Mark BEmployees were amazing and courteous. Very quick and efficient and hooking and unhooking the trailer. Amazing how quick and efficient they are.
KEVIN HI was met by an employee as we drove in, she loved the equipment quickly, even detached the trailer her self and returned it to it's spot. She was so quick so efficient, we were in and out in 5 minutes. I did not get her name but just top notch service on this end!
Darren MCliff was not only a nice guy but also did a fantastic job installing some wiring . The other fellow at the front - (perhaps the manager ) is equally great.
Chris ALeft my credit card in the machine by mistake and didn't realize until I got to Kingston. I cancelled the card, but there is a bunch of pending transactions on that same day for stripe, eBay, vpn, etc... I don't know if the employee found the card in there, but in any event, I wont be going to that location ever again. Iroquois where I dropped it off was great as usual, Oshawa is where I left my credit card.

KENNETH LStaff went over and above, would recommend going to this locaction for everything that u-haul has to offer. Staff was very friendly and quickly fixed the issue I had with wiring on my truck. Witch allowed me to get my work done for the day, Will always use these guys.

Ted BThe ladies I dealt with when I picked up were amazing. When I went to drop it off the guy that was working out in the yard told me he was going to charge me a cleaning fee for a couple of twigs and he wasn't very polite about it either.
KIRSTEN FAlthough I said yes to clean and maintained, my opinion that it could have been swept out due to debris from previous renters. I swept it out so my furniture had a clean floor. Over all…employees were great to talk to and a good experience.

It would be nice to see something larger explaining to scan this barcode for after hour drop offs. It was on the size of a postcard and after searching quite awhile I found it. Stephen MGuy on the lot taking in the returns does not seem to be a happy person. I can count on my two hands with fingers left over the number of times I have towed a trailer, so I am not very good in backing them up. The last time, there was a young man there who was very understanding and backed it up for me. This guy said "well, give it your best shot buddy". So I did, got it somewhat near where it should go. Without a word, he unhooked it and just said "you're good". I've had good experience with this location so I will consider this a one off. We all have our bad days.

Spent e LENGTHLY amount of time filling out the online information, placing date for pick up and everything, just to show up at store, wait 30 minutes in line(that's ridiculous) then find out i have to download an app and set everything up thru there!! Why the hell do you have employees behind the desk if the customer has to do all the work!! Better to have robots working behind the counter!! Very awful customer service experience!!!

Raphael MCustomer service is poor. Staff refused to smile and were dishing out unclear instructions to clients. Despite many parking spaces, I wasn't allowed to park on the premises even at the spot where I picked the van. There is a need to train those guys on good customer service etiquette.
ABIODUN OI was having a tough time w my debit/visa...but the guys made some adjustments and my rental went well..I'd recommend u haul anytime..but watch your kilometers, overall very good service.

ADAM BI wouldn't recommend anyone to use UHAUL, charging a $20 convenience fee for dropping something off after hours is a joke, it's just a cash grab. I'd also like to mention the cost to rent a car dolly is also very pricey given I could rent a van for less money. For the next time I've made a few calls and found one for half the money.

Michale C | Expérience généraleArrived after hours so no option to speak to anyone, so had to do this all through the mobile check in. No lock with the unit, though I was told there was one. Luckily I brought my lock from my other storage unit so it worked out nicely. Would have been a huge pain if I didn't bring my lock. When returning the truck we almost dropped the keys in the key drop without reading the notice above the key drop, asking us to take pictures of the truck. There was no light on this area so we almost missed this VERY important/required step of the truck return process (this was about 11PM, so very dark). Please install a light so we can see this signage before keys are accidentally dropped.

It did take some time but they were resolved because of the diligence of the staff there. I did not choose to pay the extra fee to access my unit after 5 p.m. I felt the fees were high enough that that should be included. Like I said staff was great head office mediocre. I would recommend this storage site Thank you

I reported it to the staff Saturday March 19th, 2022. And no one has contacted me about it at all. I need to be re-embursed for all the stuff that I've lost. Juan C | Expérience généraleI make a reservation two weeks in advance for a 26 foot truck. They didn't have any 26 foot so I ended up with a 20 ft that I got from Whitby. I am moving out of a 5 bedroom house and that was very inconvenient as we have to make multiple trips which takes longer. On top of that I rented a storage and was denied access at mins after 7pm. I called customer service they can't help. I got the managers number no answer. I am still stuck at m house with the truck full of my stuff because no access to the storage that I paid for.very disappointed and I have to close the deal on my house today November 1st at 11:30, still stuck with a truck load in the driveway and I am not finish moving my stuff because of this. Big blow to my head I'm very stress . Thanks uhaul for bringing my stress level up.

THERE IS NO AFTER HOUR SERVICE.

BRENT M | Déménagement en ligneI called this location prior to booking the storage unit to confirm that I would qualify for the first month free and was told I would if I presented a reservation number for my uhaul truck rental. I also called the Ajax location prior to, as that one was closer to me, but they confirmed they aren't running this promotion so I booked with this location instead. When I showed up at the counter to check-in I was declined the one month free and was told to pay the first month immediately. I had no choice as I was paying movers by the hour and we had already showed up at the location! So I paid but I will be putting in a complaint with head office and the better business bureau. Also, upon moving into the storage facility, I witnessed another storage unit owner going through their unit and laughing as a mouse ran out of one of the boxes. The storage unit was packed with junk so it comes as no surprise it would be harbouring rodents! The staff and condition of this uhaul storage facility are one in the same - below average!

There was no other choice for me and had to store some of my items in my friends grage. Very disappointed.

It was also convenient as I had to return the truck. It took forever to do the paperwork though considering I had done it on the phone when I reserved it. Brendon the staff at Oshawa location was not helpful but extremely rude. Even after having reserved a 10x15 storage at Oshawa location two weeks in advance of Apr 16, 2020, the Oshawa location did not have a unit. I had to go back and forth 1,5 hours due to Brandons incompetency. Furthermore, he insulted us in front of the other customers and kicked us out of the store. I will be escalating this to the top of Uhaul and cbc news channel. Additionally, this is the last time I'm doing business with Uhaul. I'll be also advising friends and family to not conduct business with any Uhaul location. Myself as a valued customer expects to be treated with respect but this was not the case especially at a time like this during the covid-19.

The company (a guy who worked there even found it amusing) he laughed and said ya look at all the crackheads..... I'm shocked and disappointed by this. I will wait 2 weeks before sending my video viral for the world to see as well as my 50000 followers for items and places I review. I paid a lot of money for a unit I couldn't access. I told him that was not the case; he was not helpful. Only later did I learn that my unit was not emptied by thieves.
