If a service dog is in the vechile then there shouldn't be a smell fee of $30 or more. Especially if the dog was only in the front of a 15' for 5-7 mins there's no way my dog left a smell that quick!! I wasn't charged but the charge it's self is retarded!!! So look out for those who have pets don't ride them in the uhauls

Contract slip said full tank. When I got in the truck it was at 7/8. I went back in with this information. The agent came out and and confirmed it. He changed the slip, and said he would go directly in and change it on the computer. I returned the truck after hours with 15/16 of the tank full. My credit card was charged for 2 gallons. I was also charged sales tax that was more than 7%.

The auto hauler I had rented was damaged. I didnt realize until after I was loaded and on the road that the tongue of the trailer And coupler was bent to the point tracking almost a foot more to the drivers side, making it difficult to pull through toll booths.

The U-Haul was over heating. Once I got to the drop off location I was assisted taking my car off the auto tow and my number ripped off. The storage was small and had bugs in the building.

Update your online policy. Nabhi Christian Ministries has been a customer since the 90's, but have recently start experiencing long delays when staff members pick up the truck. Although we were requested to place our credit card info online as mandatory for deposit and as your site says, to avoid delays, this definitely wasn't the case today. I had to drive 30 miles to bring the company's credit card to Washington Blvd location so the truck could be released to our staff member who has been picking up for us since 1996. There was no supervisor available. Uhaul wouldn't take the card # over the phone and the mandatory credit card info wasn't in the computer, and online advertising was false. We lost $319 today because Uhaul delayed us so long our original movers left and we had to call people to come and help. On top of that, Uhaul only had 1/4 tank of gas in all trucks available to us, therefore forcing us into another delay by going to the gas station. Also, one furniture dolly was broke and inoperable and it took forever fir Uhaul to answer the phone to get permission to use the dolly we hadn't rented in it's place. It was very difficult without the extra dolly that we rented. I've vented enough, you got the picture. I will not ever return to Washington Blvd Uhaul in Pittsburgh again. Another thing, we are a nonprofit 501 (c) organization serving needy children and families. We rent Uhauls to pick up toys for needy children and today for new after school furniture. Our legal tax exemption certificate has been refused since 2016 forcing us to pay illegal taxes. Thanks for listening.

Third rental here in recent months. I also had a storage unit. Overall the staff is friendly and hard working. Communication is good and the app works well too.

The workers are rude and not at all helpful. The storage units on the 2nd floor are hard to access, no elevator, and there were only 2 carts available. I definitely expected more and do NOT recommend.

When I visited my storage locker all of my possessions were covered in Rat urine and feces. Ruined a $2600 leather sofa and chair.
