They customer service rep was very rude when I asked about deals on the truck. I wasn't able to use the truck but what still charged $70 when I asked for a deal because I needed to keep the truck longer due to my storage not being ready the lady told me a different customer had a death in the family and didn't get a refund why would I. I was not asking for a refund I was asking for a deal so I could use their truck. I end up using a different Uhaul location that treated me like a customer.

To get a truck or to just rent a storage unit or just to buy something in the lobby boxes and wrapping paper. Definitely need more counter help.

I had a difficult time ending my rental at night, 930pm. I had to walk around the lot, until my phone caught a signal and the uhaul app would work! I was there for 45 minutes to 1 hour, trying to end my rental on my phone/app. If uhaul wifi was working and could extend to the return area, this would have been easier and you would have had an all excellent review from myself.

Al jason J.The pick up process an line too over an HOUR AND A HALF even though I pre booked .y truck on the app and put my card on file. We waited in line for over an hour and at the counter for an additional 30 minutes. Massively cutting into our moving day time by a total of 2 hours. There should have been more help available to the person at the cou ter and he needed to be moving in a more expedited fashion. There was 0 sense of urgency which was disrespectful to everyone's time that was there that day. Some people walked out causing possible business to be lost. One person walked in, saw who it was working at the counter and said "no way, this guy takes forever, this is the slow guy" and then left which implies this is an ongoing issue with this employee. With 32 moves in my lifetime I have rented a fair number of trucks and have never been this severely delayed at pickup like this. Positive notes are the employee, overall was kind, too little too late though. He did extend our rental reservation which was much needed. The truck was very clean and as described. Drop off was easy, quick and smooth.

Margarita M.When I called to place the rental I requested the nellis location. The representative said she had it set for Fremont. I repeated, I want the Nellis location, she said okay it was set. When I arrived that day my reservation was still set to Fremont. So Nellis didn't have the size truck I needed so I had to rent a bigger one and spend more money. The gentleman didn't even offer to give me a discount for the truck I wanted to use. He just kept saying sorry that's what the reservation says...

Tara C.The person that was checking in our truck after we had came back from using it was very rude. She was unapproachable and couldn't answer questions for me. I repeatedly asked her questions that she couldn't answer and when I confronted her on being rude, she just looked at me I feel that she needs to be more humble and have work on her customer service. Her customer service was very poor and her deliverance was very poor. This is going to bring bad business for you. She said in the truck she was very rude about asking me for the keys when she told us that we had to clean up inside to sweep it out she was rude about that. I really think you need to work with her on customer service I rented the truck on a Sunday at 9 AM. It was only two people checking him in a lady in a man that, however the lady in the inside that waited on me for the rental of the U-Haul was Excellent.

kai C.I did notice that there are a couple of people that are living outta they're storage units. This will eventually lead to your nellis and stewart location becoming a homeless camp. I have used this location for truck, trailer and storage for almost 10 years. This will also manifest an unsafe environment for older and female customers. I do not know if the current management acknowledges that this issue is occurring. I know its a tough economy but ,this is an example of homeless takeover . When homeless are moved there is always a huge amount of trash left from the hoarding not even considering the infestation of critters and insects that accompany this never ending problem. elizabeth J.we rent open trailers like 2 to 3 times a month, we don't have enough room for get our own trailer so we rent this every time we need it, it just to take between 10 to 15 minute max but now the last time we expend more of 45 minutes to get the trailer and the assistant who have to connect the trailer to my truck was very late and rude, you need to have assistants who want the job and do something more quickly for especial and regular customers who rent regularly.

She looked miserable! I said Hi and she ignored me , and she looked at me with an attitude! We left the gas how we found it and i still got charge extra for gas! And since i didn't took a picture ! The same old lady told you didn't take a picture there's no proof and didn't let me talk! She totally ruined my day with her nasty attitude! I understand she was in the heat but it cost nothing to be kind!

Stephanie L. | Expérience généraleThe rental was scheduled for drop off on Sunday 7/2 at 5:30pm PST. However, when I arrived to drop the truck off, the store was closed. I returned it Monday morning 7/3 and when I spoke to the gal working, she told me I wouldn't be charged more than $20 for the extra day, and actually said she would be surprised if it would even come out to $20. I received my receipt via email later in the day and was surprised to find that I was billed $55 for the extra day, plus fuel and taxes totaling over $70. I specifically chose this location because I was told on (3) occasions by the customer service reps for Uhaul that this location would be open on Sunday. I feel a bit baited-and-switched, and being penalized for something outside of my control doesn't sit well considering I've been a loyal customer of Uhaul for many years. If I knew the store was closed on Sunday, I would've scheduled the drop off for a different location. Additionally, I confirmed with the onsite staff at the store on 7/3 that I wouldn't receive a penalty totaling more than $20 for returning the truck the next day. I was told to just leave the keys in the truck and that she would take care of the check in and email me a receipt. I did not authorize Uhaul to withdraw that much from my account.
Siara P.While moving my personal belongings from the storage area around 7PM; my family was approached by a couple asking questions about my belongings. We felt very unsafe! I did not see any emergency buttons or phones to use.

The storage units are clean and well kept. I never visited my storage unit and found the inside covered in dust, nor did I ever see any evidence of droppings. I would highly recommend this U-Haul facility.

Yest I was charged 159 + tax a full month and then you turned right around same day and rented ! That is a horrible greed and I feel I should only been charged the 5 days ! I was told the lock was free and rental agreement did not incl. it as cyst. Serb said it would not ! then upon arrival was told no, needed to pay 14,99 so I paid that as well !
