sweet & kept apologizing for all this "stuff" that wasn't even her fault.

Charged a $112,9 to rent a 10x10x6 only to learn this unit was too small. I then asked to move to a larger unit (on size up), but it appears as though I've been charged for both. It appears as thought I've been charged full price for the unit which I only occupied for 4-days.

Need more help i had to wait to long the young lady at the front desk was doing the best she can she just needed more help and plus I had to wait on the man to take the lock off did you meet and it was about 30 minutes before he did that then I had to wait outdoors in the heat for a good little minute for them to check me back in with the U-Haul truck

Representative said I didn't have reservation, I informed her that I was there for storage and not a truck rental. She did not inform me that I had to swipe my card in the office in order for access.
