Outstanding service from this U Haul location, especially owner James Jessup, assistant manager Breanna Baker and storage manager Cameron Sipe. These people went the extra mile for me during my difficult move and I am very grateful for their conscientious customer service!

OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED. I WAS TOLD 79 $. plus change for four days, instead of that, I was charged 305 $. and change. You should warn people about all the other hidden costs that you don't include when you say 79 $. for four days. I'm OUTRAGED!

I'm not sure if I'd recommend or not, the guys was rather rude and wouldn't give me a chance to answer questions, was also condescending with certain questions and couldn't wait to get back to his cigarette and to his female friend. Actually no I wouldn't recommend

Despite how busy things currently are with storage units the staff was amazing with helping me find a storage unit for my needs Cameron was extremely helpful and very nice always got back to me whenever she had an available unit for me and Jim and Breanna were amazing with helping me out I would recommend this uhaul in kingman to anyone.

The reason I would not recommend is I was out of the unit on 3/6/21 at 9am however you charged me for the entire month. My contract started on the 4th of the month and you would not refund any of my rent. You were able to rent the unit again for the month and charge someone else for the same month I paid for. I have used U-Haul before but will not use you again.

Something happened that caused my unit to leak onto my bed that was only about a year old which in turn led to the mattress bag I had it in to fill with water. My bed had black mold all along the bottom where the water pooled.

Container did not show up in the tracking system. I called to determine status and was told the container was late arriving to Fayetteville due to a lack of drivers because of COVID. I was told I would get a 50 $/day credit. It was delivered 1 week later than first estimate. When I asked about credit, I was then told the container was actually delivered to Fayetteville on schedule which was contrary to what I had been told when trying to track its location, so no refund would be given. U-Haul at some point lost track of the shipment and provided incorrect information.

The inside cab of the truck had an awful, strong, odor of cigarette smoke. We had to purchase air fresheners to even be able to ride in the truck. Upon picking up the truck there wasn't anyone outside to tell us which truck was ours, we had to ask and the guy just pointed.

I got nothing but excellence from this Uhaul location. From the courtesy call after I reserved the rental, to the employee who wrang me up when I picked up the rental, to the gentleman who got the rental ready for me all the way to the amazing employee who took care of me when I returned the rental (I'm sorry, I didn't catch any names ☹). This location should be super proud of their employees, because they are all the epitome of excellent customer service. Merci.

Had to change vehicles using 4 x 7 trailer. Was told per contract could not help me. Had to re rent same trailer because person using trailer turned it in thinking had to. After renting same trailer again was told they could have made change. Very pathetic treatment% Also on second rental period (24) hours was asked when I would have back. I said The term was for 24 hours, was told no it was for when was available( after re renting) Even though there was no other contract for or even waiting. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made me not want to deal with uhaul. Not caring about me only that they might get to rent again Very disappointed Kingman Stocton hill branch. The man not woman 12-23-2020. The van had an issue with the tpms system and always showed the right rear tire needed air. When questioned, I was told it was fine and they knew it needed service. The van was filthy. Also, the guy working in there never wore his mask in the middle of a health pandemic. I will rent somewhere else next time.

Zero star rating. Boxes were two days late which caused us to have to hire a crew instead of friends and family to unload. Additional 300 $expense. I placed an order for U-Haul boxes TO BE DELIVERED to a home. Nobody from U-Haul told me delivery was not possible in Kingman, Arizona. I took the time to call ahead to speak with the Kingman warehouse and they informed me they will not be delivering the boxes! I placed the order over the phone with you Tacoma, WA location. Shouldn't I have been told up front delivery was not an option? Additional 350 $expense to have the boxes picked up and returned empty. I would have used ABF Freight had I been told upfront the truth. Shame on you! Horrible customer experience, never again! I will go out of my way to warn friends and family to not do business with U-Haul. Very unhappy and upset with overall experience.

The gentleman, came out to greet me, when I pulled in with the Trailer. He was so proficient at his job, I didn't even have time to get his name. He has waited on me before. Does his job well. 5 Stars! He knew who I was by the trailer, and started the turn in on his internet device before I could get out of the pickup. Outstanding Service! Thanks... Elwin

The staff that made my reservation was very helpful..... However, in typical U-Haul fashion.......... my RESERVATION did not mean a thing. Once again, U-Haul attempted to completely rearrange my reservation. Not only would this have destroyed my tightly restricted schedule and cost me a ton of money, but the woman whom called to change my resv. was insensitive to my situation, rude and unprofessional!! Acting as though she was doing me a favor to find me a box 400 miles away, I could go get myself!! Then my box was delivered a MONTH early! I had no where to take it to. Hence, my paintings had to sit in a warm warehouse for a month! And even though my resv. to pick it up was again going to be changed, the manager (Seris) at this Kona store was the first U-Haul employee who has EVER tried to resolve the situation it put ME in!! She went above and beyond to make it right.

I appreciate the security and want what's offered but I have an unorthodox schedule and would like all hour access. That said, it seams like the security offsets the inconvenience for me. It's a big business that spans, at least the continent (not sure if it's over seas). I've moved myself, family and friends many times using uhaul trailers and trucks. Those moves have always been good. I've had issues with trailer lights in the middle of the night, during a snow storm, and have had fair prompt help. I expect that using a storage unit will be similar. Getting set up and the service was great! I'm expecting and think that security will be good but as I said earlier, the access hours suck (with my schedule) but I think the security vs 24 HR access is a good trade off. I recommend Uhaul, for trailers and storage.

All the people that work there are very nice and polite. When I needed a bigger unit they made sure it was close to the old unit so I didn't have to move it very far. I would recommend this store to everybody.

You need to stop raising your rates during a pandemic. And have at least a swamp coolers In the outside units so your stuff doesn't melt because mine did! It started out as 87 and ended up almost 100+ dollars in the last year. I think you could afford a swamp cooler

Jim the manager, April, Bree, Michael, all the staff, were so kind to me, and being an older person all @ the storage @ Stockton hill road Kingman Az had so much respect for me. And made the storage experience so easy and uncomplicated . If I were to ever return to Kingman AZ. This would be the storage company I would use. Folks take my word for it. This is more than I can say RE: the disgusting Motels in kingman AZ. Just 2 very good Hotels in Kingman the rest should be bulldozed. I am just being honest.

Everything has been great for the last 6 years. The only disappointment was when covid 19 hit, Uhaul had no leniency in charging late fees, most other places are waiving late fees for the time being due to so many people losing their job. Other than that, it has been a fine experience.

The worker Mike was quite rude and very abrupt in his way of dealing with me. There was another Male who's name I didnt catch, he greeted me with "hi, I'm new I cant help you" and walked away. It was a dissatisfying experience.

The steep angles of the pavement outside the units make it more difficult to load & unload but we realize that it is angled for run off.
