Super bad customer service , lady at the counter was so rude making faces not willing to help at all couldn't believe this company will hire someone so rude disrespectful Also at the time of dropping off equipment they try to charge again when we had paid when we picked up the equipment . Awful service , never renting from Uhaul again.

After 10 years of using Business Debit card at this location, the counter girl refused to accept it because it didn't have a major bank's name on the card. It is a PayPal debit card. I have used it at this location for years. It's linked to my Wells Fargo bank account. THEN the girl refused to accept my credit card because IT doesn't have a "major bank name" on the card. A Visa card with "Delta Sky Miles" or "Harley Davidson" doesn't have a major bank name on the card, either. That's the point of the Visa and Mastercard logos on the card. After all these years as a customer, renting numerous times each year, I am done with U-Haul. I realize U-Haul won't care - there are plenty of other customers out there - but that's how it is. I'm done.

Michael H.No one at Uhaul has accommodated me and I have spent a lot of money on several movers and had to obtain a storage unit because I was not able to fit all of my belongings in a 15ft truck and I originally reserved a 20ft truck. I moved to Las Vegas, NV and had to leave quite a few items in Phoenix,AZ. I will have to spend more money on another Uhaul and movers for my remaining items. I also have a balance owed for over mileage and no one will help me out due to all of my trouble and extra money spent and time.

Juan G.Jojo and the staff we're very professional. They were prepared and well organized and worked as a team they are a perfect representation for the company of U-Haul. I was not happy with the vehicles operation and how the meter for saving it works. It only stayed in the green to economize your gasoline if you were not accelerating which made it impossible to get the most out of your travel. I was comfortable with the air conditioning and I did not use it too much in order to conserve gasoline. I want you to know this particular vehicle needed more service which I informed the company upon my arrival to San Bernardino. I still satisfied that it got me where I needed to go this was the first time I used your company and I want you to know as long as the staff is equally professional as I received in Las Vegas is the same well-trained group of people it was a pleasure.

Somehow me listenung to music in my room on headphones for an hour interfered with her ability to sweep and mop, and its a little suspicious that she kept teying to open it as well. Never...egregious, conflicting, plethora of emails, overcharged, contractual obligations unmet by Uhaul during every phase of my move. Condescending, marginalization, ineptitude of reservations, pick-up of 20' truck & tow dolly, teamster 38 yrs, drove through 6 wildfires from CO Springs to LV, NV, almost 1000 miles out of normal route, I-70, closed, Glenwood Springs fire, Grande Junction fire, Cameron fire, 40 West, Dinosaurs Rock Jensen, CO, to Provo, Utah...double gas, driving time, trip sheets don't float! Someone should have alerted me to the fact of the Glenwood Springs Fire from U-Haul prior to, during overcharging me for driving extra mileage for truck & dolly pu. I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE FIRES UNTIL I HAD DRIVEN FROM FOUNTAIN TO MANITOU TWICE AND TO CASTLE ROCK, CO. TOO BUZY LOADING 20 FT TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS TO ENGAGE SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OTHER SYSTEM RE: CO., UTAH, MASSIVE, FIRES. NEVER AGAIN...Although reservations were generated 2 miles from me in Manitou, Uhaul changed them 4 times, to 66 miles, 120 miles, etc. for pu. Storage reservation in LV was not available upon arrival, so I have absolutely no clue what their facilities offer. Although Linda Borden reserved a storage unit upon arrival, Uhaul personnel intimated they had no reservation for me after a long, perilous drive. Unfortunate business experience, learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ASSOCIATE WITH UHAUL. Be on notice, disrespecting disabled Veteran's Widows is unacceptable. I never needed to be lied to, cheated, eviscerated, and violated by Paul, Rep West' s assassin, judging me, I will never do business with Uhaul again. Thank you Janella & Tim Manigift for your service, respect, integrity & honor. Every other individual I have encountered in this trip re: August 12, 2020-August ? 2020 with Uhaul has been disreputable, disingenious, and felonious. I suggest you try Penskey, or anyone else but the gouge is on and you the recipient are the VICTIM. Heed my words. I never received the reserved storage space by Linda Borden, per email at 333 N. Nellis, so disregard the, "hate to see you go bs," from Uhaul. Right hand doesn't know it has a left.
