The young lady at the counter was amazing and very helpful. The young man the received the equipment when i turned it in was amazing.

Juan G.Jojo and the staff we're very professional. They were prepared and well organized and worked as a team they are a perfect representation for the company of U-Haul. I was not happy with the vehicles operation and how the meter for saving it works. It only stayed in the green to economize your gasoline if you were not accelerating which made it impossible to get the most out of your travel. I was comfortable with the air conditioning and I did not use it too much in order to conserve gasoline. I want you to know this particular vehicle needed more service which I informed the company upon my arrival to San Bernardino. I still satisfied that it got me where I needed to go this was the first time I used your company and I want you to know as long as the staff is equally professional as I received in Las Vegas is the same well-trained group of people it was a pleasure.

I am fairly certain his name was Jamel Eddington (that's the name on my receipt). He is a fantastic human, you all have a great employee in him!!

Nicole V.The manager was rude and charged me $ 41 for being 2 minutes past the half hour mark and I was switching the trucks out I'll never rent from there again and I have to file a complaint because I want my money back for 2 minutes they was too hugged up behind the counter to assist the customer and at one point all of them disappeared and left all the customers waiting so unprofessional if I could I would take my things out that storage all together I've been renting there for 5 yrs he's horrible as a manager the two that was there before had excellent customer service but this guy acts like he just wake up hating women I've never experienced this kind of behavior from a uhaul facility so I will Indeed be contacting corporate on this matter

Jon K.Horrible customer service the manager over there has absolutely no customer service skills I was charged $41 because I was exchanging my truck for a bigger one and I was given a new reservation and whoever I spoke to said they would transfer it but he charged me and said it was for a whole day because I was 2 minutes past 30 minutes I've had my storage at this facility for at least 5 years and he is the worst manager ever he was so busy being rude and I had two others that witnessed it and they so busy hugging on each other behind the counter they couldn't take care of at one point I was left up at the front counter and no one was there I will not be renting anything else from location I'm looking to move my storage

Her customer service talent is out of this world. She greeted me with a smile on her face and did not stop smiling throughout the business transaction. She turned what I thought was going to be a monotonous task of renting a uHaul truck into a great experience that I will not forget for a very long time. When people talk about cloning people I can't think of anyone more suitable than LEE. She needs to be promoted as fast as humanly possible to a corporate head position. If I had a Fortune 500 company I would steal her right from under your noses. What an awesomely amazing person you have working for you. Don't waste her time and talent sitting her at a checkout desk. SHANNON MAXWELL T.The contactless drop off was a terrible experience. The application didn't work at all and customer service on the phone was excruciating. Waited hours on hold, rude gaslighting technicians and ended up costing me money because they couldn't help me. The rest of my experience was exceptional besides the drop off. Next time I will schedule a counter drop off or use another service

Instead of retiring it back at 7:00 pm I had to turn it back at 6:30 pm .. it was very close as traffic from back across town is tough . I got done with what I was doing at 5:00 and had to drive back home to do something . To me they seemed scared someone was going to steal the truck or something this is why I think they did this . Very disrespectful. Will never come to this location again. And if y'all want pictures I can send. Also talk to a girl today . I'm sure y'all would had never sent me there if they did not do the 24/7

Somehow me listenung to music in my room on headphones for an hour interfered with her ability to sweep and mop, and its a little suspicious that she kept teying to open it as well. Otherwise nice eatablishment. My 24 hour access never worked properly, amd alarms seem to constantpy trip for no reason at all times of day.

Not only did they take several expensive electrics, but they completely destroyed boxes of photos and personal items in my unit, things that can't be replaced. Never...egregious, conflicting, plethora of emails, overcharged, contractual obligations unmet by Uhaul during every phase of my move. Condescending, marginalization, ineptitude of reservations, pick-up of 20' truck & tow dolly, teamster 38 yrs, drove through 6 wildfires from CO Springs to LV, NV, almost 1000 miles out of normal route, I-70, closed, Glenwood Springs fire, Grande Junction fire, Cameron fire, 40 West, Dinosaurs Rock Jensen, CO, to Provo, Utah...double gas, driving time, trip sheets don't float! Someone should have alerted me to the fact of the Glenwood Springs Fire from U-Haul prior to, during overcharging me for driving extra mileage for truck & dolly pu. I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE FIRES UNTIL I HAD DRIVEN FROM FOUNTAIN TO MANITOU TWICE AND TO CASTLE ROCK, CO. TOO BUZY LOADING 20 FT TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS TO ENGAGE SOCIAL MEDIA OR ANY OTHER SYSTEM RE: CO., UTAH, MASSIVE, FIRES. NEVER AGAIN...Although reservations were generated 2 miles from me in Manitou, Uhaul changed them 4 times, to 66 miles, 120 miles, etc. for pu. Storage reservation in LV was not available upon arrival, so I have absolutely no clue what their facilities offer. Although Linda Borden reserved a storage unit upon arrival, Uhaul personnel intimated they had no reservation for me after a long, perilous drive. Unfortunate business experience, learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ASSOCIATE WITH UHAUL. Be on notice, disrespecting disabled Veteran's Widows is unacceptable. I never needed to be lied to, cheated, eviscerated, and violated by Paul, Rep West' s assassin, judging me, I will never do business with Uhaul again. Thank you Janella & Tim Manigift for your service, respect, integrity & honor. Every other individual I have encountered in this trip re: August 12, 2020-August ? 2020 with Uhaul has been disreputable, disingenious, and felonious. I suggest you try Penskey, or anyone else but the gouge is on and you the recipient are the VICTIM. Heed my words. I never received the reserved storage space by Linda Borden, per email at 333 N. Nellis, so disregard the, "hate to see you go bs," from Uhaul. Right hand doesn't know it has a left.

And I forgot to mention it when I was signing the paperwork. But other than that the experience overall was very good, The two gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful.
