Can't remember the service writer that assisted me but it needs to mentioned how professional and courteous and knowledgeable she was. She answered all my questions and reassured me if any problems happened while I had the truck what to do

Courteous staff; quickly processed the rental transaction and got us on our way.

Had to wait a half hour because someone gave our keys to the wrong person. Spanish employee with long hair told us she didn't know what to do and walked away. Only to see her laughing talking someone on her cell phone. Another employee proceeded to help us and apologized for the woman who walked away stating she's not allowed to do that. Drop off went smooth and we were immediately accommodated.

The location wasn't the problem uhaul scheduling was. My whole reservation was a nightmare. Booked at 20 foot one way. Changed my reservation to a 26 foot return to store. Which doubled my miles. Then the 26 foot was way to bug and in unacceptable condition. And had to wait almost two hours to try and get a 15 foot. The people at the store where really nice and apologetic. But because of the way things are set up they could do next to nothing to help me I had to call the main company. What pathetic organization.

When I drop my truck off all the workers was standing in a group having a conversation. No one can up to me Or ask me do I need help. When I was walking towards the front the work then told me I had to leave the keys in the truck. All this could of been told to me when I was standing near the truck I rented. The workers are unprofessional and disrespectful. No Hello how can I help you I just get looked at. Thank you for a bad service

I would only improve the self check in interface. It is not very user friendly. It took nearly 35 minutes to complete the self check in process. That is my only feedback.

First I went inside no coustmer was there no cashier was there then owner came no greetings like he didn't need buisness he was doing a favor and talking like an investigator truck was clean but front end needs lots of work should not be rented out again but I love uhaul for sure very convenient

Returned on a Saturday around 3pm. It was simple and easy at the 7750 Roosevelt Blvd location in North East Philly.

The staff was exceptional. I ran into a problem checking in 24/7, but they provided the best solution to it. I want especially thank Liz for working to resolve a problem in the best way.

Your need to train your customer service, the lady that I work with today at the Roosevelt Boulevard was very rude to me. She give ma car with 1/4 gas in the car and I drove from u haul to my house the car was on E. I call and she told me to put gas and she was going to reimburse me. When we took the car back she said she was not going to and she was very very rude. I don't think that was right. I put 50 gas in the car and took the receipt to her and she still refused

2nd rental in 2 weeks. still haven't received receipt from last rental. tried to add additional monies that were not ordered. made me produce proof of insurance, when not done previously. Put 22 miles on van, put $6 in gas in van. When returned, said gas was low, gonna charge outrageous price for gas. Hopefully u will send receipt for this transaction.

I would like them to fine customers that return the van directly in front of the driveway entrance sometime it's so hard to get in the driveway especially coming off of Roosevelt boulevard but all in all is a great place to rent clean nice staff

I have used vehicles from this location a few times never had any problems picking up or returning, vehicles always clean and ready. Staff gets you in and out in a timely manner.

Why did my wife ahead of time put all our information in and i had to do it all again for the early pickup. I was not able to get my truck timely, the app is not intiative. Your main office took 29 minutes to answer my call when they said it would take 5 to 10 when i needed help.. Things are nice at the location and the people but your main system is no help at all.

Manager Elizabeth was very rude and unprofessional. I was given truck below 1/4 tank, I returned the truck 1/4 (touching 1/4 line) upon return they tried to charge me fuel. I had to take the truck and fill it past the 1/4 line. Manager was escalating the situation, she was blaming a new girl saying it was her fault just to charge me. She also kept calling me a liar. I was a returning long time customer whom was humiliated and inconvenienced. The new girl (Byanca P) Was very polite and professional. Manager was not.

The manager was very helpful but the overall experience was poor. The floor we rented a unit on was hot and smelled of cat urine. The truck we rented had chewed gum in the door and the mileage was off when we got it. Not a great experience

The truck didn't start after loading the truck, we had yo jump start it with our personal vehicle. The breaks we bad, the transmission was clearly slipping. And to top it off the truck did not have Cruise control. We reported these things to to the staff before we pulled off and all they said was they were going to make a note of it. No reimbursement, no apologies nothing I definitely would not recommend to anyone.

This facility has a Epidemic of ricebugs all over it's all over the facility on every floor I had to move out because my storage unit was full of those bugs and they were all on my boxes and inside of some of my boxes so I had to move

The people here were rude and unkind. They really know how to make a tough situation worse. They were so unkind that I didn't want to speak with them anymore. While I was there people were complaining and calling customer service as well as giving them a negative review. They don't know what customer service is at all.

The whole establishment is a joke.I took the liberty and reported them to the better business bureau. It was my pleasure to bad mouth those uneducated, poor mannered males that work at that site. I was given a very hard time while attempting to hold a reservation in place that was actually made by the 3101 Read Lion site while I was on the phone. I was turned away twice and the fact of the matter is I had rented storage space. My company had contracted them in the past and so 7750 has lost our business. I will email every corporate site in the North eastern region about the service. Unfortunate that the public has to be subjected to such poor service.

The storage unit was fine. My truck rental sucked! You told me to pick it up at 9 in a different location then selected, the business didn't even open until 10am!! There were no clear instructions on how to get the rental before the business opened through the lock box. You need to be clearer and make it easier for your clients. Moving is stressful enough!

The problem I had was I not being reimbursed for the balance of the month after cleaning out my unit. I paid for a month and left after only using the unit for one week and was charged for the whole month. That's an unfair policy.

they had my drop off time at 5pm which i was there at 5:07 and they were locking the doors . they had no idea of my storage unit still having a lock from a previous customer. ive had four paid movers who were on a time frame their selve and they made it my problem. if i was 7 minutes late i still wouldnt be able to access my storage due to the lock. so the workers had attitudes and then i paid an extra 100 to not have to worry about next month payment and in order to switch lockers ive had to come out of pocket again. and then the email i recieved shows the drop off time at 9pm thats so foul and wrong. they take your cash and cash app you they also done all my transaction on the computer and today they tooken an extra 100 dollars.

Let me start with. You guys cost of me a lot of money and aravation. Moving to a new place is already alot of stress on the day of the move. And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

I paid every month on time. I was moving out before next payment. I had to leave two mattress for junk man to pick up. It was labor day weekend. They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10

My storage rental with U-Haul at this particular location was great. Always cleans and the associates that work there are friendly, attentive & helpful.

My biggest problem was the mice infestation, I had mice droppings all over my furniture and covering the floor. I would recommend uhaul storage but definitely will warn others about the mice infestation.

Your manager Mr. Mohammand is a monster. He is very much incivilized and a valain. His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.

Rodent infestion messed up several thouand dollars worth of food grade equipment. The rats ate through chairs and crapped all over the stainless steel equipment. Disgusting.

Access hours are so unconvient for someone who works 9-5 Monday through Friday and has to fight traffic just to make it before closing and even when I make it 20-15 minutes before staff precloses door

I had 3 units at one point for a couple years and then the large one for over three years. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Employees always go above & beyond & are consistentl! Merci.
