My original reservation made a week in advance for pick up at the 2801 N Dixie Hwy, Wilton Manors, FL 33334 location. I arrived and there was not a pick up truck available. I had to go the new location where they were super nice and took care of everything. I am ANNOYED I had to spend an extra $20,00 for another UBER ride to the new location....... Very disappointed with 2801 N Dixie Hwy, Wilton Manors, FL 33334 location.

steven J.First off my reservation online had my pickup location at another Uhaul about 4 miles away. At that location the rep was not very friendly or understanding. I think your system should inform the customer if the location changed. Secondly, at the location I picked up from at least they had the trailer I needed. Again, customer service was negligible. The rep almost didn't want to respond to anything I was saying with quite an attitude. Come in Uhaul, you're a large company, certainly some resources can be expended to customer service.

MATTHEW B.I've used this location many times without issue. This was the first time encountering this associate. Perhaps he was new. Seemed unaware and unsure of everything. Advised no motorbike trailers were avail (I see two,perhaps reserved,no telling. They were both still there when I returned mine the following day) upon returning my trailer,I advised him I would park the trailer and asked if he would sort out my reciept online. He asked if I could do it online. I said no,he takes care of that. Two days later,after calling main customer service,I was advised my rental had never been checked in. It was finally sorted and a reciept was emailed. No pther customers presemt upon my return,so not as though they were too busy. Just advising, not complaining. I will still use this location in the future.

Emma M.Cargo Van had a very low right rear tire. Guy said it was a bad sensor. But actually, the tire had a nail in it. The left blinker bulb burned out as well. But at check-in the guy gave us 20 dollars off rental, which was very nice of him.
Amy S.Upon pickup, the truck's steering wheel was locked in place and the clerk had to unlock it with extreme difficulty. This was not easy and required quite a bit of strength.This occurred for us 2 more times today as we tried to start the vehicle. It took over 10 minutes each time to do this and we even called roadside assistance but we were finally successful. Upon return, the agent said he had reported this truck 3x staing it needed repair but no one listened. This is a horrible way to run a business by giving customers a product known to malfunction and speaks poorly of u haul's management and customer service. We were extremely distressed and upset today during our uhaul renting experience. The public needs to be aware of your inadequate, poorly maintained and unsafe truck s.

Jagade W.The van I rented had the low air-pressure tire icon come on immediately after I pulled out of the parking lot. I drove exactly 11 miles according to the van odometer (and the U-Haul receipt). This van gets a minimum of 11 miles to a gallon of gas. Yes, U-haul charged me for THREE gallons of gas--for 11 miles!!! A sheer, bald-faced rip off!! And the agent on duty refused to discuss the matter with me. He said to contact U-haul, and he walked away. From now on, all my rentals will be with Budget. I wouldn't U-Haul garbage!
keith H.When I called to make my reservation over the phone somehow the pick up time was incorrect and when I showed up the lady behind the counter Deiondre Cooper, was rude and unprofessional. She wasn't very helpful with rescheduling my reservation and gave me attitude on not arriving for the original reservation time even though I explained to her that when I called the 800 number they put in the wrong pick up time.

Jose R.Let start with the fact that I made a reservation one month ahead of time and when I showed up to my selected pick up point, they did not have a truck for me. Call the 1800 number and got the run around for 30 plus minutes, talk with a scheduling manager which said there was nothing they could do since they forgot to schedule my one way move truck, decided to go to a bigger location and rented a local 26' with engine lights on, got my move done. I must customer service is piss poor, no accountability, no effort to make thighs right, no real management to take ownership of their mistake. No wonder Uhaul has the reputation it has!

Milagros V.I normally do not reply to these "rate your experience" requests, because it would be a full time job just replying to all of them and in most cases they just become part of some customer satisfaction database, while the employees involved in creating the experience are often ignored and likely only hear about these reviews if they are negative and somebody needs to be reprimanded. However, I am taking my time here and I am giving this excellent rating ONLY because the lady who helped me went above and beyond her duties in assisting me with a reservation for a van, which almost went awry unless she had not stepped in. Unfortunately I did not get her name and I really hope she finds out that I am very grateful for her effort in getting the van to me, staying calm and positive even while the place was shorthanded and obviously under duress. I admire her professional and kind attitude not just with me but with all the other customers who were waiting. Thank you, "mystery lady" and kudos to you and I really hope somebody makes the extra effort to find out who was on shift that day and she hears about this.
