Jerome T.Despite placing an order a week ahead of time and having it confirmed, upon my arrival, there was no utility dolly with my order. This was extremely inconvenient as we were moving a stove. At least UHaul removed it from my bill, but that was a very important item to be missing!

Tommy R.Vehicle was cleaned but check engine light start to flash then it stayed on the whole rental, when I arrived to pick up at 9:45 location open at 10 no one was there had to start rental online then 45 minutes later at 10:45 someone was at location they open late and i lost that time and movers were waiting on me. Called hotline and they were trying to say I made last minute reservation as if it was my fault location open late. Will like to get that $50 reservation guarantee as I lost time waiting and worried that truck might shut off or stop working due to check engine light flashing then staying on.

Delio D.When I returned truck I was told to put keys under seat and they would check me out and send a receipt in 10 minutes. It has now been been 3 days and I have still not received a receipt. On top of that I was charged more money than what I agreed too and have no idea why because again still no receipt. 2 days ago I wrote an email and guess what no fucking response. So overall complete shit experience and I want to know why I was overcharged and in all honesty for all the bullshit I'd like a fill refund but that would mean someone would actually have to do their job and respond to me

I will just suggest for 1st user to familiar with U-Haul app. that how to use? otherwise it extremely good and I will rate it 5/5.

The guy cleaning the trucks not only yelled at me telling me “NO, NO, NO OH MY GOOOD THESE PEOPLE DONT'†never finished his statement but that was rude and I told him so and about the directions his response was “um no†rude ruined a otherwise perfect experience

Wesley S.Employee at the counter was almost impossible to understand. I had to ask him to repeat himself constantly and STILL did not understand what he was trying to say. The vehicle I rented was not in good shape and the tire maintenance light was on the entire time I was driving. The employee I returned the vehicle to was shambling as he walked and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. He also had problems communicating.
MARTIN M.Very dissatisfied with the fact that my location was changed due to lack of equipment, causing me to have to drive well out of my way. And to make matters worse, your online app is below average at best. In part, I had to update my credit card information which I did via your app, but the app would not register the update. It showed my updated card info but kept declining the pending charge. This went on for about an hour (into my rental time) only to EVENTUALLY update and finalize my reservation. I only hope that i am not, in any way, held responsible for the underperformance of your system or else I will pursue further action. UNACCEPTABLE

The truck was also dropped off over night, and not cleaned, so when I picked it up there was rice spilled all over the back. I cleaned it up, and was still charged a cleaning fee at the drop off location for somebody else's mess.

Leonard I.Pickup location changed three times, the final time on the day of pickup. I showed up at the second location and saw a CLOSED sign on the door. I was then directed back to where I started from. Driving in the City of Philadelphia is no breeze.

It was my pleasure to bad mouth those uneducated, poor mannered males that work at that site. I was given a very hard time while attempting to hold a reservation in place that was actually made by the 3101 Read Lion site while I was on the phone. I was turned away twice and the fact of the matter is I had rented storage space. My company had contracted them in the past and so 7750 has lost our business. I will email every corporate site in the North eastern region about the service. Unfortunate that the public has to be subjected to such poor service.

There were no clear instructions on how to get the rental before the business opened through the lock box. You need to be clearer and make it easier for your clients. Moving is stressful enough!

DASHAWN D. | Expérience généralethey had my drop off time at 5pm which i was there at 5:07 and they were locking the doors . they had no idea of my storage unit still having a lock from a previous customer. ive had four paid movers who were on a time frame their selve and they made it my problem. if i was 7 minutes late i still wouldnt be able to access my storage due to the lock. so the workers had attitudes and then i paid an extra 100 to not have to worry about next month payment and in order to switch lockers ive had to come out of pocket again. and then the email i recieved shows the drop off time at 9pm thats so foul and wrong. they take your cash and cash app you they also done all my transaction on the computer and today they tooken an extra 100 dollars.

And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10

His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.
