My reservation was set to pick up the truck at 9am. When I arrived at the site no one was there. I had to call around until I found someone at an alternate location to come and open the store. My move was delayed an hour due to this lack of professionalism and communication. I will never rent from this location again.

My fuel gauge was 3/8 full at time of checking out, and when I returned it just a little over 3/8 full but was charged a $90 fee for fuel replacement. I need to be refunded for this but haven't heard from anyone.

The dolly I ordered was not included with the truck. Made my move a much bigger hassle than it needed to be, and I still had to pay for the dolly that I never received. Very disappointing.

The management was always kind and caring. Any question or concern I had was addressed immediately. I had been there approximately 6 years and never had an issue. The facility was very clean with easy access. They were very good to me and I appreciate everything that was done for me!

Felt guilty on how I left. My ride to take the last load was a no show. I did not learn of this for 2 days. My experiences with U-Haul was always excellent. I was there for many years without a problem. Kathy was very helpful when my gate card quit working. In fact, it worked out better! Instead of replacing the card, I got a code to punch. Much more convenient. I do miss North Richland Hills.

These ladies are fantastic! Always helpful, cheerful, making customers feel like coming back -- time and again -- simply from knowing we'll be welcomed by their great company! Hope they never leave U-Haul, as they are a treasure for your guests! Don't know what they get paid, but they definitely deserve a raise in my book! Thank you for your service ladies!

Phone app fails to see my location even after following the help. The needs to be an easier way to continue with checkin and checkout than freezing at this point.

Diana Helms has been so amazing! I had my stuff in storage for 3 years and she worked on with me every step of the way to make sure my stuff was secure. I was finally able to come by and close out my units and she has just been so helpful. The customer service is impeccable!

I was very disappointed and sicken to my stomach, the truck inside and cab was dirty and nasty, dog hair everywhere, handle fir window was missing, looks like the inside has not been wiped down in months. I had no other choice because I couldn't get another truck until 5 p.m and I needed one before noon.

I found several decapitated raccoon heads in my belongings, as well as what appeared to be a pentagram or some sort of pagan symbol drawn in that same raccoon blood. Very disturbing. I would use the UHaul in the future however.

I don't use storage often however I have had other storage experiences. . . This facility is a bit dated but the staff there keep it relatively clean and maintained. All staff is friendly and courteous. When it's time for storage again this U-Haul storage will be the first place I check. Thanks

This facility will be my first stop if I ever need extended storage again. The staff was very friendly and delightful to talk with. Given the location of this facility to all the new construction happening around the rail line in North Richland Hills; this place very easily could have had a rodent and pest problem, but it doesn't. I left my stuff in their care for over a year without ever checking on it; everything was safe, secure, and unharmed.

The service was the best I've experienced thus far using a self storage facility. Chelsea was awesome from start to finish. I would highly recommend her service and this location because of the level of professionalism and sense of urgency Chelsea has display, can't get any better at those other self storages. Customer service that exceeds your expectations is what keeps us coming back again and again...

It was hard to book, hard to pick up, and the fuel level was wrong, which ended up leading to an excessive fuel charge. I gave up on trying to fix the fuel issue and just moved on. Won't use again.

The clerk suppose to be helping me was rude and never said anything about the gas or walk out to truck, after paying she just handed me the keys and ask if i could bring truck back 2 hrs early and when i said no well she was done with me.

Not being able to bring it to a location closer to us. And the mobile app is so difficult to use when trying to rent a U-Haul after hours. Took us 30 minutes to verify my ID and get the key.

I had issues getting my reservation set up online, I've made reservations online previously, so I called and had it set up for me. I also scheduled movers. The reservation was set up for 8:00 am pickup. When I arrived at the location they did not open until 8:30. I had movers scheduled for 8:30. I tried using my app but had technical issues and was unable to complete the pickup without assistance.

It would require me to compose a small book to include all of the negative impressions and experiences I've had in dealing with your highly unprofessional organization. From the almost endless waits on hold in order to speak with a human representative at U-Haul, to the very limited and often contradictory information conveyed by different representatives to same questions, to the highly one-sided policies in your favor, it is extremely discomforting to attempt to do business with you. I'm confident that if you had any substantial competition in your very specialized area of the moving industry, you would go bankrupt.

This entire weekend was booked and when my driver tried to call to use the truck the day prior to attach to this reservation an representative called me immediately to make sure it didn't bump off my reservation as all trucks all over dfw were booked up totally Thank you for you attention to details! We had a very pleasant rental experience at Richland Hills Texas facility..Van very clean..in and out in minutes..return the same..Great customer service

You advertise $19,99 in-town moves, but with fees it works out to more than double ($50). On top of that, once I was done turning in the truck I get home and check my phone. I see a text message that I'm supposed to do online check in or face a $20 penalty. But the attendant said I was all checked in. You shouldn't be sending these messages if they're not applicable. If it's really required then the attendant should make that clear.

I rented a unit for over 6 years at this location. Not once did I ever find any rodents or out of the roaches in my stuff. Everything was always well kept, even after not visiting my belongings for over 6 months. People I know at other locations, have found their belongings ripped bt rodents and even found excrement. I recommend this specific location to everyone!

The truck broke down before we finished our move. The site didn't even offer us a refund or anything for the inconveniences. My husband was stranded in the parking lot of a shopping center and I had to pick him up, unload our stuff out of the back and drop off the keys to the rental facility.

The 15 footer ran like a top even though there were almost 111000 miles on the clock. Maintenance team must be professional group to keep the old buggies ticking. Staff at the counter were fantastic. Thanks

I payed for 24 hour access and most of the time I had a u-haul truck parked in front so I couldn't gain access! Asked manager about it and he said he couldn't do anything about it! Poor Management!

I have used U-Haul for all my moves and storage since 2000 - it's always a good experience and always satisfied.

Rented for 7am pickup through 24/7 pickup and vehicle not ready. Couldn't pick up until 9am. Delayed all help I had scheduled. The truck had apparently just been returned before I picked up and had not been swept out (rodent feces). This was not a good experience with the exception of the free size upgrade.

Turning the truck in was disappointing. When I turned the truck in with more gas than what it had when I picked it up, I was told I picked it up full. Good thing I had my paper work showing otherwise

The12volt Outlets did not work. That makes it hard to charge your phone, and use navigation when you are traveling to a new location. That was quite a problem. Also, my bill was $25 more than the estimation given on the website. Mileage included.

The facility & staff are great. The only negative is the policy not to pro-rate the final month. I left with 10 days remaining (and prepaid), but didn't receive any kind of credit or refund.
