The general manager at this location, I can't remember his name at the moment, was such a helpful and kind individual. Helped me figure out the online check-in process and wrapping up at drop off. Really helped to take the stress off of an already stressful day! Would recommend this location for the staff as well as the equipment! Only needed a 10' cargo truck. This is by far the most customer friendly location I've been to. Rented a trailer yesterday and the nice lady helping me not only dragged the trailer from the parking space but also hooked it up to the car and making sure it's hooked up right. I am used to doing it all myself and not that it's ever been an issue just surprised by the attention to detail and customer friendliness.IGOR G.
The two staff that I dealt with and that assisted me (RALPH and manager DOUG) were **exceptionally** helpful, flexible and accommodating. They made things very easy for me, ... While still being professional, they were also very friendly. It made me feel like I was dealing with a neighborhood business rather than a large corporation. Will you often here lip-service to this, they truly made me feel like a valued customer. 3 containers were guaranteed to arrive Tuesday August 10th in ft Myers traveling from Maryland. After 6 phone calls and waiting for up to 20 mins each time to speak with someone, i was advised that the containers were still in Baltimore!!! Several more phone calls over the next week (7 days late) we finally received 3 pods and one damaged with 3 boxes of clothes drenched and moldy!!! I was told in several phone calls that i would be contact by representative to discuss late credits as well as credit for damage to clothes!!! Absolutely zero follow up, in fact if i was never proactive my pods would be still sitting in Dundalk MD!!!!!! Worst experience with service of this type and ZERO follow up with there representatives!!!! â€œ what can we do to improve for our next customer??????â€ EVERYTHINGRICHARD L.

Air conditioner did not work. Hand cart should be an appliance cart with strap. The one on the truck served little purpose. BFF wry friendly people to rent from. Thanks for listening. We needed cart to move refrigerator but it wouldn't stay on going up and down steps. Paid money for it and ended up carrying it by hand.james T.
We are happy overall with the U-box experience. My daughter's household goods arrived on time and without any damage. They were shipped from Maryland to Washington State. The only issue we encountered was on delivery. We were not informed that the container would be arriving on a tractor trailer which could not fit in my daughter's apartment complex parking lot. We were told that we would need to rent a U-haul truck and pick up the goods ourselves by unloading the U-box at the site into the U-haul truck. After some push back on our part, the goods were delivered using a forklift without any trouble.Jennifer M.

My UBox was delivered a full 24-hours late and I wasn't informed until after 6 pm the night it was supposed to arrive. UHaul was IMPOSSIBLE to reach on the phone - I was on hold for HOURS and then hung up on before even speaking -- and I had to go through Twitter to get attention. On the other end, SAME THING. My UBox was delivered a FULL DAY LATE. I only found this out by going TO THE LOCATION because they didn't call me or alert me in any other way. In the time of COVID -- IN ANY TIME AT ALL -- this is unacceptable. On the other hand, the movers I engaged on the delivery end were EXCEPTIONAL. The best thing about the process. Honestly, it would have been a good experience but the time element was ABYSMAL and ANXIETY-PRODUCING and could have been CATASTROPHIC if I hadn't built in a little extra time for some unknown reason.Leslie N.

After I checked the vehicle, there was a discrepancy with the fuel, there was only 3/8ths of the tank left. I went inside the Uhaul office, and showed the woman at the desk a picture of the fuel gauge and she changed the amount of fuel on my physical contract and then initialed it. I guess she never put that change into the computer. But I should be refunded the 18,45 $ refuel charge because I brought the truck back with the exact amount that was in it when I initially took it.Jeremy R.
I had to return my rental 6 hours early because of transmission issues. I was NOT offered another truck, nor did my rental rate go down due to the inconvenience. I was not able to complete my moved as planned due to your inability to provide a truck that was properly maintained, safe, and road worthy.Henry G.
I originally had a 17' truck reserved. When I was on my way to the rental, the truck had gotten canceled. I spoke with the customer service team and they had apologized and told me they reserved a 20' truck at a 15' truck rate for me at this location but when I showed up they did not have a 20' available. My biggest complaint was that I received the email to pre check in to save time onsite only to get to the location and the young lady had to do everything over because the reservation was in my name and the company credit card was in my managers name.
