My pickup location was changed twice after I made my reservation. The original location was about a mile from the place I was going, but the final place was 10 miles away. I do not live in Las Vegas so I am not familiar with the area. The changes upset me greatly.

Call customers when they return vehicles VIA online and have a dispute about the charges. Contact customers to set pick up scheduling, not just set a time for them.

I was given the wrong address for my pick up on my order confirmation. I went to location on that and was told they don't have it. I had to drive 18 miles to a different location. Then 18 miles back where I needed it at.

When I scheduled a truck and car dolly, I was misdirected about where I was able to pick them up. They gave me 2 separate reservations and 2 different locations, one across town from me. Then, they told me they were at the same location, then I was told they were at different locations again. I finally had to call back a third time to get the scheduling person to get me a closer pick up location with both the truck and car dolly together. This was a very frustrating process.

I reserved a vehicle for after-hours pickup. When I arrived, the vehicle was not there. I spent an hour on hold with UHaul customer service trying to locate the vehicle and verify my identity. I was told I could not rent the vehicle, with no reason given. Later I found out that Arnice, the live verification agent at UHaul, claimed I was drunk due to my "slurred speech", which is quite false since I never spoke to him (only messaged via the website). Will not use this service again.

Phone customer service is poor. I reserved truck for same as my storage unit. I called to confirm after reserving online I was told set for there. Called again day of and not there. Listen to my calls
