Robert SI was told by the manager $668 out the door with insurance and was charged $815. She said that was not including tax. She also put the wrong dates in the computer. And on Friday told me the trailer is here and you can come early as 7am to pick it up on Saturday. I showed up at 7:05 am and she told me the let it last night but it will be here by 10am I live 30 minutes away. She cost me extra time and money without even an apology. I'll never use this facility again and I will let everyone I can know.
David DOutstanding people at this location. They have been there several times for me in a pinch. This time I needed trailer wiring installed on me vehicle. I tried to schedule online but date was 2 weeks out. Went in to explain my need for it to be installed sooner and they did it right then. I understand this was coincidental as they had the time unexpectedly, but the online site has no way to know that. This location does their best to accommodate your needs and will go above and beyond to help you out.

THURMAN RThe lady was rude. Wouldn't answer questions, cut down the other uhaul representative, wouldn't give me a straight answer just kept saying I would be fine. I would never rent from that site again. NEVER! THEN the 6' trailer that I needed the gate was only 5' so I couldn't get the side by side in it, which was the only reason for renting it. Nobody to call, nobody to help, nothing but screwed my trip 100 %. No help returning, refunding no call back. I am so pissed, I almost did illegal shit!! Fuck you and your store.
DENNIS EI had an issue with furniture in one of my boxes, which makes me believe that something went wrong in the transporting or loading at some point after it was removed from my old house.

Albert GWe had problems with my wife's car which necessitated taking and extra day. When I arrived I talked with the Locations manager and she assured me that it was not a problem. When I returned the trailer, their was a middle aged man, who was insistent that what my understanding with the manager was was not the case and I had to pay him an extra $63.00. I said that that was not my agreement with the manager and he began to give me an attitude. I told him I was not going to pay him anything extra than what the manager had promised. He then said that I was trying to bait him into am argument. I told him if he didn't believe me then he should call the manager for some clarity as she was the sole arbiter in this disagreement. He refused and said that the discussion was over and again that I was not going to bait him into a long drawn out discussion and he said I would have to take it up with someone that cared. He directed me to a kid inside and reiterated that I was not going to bait him. He continued talking in low disrespectful, derogatory comments and insults about baiting him into an argument. When I started to talk to the young man inside (he was leaving and commenting, now loudly, about baiting him. I concluded my business inside with the young man and went outside to get in my car and he raised his voice, so that even my wife sitting in the closed car, could hear him say "you all have a nice day now" . Not very good customer relations skills from a public facing employee !!!

Ann BTake no for an answer when a person says they don't want or need your insurance. My insurance covers anything I drive and I don't like being nickeled and dimed for an extra 15 bucks which I did not give, nor will I in the future. Beyond that, the people are fine and I finished ahead of time. No complaints other than that.

I am about to contact the Credit card company and challenge the bill. Based on not receiving a receipt and not reviewing the final bill at check out.

Brian DMaybe fully check your equipment before assuming mine is the issue. I've towed about 3-4 times with my vehicle and each time the trailer that I am towing lights up just fine.
Ryan MI reported a queasy substance that I stepped in that got in my vehicle n some flakey black stuff near my unit but it never got cleaned up. I wanted a much smaller unit but was told didn't have anywhere so had to oayhigher price because I didn't have time to look around. Rent going up like every thing else so gave almost everything I had away. Also when I went in to pay it took awhile so busy n never got a smile.

All personnel were friendly, nice and bent over backwards to help all their customers even coming out when closed to get things going when the areas internet went down and people could not get access to their units. I did rate no to the convinent access only because there is no access to the climate control units when the iffice is closed and that is not convinent but it is for security reasons so I do not have a problem with it.

In the middle of this high inflation high gas price etc etc. I was told the 1st time you raised my rent it was due to the industry rate. However I have another locker really close to that facility that has not raised it at all. You both started out at 135 but now you are 158$. Its ridiculous. I would move it right now if I had the money to. 10x15 is not worth what your charging for sure. This time you raised it and no notice 2 times in a year!!!

My contract started on the 4th of the month and you would not refund any of my rent. You were able to rent the unit again for the month and charge someone else for the same month I paid for. I have used U-Haul before but will not use you again.

Joel H | Premières impressionsI appreciate the security and want what's offered but I have an unorthodox schedule and would like all hour access. That said, it seams like the security offsets the inconvenience for me. It's a big business that spans, at least the continent (not sure if it's over seas). I've moved myself, family and friends many times using uhaul trailers and trucks. Those moves have always been good. I've had issues with trailer lights in the middle of the night, during a snow storm, and have had fair prompt help. I expect that using a storage unit will be similar. Getting set up and the service was great! I'm expecting and think that security will be good but as I said earlier, the access hours suck (with my schedule) but I think the security vs 24 HR access is a good trade off. I recommend Uhaul, for trailers and storage.

This is more than I can say RE: the disgusting Motels in kingman AZ. Just 2 very good Hotels in Kingman the rest should be bulldozed. I am just being honest.
