I wish they would’ve gave me a chance to pay my storage before they moved it out I had the money but they had already moved it or even get some of the stuff that was not sold everything happens for a reason I trust God that that material stuff I just wish I could’ve got my pictures and important paperwork they need to change how they go about peoples pictures and paperwork otherwise other stuff they could keep doing it the way they do God bless Y’all Thank you for letting me use your space

ALYDIAN SI filled up the truck at 1/2 and it was only to be 1/4 tank. They will not reimburse you. Also, I was charged $117 for being 2hrs late. I was not supposed to be charged for another day. I traveled from Savannah to Atlanta…with movers. Why would I have a truck for a few hours? Over charging people is wrong

LATISHA MI had a great experience while renting a truck and storage. Jeremiah Scoville was great he walked me through my renting contract for the storage and U-Haul truck. He also walked me through how to check in when I visit the storage during visiting hours. The customer service was great thank you for having Jeremiah Scoville on your team.
ANGENETTE ROverall we made it to our destination, side view mirrors didn't work properly, we had to keep rolling down the window readjusting the mirrors,. They kept going down and can you imagine this for 160 plus miles to and from, Every time you adjusted the mirror immediately it kept going down. JOSEPH A | Premières impressionsWorst experience ever, lady sat in the back office while seeing there were 4 people in line, did not allow early check in when the truck I reserved was outside, I came back and no one was in the front to check us in or out same lady still sat in office, guy that came out of the back was rude dud not speak and acted like he really didn't want to be there I used to always come to this location and get great customer service but not anymore I will not be visiting this location again
Quentina MThe attendant (young black man, but I do not know his name) who checked me in was most helpful and polite. He met me as soon as I drove in, showed me where to park, and unhitched trailer from truck. Very professional and friendly. This man is a credit to your company.

I had a reservation for June 30, 2024. 10:00 AM two months before my departing day at 4905 Oglesby RD, Powder Springs, Ga 30127. A days before my departure day I received a call from U-Haul saying that they did not have a truck ready in that location, so they gave me a new location (355 S Gordon RD SW, Mableton, Ga 30126). The fallowing morning I went to the new location to get my truck around 09:30 AM. The truck was parked there, but I could not check in with the app so I could not get the keys. After calling U-Haul for 13 times, I got someone on the phone which informed me that a company employee took the keys home and he or she was not coming back. What do I do now? I asked. Well, they send me to another location about 30 mins drive (375 HWY 74 S, Peachtree City, Ga 30269) with the guarantee of getting a truck at that location. I got there around 10:30 AM and they did not have a truck for me either. They asked me to come back the next morning which I could not do because I had to load the truck that day and depart at night. The General Manager was taking care of me. She finally found a truck for me in another location at 3:30 PM in 1549 Mount Zion RD, Morrow, Ga 30260. This time I had to drive about an hour to that location. Once I got there, they gave me the truck and recompense me with $50. The I drove another hour to home. Two months reservation to run into these issues. I spent money on gas going from place to place and time, plus all the headache trying to find a truck. By the way, the first location that they had the truck and no keys, somehow, they got the keys and rented the truck to someone else the same day at 1:00 pm. So, yes, I was mad.
Yosvany RI say this because I'm a working woman and I bust my as each and every day. To get my things sold all because you all don't take most of money and I could have paid rest , Then been back on track. Just to say you only take full payment only is crazy. But now that I have to start all over thank you. I pray you or your family never need to ever have to pay potions on nothing to get back on track

JD B | Expérience généraleI was not aware of the text I supposed to have received if I had concerns. I never received the text. It was an issue with the fuel gauge and what was stated on the contract. I was about three miles away from the U-Haul and the fuel light came on stating,"40 miles to empty". The fuel gauge was at 1/4 tank. I put $30 in the tank, drove 53 miles and returned the unit at 1/4 tank. The U-HAUL service rep charged me $30 plus fuel cost. I proved my point to the rep, he agreed but wouldn't reimburse me because I didn't have a picture of the fuel gauge to prove what I saw... So, I took the hit but I spent over $350 on rental and other needed items. U-Haul could have met me halfway and not charge for the $30 fee. Such as life!
DESMOND ZI had to wait for a while for someone to assist me. There was only one person at the register/counter,two people standing outside and one in the office. I went out side to ask one of the guys for assistance with my reservation.I also was over charged for gas,not even sure if my money was placed back into my account.

RONDA CThis location is 100 times better than the one on Tara Blvd in Jonesboro. It's not only cleaner, the employees are quick to get you in and out promptly. The gentleman that helped me also explained to me about long distance moves, the cost and what was expected. He told me about securing a truck ahead of time to ensure one would be there. I got all the answers I needed. I will definitely use your location in the future!

Then once I returned it I stood in line for a rep. because there were people in front of me and Wesley charged me for and extra day, so I would not recommend this U-Haul facility to anyone nor will I return in the future.

The unit I initially rented was tge wrong size due to the glitch so I say a available sign on one...only to get downstairs to say it was reserved. After 3 attempts I finally got a 10x10. Big inconvenience but tge staff was super friendly and professional.

And I rented a dolly and was charge 3 time the amount after returning it because a customer service representative was made about my payment did go through then I put money on my card and it was complete but before the transaction. She called my phone hostile and a as her to calm down and she started going off more and was mad say calm down calm down your card had declined and I told her I'll add money then I did and the payment was completed. And when she got off the phone she added 3 more payments unknowingly and then when I went to rent a truck I had to call t he E payment line and found out she had .Ade me pay $153 because I told her to calm down days before and I almost missed my reservation. Then 8:00 came an U-Haul had to close and then I had to stand in the dark and cold park n lot on the phone until I paid the $153then I had to pay $92 for the truck. The money wasn't the problem it was how she was able to that as if I rented the dolly 3 more times and I don't think that is right if you was having a bad day you shouldn't have came to work. Cause your personal problems ain't my problem
