Can't remember the service writer that assisted me but it needs to mentioned how professional and courteous and knowledgeable she was. She answered all my questions and reassured me if any problems happened while I had the truck what to do

William O.Had to wait a half hour because someone gave our keys to the wrong person. Spanish employee with long hair told us she didn't know what to do and walked away. Only to see her laughing talking someone on her cell phone. Another employee proceeded to help us and apologized for the woman who walked away stating she's not allowed to do that. Drop off went smooth and we were immediately accommodated.
Daniel S.The location wasn't the problem uhaul scheduling was. My whole reservation was a nightmare. Booked at 20 foot one way. Changed my reservation to a 26 foot return to store. Which doubled my miles. Then the 26 foot was way to bug and in unacceptable condition. And had to wait almost two hours to try and get a 15 foot. The people at the store where really nice and apologetic. But because of the way things are set up they could do next to nothing to help me I had to call the main company. What pathetic organization.

When I was walking towards the front the work then told me I had to leave the keys in the truck. All this could of been told to me when I was standing near the truck I rented. She give ma car with 1/4 gas in the car and I drove from u haul to my house the car was on E. I call and she told me to put gas and she was going to reimburse me. When we took the car back she said she was not going to and she was very very rude. I don't think that was right. I put 50 gas in the car and took the receipt to her and she still refused

MAISHA G.2nd rental in 2 weeks. still haven't received receipt from last rental. tried to add additional monies that were not ordered. made me produce proof of insurance, when not done previously. Put 22 miles on van, put $6 in gas in van. When returned, said gas was low, gonna charge outrageous price for gas. Hopefully u will send receipt for this transaction.

Your main office took 29 minutes to answer my call when they said it would take 5 to 10 when i needed help.. Things are nice at the location and the people but your main system is no help at all.

Paddy M.Manager Elizabeth was very rude and unprofessional. I was given truck below 1/4 tank, I returned the truck 1/4 (touching 1/4 line) upon return they tried to charge me fuel. I had to take the truck and fill it past the 1/4 line. Manager was escalating the situation, she was blaming a new girl saying it was her fault just to charge me. She also kept calling me a liar. I was a returning long time customer whom was humiliated and inconvenienced. The new girl (Byanca P) Was very polite and professional. Manager was not.

Marc W.The truck didn't start after loading the truck, we had yo jump start it with our personal vehicle. The breaks we bad, the transmission was clearly slipping. And to top it off the truck did not have Cruise control. We reported these things to to the staff before we pulled off and all they said was they were going to make a note of it. No reimbursement, no apologies nothing I definitely would not recommend to anyone.

It was my pleasure to bad mouth those uneducated, poor mannered males that work at that site. I was given a very hard time while attempting to hold a reservation in place that was actually made by the 3101 Read Lion site while I was on the phone. I was turned away twice and the fact of the matter is I had rented storage space. My company had contracted them in the past and so 7750 has lost our business. I will email every corporate site in the North eastern region about the service. Unfortunate that the public has to be subjected to such poor service.

There were no clear instructions on how to get the rental before the business opened through the lock box. You need to be clearer and make it easier for your clients. Moving is stressful enough!

DASHAWN D. | Expérience généralethey had my drop off time at 5pm which i was there at 5:07 and they were locking the doors . they had no idea of my storage unit still having a lock from a previous customer. ive had four paid movers who were on a time frame their selve and they made it my problem. if i was 7 minutes late i still wouldnt be able to access my storage due to the lock. so the workers had attitudes and then i paid an extra 100 to not have to worry about next month payment and in order to switch lockers ive had to come out of pocket again. and then the email i recieved shows the drop off time at 9pm thats so foul and wrong. they take your cash and cash app you they also done all my transaction on the computer and today they tooken an extra 100 dollars.

And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10

His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.
